It's been about a week or so that our clients can't send data to fabric in Iran, I wanted to know if this ban was made by the fabric and why now?
Todd from Fabric here. We're currently observing a drop-off in Answers events that we believe is related to end-users in Iran. We have no more details at this time.

How can I filter the skills list on the Twilio flex team view page? I need to filter the skills based on the worker role. I can detect the role from worker attributes. But how can I filter the skills displaying in team view when clicking on agent name at Twilio flex. I don't want to display all skills, I want to display some of them.
Or, is there any listener that I can use to detect when that panel is opening? In that situation, I can filter the skills view using the DOM selector.

I don't have a good answer for you, I'm afraid, as that's a bit further into Flex than I've managed to go. However, I have some ideas.
You can listen for a worker to be selected in the supervisor view using the Actions Framework SelectWorkerInSupervisor action (you can listen to beforeSelectWorkerInSupervisor or afterSelectWorkerInSupervisor.
The thing I'm not sure about is how to actually filter the skills. I was looking at this filtering plugin for inspiration but I couldn't quite tell what was going on. I wonder if you can affect the state in redux based on your currently selected worker.
Sorry, this isn't a full answer. Hopefully it gives you some ideas though.
I'm trying to make both sync calendar from my CMS. I'd like to do something like this:
In my iPhone I will add calendar feed from my CMS system and:
- if I create event in CMS, the event will be visible in CMS and also in my iPhone
- if I edit event in CMS, the changes will be visible also in my iPhone
- if I create event in iPhone in synced calendar, event will be visible also in CMS
- id I edit event in iPhone, the changes will be visible also in CMS
Is possible to make it via CalDav? Do you have any tips?
Thank you for your help
Yes, this is possible via CalDAV. This is a good introduction on how all this fits together: Building a CalDAV client.

I've been looking into this in 2022, and wanted to share a potential option for others who are pulling their hair out.

This API has actually turned out to be great! There is some management that needs to be done for dead streams still, and invalid urls, but overall it was a breeze to implement. I reccomend especially as a quick way to implement music into web applications.
I am writing an application that provides a calendar feed for people to subscribe to. Changes may be made to the calendar feed up to moments before the event occurs, and it would be really nice if those changes could be propagated out to all subscribers when this happens.
The only solution I have today is to provide an iCal format so that people can add it to their Google calendars (the most popular for my target audience), but Google calendar seems to be especially slow to notice changes.
Is there a way to force Google calendar to re crawl my url if a change occurs?
Is there another way to provide a calendar feed to people that may work better for my needs?
I'm not sure what technology you are using, but have a look at the Google Calendar Data API.
The Calendar Data API lets you incorporate Calendar functionality into your own application or website. You can edit calendars, create and delete events, send invitations, and more.
We're looking for a standalone (non-cms) calendaring solution to display on the web. It could be open source or a paid service.
We're primarily looking for a way to display a calendar on the web complete with when the events are and what the names of the events are. It would be great if it can display in different views like by week, month, year. Month view would be the most important one. We want to keep it as simple as possible. We mainly just want users to view the calendar. The events do not even have to be editable on the end user's side just as long as there is some way for us on the backend to add/delete/import events into the calendar whether it be through .ics (iCal files)/desktop software/via some web interface. We know Google Calendar is around and there is also PHPiCalendar. Are there any other alternatives around?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks!
