CakePHP uninstall - cakephp

Might anyone be able to tell me how to uninstall CakePHP 3.0 from a Windows 7 machine? I have searched their docs and the Web--CakePHP's forum is on FreeNode which seems like it would take all day to figure out how to use. I installed it in the wrong place (not under XAMPP, but parallel), could not find how to uninstall it so re-installed it in the right place (htdocs), but the new installation is corrupted with missing files. I would like to take it all out and start over.

how to upgrade eclipse codename one version from 6.0 to 6.5 (then to 6.5.1)?

TWO very related questions in this post.
How to install 6.5 & 6.5.1 in eclipse(more detail below)
Intellij Toolbox last version supported is 2019.2.4 but looks like codeone plugin doesn't support it?
In intellij, codenameone 6.5.1 simulator is not working(font is way too small) but it's working in 6.0.0 with my eclipse(from when I played with it 6 months ago). I am trying to test out each version to see what the latest version is that is not broken for me(hopefully at least 6.5). When I go to eclipse marketplace, there is no upgrade and it just shows this for codename one (eclipse verison 2020-06 as I clicked update all)
I don't see a way to download a zip file and install it in eclipse and only see the install from marketplace method here
https://www.codenameone.com/download.html#step2
Is there a zip download for eclipse somewhere I can try of 6.5, then 6.5.1?
I also want to try to downgrade my intellij version but we also need the latest so I grabbed the new intellij toolbox but this only goes back to version 2019.2.4. The compatibility list on codenameone plugin is such
I wonder about that first line for 6.5.1. A dot release and they added support all the way back to 2016 version which 6.5 didn't have? Seems like a type. Also, 6.5.1 did not work with latest intellij and honestly getting worn down in playing the version mismatch game of uninstall/install to see what works and doesn't work (it's just takes quite a bit of time).
If anyone can post a STABLE list of IDE version / plugin version they are using, I would LOVE to know that <- If I know that, I will just jump to that. I can cope with eclipse or intellij. In fact, eclipse debugging is way better and intellij refactoring is way better so I am always torn between each.
Trying 2019.1.4 with many versions next.
Figure this out finally. Not sure exactly but this repo https://github.com/deanhiller/codenameOneExamples
now works with latest intelij 2020.1.3 !!

Cannot open any d files

I am using Monodevelop for writing D programs, and whenever I open a file I get this error. Does anyone know about this?
It is a common problem that happens when user has an older version of MonoDevelop (now Xamarin Studio).
You have two solutions:
Get the version of Mono-D that works with the MonoDevelop version you have installed on your workstation.
Install the latest Xamarin Studio version, and the latest Mono-D.
How to do the #1 is little bit tricky - you have to find the plugin file, and follow the "install from file" procedure. It is explained somewhere on Mono-D blog and I believe there is a link to a page where you can see all versions...

Internet Explorer fails to run Silverlight Apps after BitDefender 2013 Install

I have no idea what's happening here. All I know is that my silverlight web apps ran perfectly after being deployed in December, and now when I open my project and run it it dies with the check manifest error:
Error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application
Code: 2103
Category: InitializeError
Message: Invalid or malformed application: Check manifest
I know that silly error, and trust me, I didn't change anything (no names, no namespaces, nothing)
A bit of fiddling in fiddler shows that the following 2 files cannot be found each time the app is loading:
/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332/netdefender/hui/ndhui.css
and
/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332/netdefender/hui/ndhui.js?0=0&0=0&0=0
I am not familiar with those files, and in no area of my app am I reffering to them. I am now wondering if the recent installation of BitDefender 2013 has anything to do with it, or maybe it could be the recent windows update that updated the .NET framework 4.0. I tried editing the anti Phishing feature in fact I turned off all the features in BitDefender with nothing availing. If anyone knows what to do regarding this, I would be most thankful for a tip.
Well then, I was right after all; BitDefender was at fault. I finally made up my mind and decided to uninstall bitDefender 2013. So I ran the BitDefender Uninstall tool I used to uninstall bitDefender 2012. It seemed to have gone through the process ok, then as expected asked for a restart to complete uninstallation. I didn't realize that only the uninstall tool specifically made for bitDefender 2013 could uninstall it. So, after restart bitDefender 2013 was still present and running perfectly. However, the difference now was that visual studio had no problem debugging my applications neither my browsers any problem loading my Silverlight apps either locally or externally.
Weird? Believe it.
From error code 2103, it seems that there is an issue with manifest file. Most probably you have changed namespace. Here are 4 links that might be helpful.

Blend 4 breaks VS2010 for Silverlight

I had VS2010 running fine with Silverlight development. Then I installed Expression Blend 4. Now when I run VS2010 and try to debug a silverlight app I get an error saying "Unable to start debugging. The silverlight developer runtime is not installed. Please install a matching version." I've tried uninstalling silverlight tools, and reinstalling them from scratch (the latest april version). But I still get the same message. So basically I'm now unable to do VS2010 SL development. I'm on the verge of just rolling back to my last system restore point and giving up on Blend. But if I do that I'd be worried that Product Activation would never allow me to reinstall it in the future, since the MSDN download page implies I'm only ever allowed to install it on a single machine. Any help appreciated.
Thanks
I had the same problem after installing Expression Studio 4. I installed the Developer version of Silverlight at: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=188039
and the problem seems to be resolved.
Hope that helps.
Try reinstalling or reparing the Silverlight_Tools for Silverlight 4.
You tried that.
The product activation system isn't that draconian it has to allow for things like hardware failures etc which would require re-installs.
Thanks for the suggestions. I solved it this way: Since I'm running under parallels, I rolled back to a snapshot taken before I'd installed Blend. Then I rebooted Windows. Then I reinstalled Blend (happily with no draconian activation problems!), and everything worked.
So why did it work the second time and not the first time? The first time I installed Blend, I'd shut down VS2010, explorer etc, but not rebooted. Perhaps some hidden VS-related process was still running. Installing Blend in that situation screwed everything up, and removing and reinstalling stuff didn't fix it. Obviously the Blend installer should have spotted the dangerous process and taken remedial action, but it didn't. Perhaps MS recommends you reboot before installing new software? That would be a bit of a nuisance, and I've never needed to before. My real lesson from this is to work in a VM and take regular snapshots.
Thanks again.

Drupal: Which MySQL do I need?

this might sounds silly but I am super confused.
I want to install drupal on localhost but I need to install a SQL database for it too.
Which database package do I get (for free) ?
I went to MySQL website but I do not understand which one I need to download, or if mysql at all.. ?
I have win 7 32 bit and I only care that drupal is installed on my machine and for me to see, don't care about outside world, don't want to webhost.
I found an excellent video on installing Drupal on your home windows machine for personal use. It uses XAMPP and it works GREAT. XAMPP installs and configures WAMP environment for you, one click, no hastle. Wow, this made everything so simple and easy, one click! (and a very long wait for file extraction XD )
If you just want to get Drupal up and running, you should take the Aquia stack installer, it will install all the things you need, so you want have to deal with the fuss of installing MySQL and all the other things needed. It only works for 32 bit windows, but that's no issue for you.
Edit to clarify mac's misunderstanding
Aquia stack installer installs what acquia calls DAMP. Drupal Apache MySQL PHP. It also installs phpmyadmin and few other things. The perfect 1 click drupal install on a clean box.
Aquia Drupal is a package including Drupal core and the most used contrib modules like CCK, Views, Date and many more. This package is tested to make sure all modules integrate and if a bug is introduced in a module they will usuallly either fix it or use a bugfree version. This is like a normal drupal install and requires a stack like WAMP, LAMP, MAMP or alike.
Acquai is started by Drupal's creator, so their staff has some of the best Drupal experts.
Download the mysql community server.
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.1.html
You should look at a tutorial to install Drupal because you'll need also a web server(Apache) and php.
Good luck!
