Limited Subscription - API Manager - subscription

I'm running WSO2 API Manager 1.6. Is it possible to limit the subscrition for special set of users?
So that specified users will only have access to mentioned APIs
EX:
APIs : API1,API2,API3,API4,API5
Users : User1,User2,User3
User1 -> API1, API2
User2 -> API3, API4
User3 -> API1, API5
How can I do that?

You can control the access by roles. When publishing APIs select particular roles in Visibility option. So, users assigned with that roles will have access for that APIs.

API Creator and API Publisher roles can view all APIs in their tenant store, whilst anonymous users will only be able to view APIs of which visibility is set to "Public". Setting Subscription Visibility to "Available to Specific Tenants" should resolve your problem. Inviting a consumer to Azure AD B2C with custom in-app attributes

Inviting a consumer user to Azure AD B2C has been covered by other Stack Overflow questions & answers, and AFAIK requires the use of custom policies that entail a signed JWT being created and used during invite redemption.
What I'm trying to figure out: In our application, we have differently permissioned user groups and different organisations managed by internal RBAC logic. We identify & authorize users based on their oid claim in the access token that's returned to msal-react/msal-browser and used to authenticate against our backend's API.
In Microsoft Graph, a user can be invited and the API will respond with the created user's oid. However, this is the wrong type of user and not appropriate for B2C scenarios.
With the custom policy route not creating the user object in AAD B2C at the time of invite, and therefore without knowing the user's oid at the time of inviting them to the application, what might be the best way to configure their in-app profile and have them identifiable to the application itself upon first login?
My thought at the moment is to have the application store the emails of users that are invited who have not yet redeemed/signed-in. We can configure the emails claim to be returned upon login, which is checked against the invited emails store when an oid claim is returned that isn't present in the database. This can then trigger a function to update the user's internal id with the oid in their first login's claim.
If this is inadvisable or if there's a better way, I'd be very grateful to hear it.
It would work, or just pre create the user up front via MS Graph API. Then you have an email and objectId available.
You could also put an extension attribute on the account indicating whether the user has redeemed their invite. That would allow you to monitor who has redeemed, and also be a way to provide a different experience depending on if the user has redeemed or not redeemed the link.

You need to make sure that the visualforce page which you created has access to Guest user profile. To navigate to Guest user, do as below:
Go to Setup -> Develop -> Sites -> Click Site name -> Public Access Settings
The sites under Digital Experiences / All sites are called Experience Cloud sites.
The sites under Sites and Domains > Sites are called Salesforce sites.
These are different categories of sites and they come with different behaviors.
Based on the screenshot you shared with me, (the url has force.com included), it looks like your site is in the second category, please be aware of that:
Users from the Salesforce sites can only see their own data. If your program is trying to access data recreated by other, you will get the Authorization Required error.
As a way to test this, try to comment out the SOQL statements, the error message may go away.

The Secure guest user record access setting was enabled in Summer ’20, but could still be disabled during that release. To safeguard your Salesforce org’s data, in Winter ’21, this setting is enabled in all orgs with communities or sites and can't be disabled. The Secure guest user record access setting enforces private org-wide defaults for guest users and requires that you use guest user sharing rules to open up record access. You also can't add guest users to groups or queues or grant guest users record access through manual sharing or Apex managed sharing.

How to dynamic add users to AccessPackages in AzureAD under entitlement management?

The issue I'm struggling with, is how can I add users by dynamic group without them having to request access first?
I feel like I'm overseeing something, but as it looks now you can only add a Dynamic Group & the users in the group can request access to the AccessPackages.
Has anyone else dealt with this already?

If you want to bypass access requests and allow administrators to directly assign specific users to this access package. click None (administrator direct assignments only) in request section to create a policy where users need not request for access. For this group selection is not there.Users won't have to request the access package.
But if you need to select specific dynamic group for policy .
You can create a access package with dynamic groups selected .
You can create a policy separately for the users for dynamic group with require approval disabled and requests disabled.
Then while assignment requests are bypassed and approved even if the policy has request approval.
Even if require approval and requests are enabled in first step, you can set a separate policy by setting the by pass approval to yes.
Note :Dynamic group is to be given the owner role for access packages.

User assigned Exchange Admin role via Role Enabled Security Group unable to access EAC, but able to use management shell

As the title says, I have a user "User1" in a group "Techs" and "Techs" is a Role Enabled Azure AD, Cloud Only, Security Group that is assigned both the Exchange Administrator, Helpdesk Administrator and Exchange Recipients Administrator roles.
User1 is able to powershell and use most cmdlets for mailbox management, but is unable to access the EAC. Attempting to access EAC sends User1 to a mailbox management page for their own mailbox, and attempting to Edit Mailbox Properties for a user in the Microsoft 365 Portal greets User1 with a 403 forbidden page.
Direct assignment of exchange admin role works, but defeats the purpose of using a group. Anyone else experience this or know how I can fix it?
Currently, it is possible to switch back to the existing EAC (often called the "classic" EAC), but at a future date, the classic EAC will be retired.
But I suggest not to use "classic" EAC for work because according to my test, the methods listed here cannot allow the exchange admin to manage the mailboxes in the tenant.
It's recommended to access new EAC using these 2 methods.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 using your work or school account.
In the left navigation pane, navigate to Admin centers > Exchange.
You can also get to the new Exchange admin center directly by using
the URL https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com and signing in using your
credentials.
As the document suggests, Be sure to use a private browsing session (not a regular session) to access the Exchange admin center using the direct URL. This will prevent the credential that you are currently logged on with from being used.
In this way, your user which is assigned Exchange Admin role with Group inherit way should be able to access EAC successfully.

IdentityServer4 Add Tenant Claim after Authentication

I have a multi-tenant scenario in which one email can be associated with multiple tenants.
I've thus configured a custom AccountChooserResponseGenerator that inherits from the built-in AuthorizeInteractionResponseGenerator class.
After the user authenticates, the UI correctly diverts the user to an Account Chooser view, which lists the tenants the email address is associated with. The idea being that the user must now select the Tenant he/she wants to log in to, and then get redirected to that Tenant's URI.
My problem though is that I can't figure out how, after selecting a Tenant, I can add that Tenant Id as a Claim to the token that gets passed to the app from IdentityServer (multiple tenants could share the same URL so I need something in the token to know which Tenant has context).
So in the AccountChooserController.TenantSelected(long tenantId) method, I'm expecting to be able to add this tenantId to the User Claims, but it does not seem like this is supported.
Please advise if this is possible, and how?
Put the tenant information into the cookie when calling SignInAsync - you can then retrieve it from your profile service.
