Connecting to the Integration Services service on the computer failed with the following error: "Server execution failed" - sql-server

I'm trying to connect SSIS but I have this error :
Connecting to the Integration Services service on the computer "DESKTOP-MT5FD4C" failed with the following error: "Server execution failed".
How can I fix it ?

SSIS OS service is a leftover from the SSIS 2005-2008R2 era. Starting from SSIS 2012 onwards there is no need in it.
Here is an excerpt from the official Microsoft documentation:
The topics in this section discuss the Integration Services service, a
Windows service for managing Integration Services packages. This
service is not required to create, save, and run Integration Services
packages. SQL Server 2012 (11.x) supports the Integration Services
service for backward compatibility with earlier releases of
Integration Services.

SSIS Package failure when deployed in Sql server due to Version Mismatch

currently i have deployed a SSIS package(built on visual studio 2015) in cloud iaas Sql server ( package has script task and script component along with another ssis tasks) when executed in sql server fails with below error . Although same when executed in my local works fine without any issue.
Error
There was an exception while loading Script Task from XML: System.Exception: The Script Task "ST_71fc189aeb4a40b3aac7355e33225ca6" uses version 15.0 script that is not supported in this release of Integration Services. To run the package, use the Script Task to create a new VSTA script. In most cases, scripts are converted automatically to use a supported version, when you open a SQL Server Integration Services package in %SQL_PRODUCT_SHORT_NAME% Integration Services.
at Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Tasks.ScriptTask.ScriptTask.LoadFromXML(XmlElement elemProj, IDTSInfoEvents events)
I tried multiple of approaches mentioned below as suggested in MSDN forum but nothing worked
i)tried upgrading the package target version to 2016 and turned off validation for 64 bit
runtime(Failed).
ii) created and deployed a Dummy package with script task alone(Failed).
iii) Developed a package which was built on Lower version of Visual studio ( failed).
currently there server which i am deploying in has below version
Sql server Version : [ *Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (RTM) - 13.0.1601.5 (X64)]
Also the Vm in which server is hosted has the GAC MSIL for Script TAsk of Version (v4.0_11 ,v4.0_12 ,v4.0_13 , v4.0_14) and the Integration Service of Version 2016 is installed in the sql database server.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cannot find analysis services in my sql server configuration manager

I have installed SQL Server management studio and have been using it for a little while, but now I decided to connect to the analysis services, it has been showing me a server not running error. I went ahead to check configuration manager according to some online solutions but i cant find any installation of the analysis services.
Cannot connect to (local).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running.
(Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient)
No connection could be made because the target machine actively
refused it 127.0.0.1:2383 (System)
Don. It seems to be a service version problem. Are versions of console and service the same?
Here you can find a nice example of using SQL server Discovery report How can I determine installed SQL Server instances and their versions?
Use the latest version of the installation disc.

For SSIS Tutorial, the difference between deploying to the Integration Services Catalogs and the Integration Services Server

I have gone through the Microsoft SSIS tutorial for Create a Packages and Deploy Packages. For the first, I converted to a project deployment model, and then deploy through the SSISDB Catalog. For the second, I had to transfer the deployment bundle to the target server to install it and then log in to the Integration Services Server to run it. It seems that the first is [the current project deployment model and the second is the legacy package deployment model] (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/integration-services/packages/deploy-integration-services-ssis-projects-and-packages) if I am correct.
My question is when would you choose the second option? What is the Integration Services Server use for? When I deploy through the SSISDB Catalog in the first option, why is my package not in the Integration Services Server's Stored Packages folder? This is also vise-versa.
Thank you very much!
Trying to give you answers point by point to the best of my understanding:
My question is when would you choose the second option? What is the Integration Services Server use for?
Legacy package deployment model, as the name says is a legacy. It was used before SQL Server 2012. It is still existing in 2012+ in order to support the existing projects of clients and customers.
Integration Services Server is used only for package deployment model and not project deployment model(answer of your second question).
When I deploy through the SSISDB Catalog in the first option, why is my package not in the Integration Services Server's Stored Packages folder? This is also vise-versa.
As stated above, Integration Services Server is used only for package deployment model and not project deployment model.
Basically, Project deployment model stored the SSIS project(and package) in Integration Services Catalogs > SSISDB whereas Package deployment model stores the packages in Integration Services Server > Stored Packages > File System

Reporting services node disabled in SSMS

Why reporting services node is disabled in the object explorer of my SSMS ?
SSMSE cannot manage Analysis Services, Integration Services, or
Reporting Services.
More information: https://technet.microsoft.com/cs-cz/library/ms365247%28v=sql.105%29.aspx
Problem is with your Express version of SSMS
#Krtrek is correct. However, you can install the most recent SSMS preview release to connect to Analysis Services, Integration Services, Database Services, and Reporting Services engines. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/mt238290.aspx

SQL Server Analysis Services and Team Foundation Server

I am attempting to setup Team Foundation server, however I am running into a problem regarding SQL Server Analysis Services.
The installer gives a warning saying that Analysis Services is not running. Analysis Services was installed when we installed the version of SQL because we do have the Deployment Wizard etc, however there is not a service showing in the services window that is running.
I tried to run the deployment wizard but it wants me to specify what database to connect to, and I can't create a database because I cant connect to analysis services.
There appears to be something fundamental that I am missing here, if anyone could give me guidance I would much appreciate it.
The AD account you install and configure TFS 2010 with has to have administrative privileges in the AS cube. You should be able to connect to it using SQL Server Management Studio. It needs these privileges during configuration to create and setup the cube.
How did you install SQL? Try tossing the SQL Install disc back in and install Analysis Services if it's not already present.
If you installed SQL Express as part of the TFS Install, then you don't get Analysis Services or any TFS features that depend on it (reporting).
