Libimseti.cz Dataset Loading/Download - dataset

I am looking into recommender systems and I sadly cannot locate the Libimseti dataset in original format. Is there an alternative way to locate/load the data in Python?
Thank you!
I tried locating the files in original but the website seems not to work or hoast them anymore.

Flutter offline database

I am beginner in python and Flutter (4 months that i actually code) self-taught . There is a lot of information and I am facing a problem. I don't know how to go about it.
I am building a dictionary app in Flutter. I extracted all the words and definitions from the French Wiktionary with Scrapy and I processed all the data with pyspark. All data was inserted into an ObjectBox database with python and which has a final size of 460 mb for 355,000 elements. I compressed it with Brotli and its final size is 65 mb. So I end up with a compress mdb file. And now I'm stuck.
I thought of extracting the database to read it live with ObjectBox in Flutter but it does not read the mdb files directly and it gets complicated, I can't find any documentation on the subject. Moreover I tell myself that if the live extraction is not done on the internal memory, it will reserve ram? (If I understood correctly) This will not lead to a crash?
Or is it possible to extract it when installing the App so that objectBox can read it directly?
Or maybe I'm scratching my head over nothing. Directly read a Json but I'm afraid that the queries will be long because the word search is live for the user That this one writes a letter, my program must return me the words beginning with this one.
What would you do to maximize performance in the background ? Thanks for your help .
welcome on StackOverflow! :)
I think your question is a duplicate of this one:
How setup dart objectbox with a local database pre-populated?
as long as you refer to this NoSQL database by ObjectBox in both python and flutter and you're trying to use this package in the former and this in the latter.
Is that the case? Does the answer on the other question help you? If not, can you pls. elaborate what's missing/failing?
In general if you add a few links/references + narrow down the number of things/topics you ask might help (you can ask follow-up questions in comments later on answers or just post a new question if you still need infos). Not that I'm a pro here, could just make it easier for others to answer IMHO.

From where to download fashion-gen dataset

Can anybody tell me from where i can download fashion-gen dataset used in Fashion-Gen: The Generative Fashion Dataset and Challenge. i filled the form but didn't get mail.
I want to use this dataset for my thesis.
this is maybe late for you... but for others, I share.
I found train and validation data and upload them in my google drive.

IBM Watson, how to input data of entire books

Im using the IBM Watson analytics trial, it says it only takes data as CSV, Excel and a few others. How can i convert books or bodies of text into an acceptable format? thank you
It seems like the architecture of WCA(Watson Context Analytics) does not support PDF itself. Please refer the following images from IBM Link
I think it would be better to convert pdf to text with converter such as CONVERTER and pushing it into database or others.
Then, you can crawing the text data from it.
FYI, the document has to have a KEY column (i.e. name of the book).
Even if you do convert your book into an acceptable text format (.csv. .xls, .xlsx. .sav), Watson Analytics isn't optimized for text analytics. It sounds like Watson Explorer is the offering that'd best suit your needs.
Hope this helps.
Even though CSV or XLS is the acceptable format of the file, Datasets needs to be in the specific structure. You need headers for all the tables and data following it. I am not sure how a data of the book can fit into that format.
I have recently published this blog post on how to structure and refine data before importing into Watson Analytics to get the best results.
For your specific requirement, you can look into Watson Explorer as suggested by Brennan above, or even better you can learn to use IBM Content Analytics here.

Need help stringing together database processes

I need some help from those with more knowledge than I posses. I am currently trying to figure out how to get real time data from a database.
I need to be able to find the company info from the most recent licensees. So the search parameter I'm using is 2016-05-10T00:00:00.000
The full string together from the API and the search parameter can be found directly at this link:
https://www.hurl.it/?method=GET&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdata.wa.gov%2Fresource%2Fv8vv-gqqs.json&headers=%7B%22X-App-Token%22%3A[%22bjp8KrRvAPtuf809u1UXnI0Z8%22]%7D&args=%7B%22licenseeffectivedate%22%3A[%222004-07-14T00%3A00%3A00.000%22]%7D
So I'm looking to retrieve the most recently added accounts in order to verify 1. the license is active 2. the license number the contractor gives matches what the website says. I would like to figure out how to automate this so that when the newest licenses are added I'll know, and they will be extracted/downloaded into excel.
If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it very much. I also have more questions about using databases if any of you are experts in the field.
Once again, thank you!
Clay
Since your goal is to get this data into Excell, have you considered using something like our OData support instead? You could structure your query in Excel PowerBI and it'd automatically refresh the data.
Another option would be to use our CSV output type with an Excel web query. I use the IMPORTDATA(...) function in Google Sheets, which is very similar.

Best way of sending a file to SQL server and save it, then reading it from DB?

I am developing a software with vb6.0 :( .
I wanna to know that what the best code for saving a file in SQL server and then reading from it is?
I should say that I use ADODB.Stream when saving file.....
what is you suggestion?
Do you need to save to sql. An alternative, and IMO better solution is to save the docs to a folder on your regular file system and save the reference to it in sql.
Unless you have specific reason for wanting to save in sql?
Is there a specific reason you need to use vb6. Legacy?
Here is an example in .NET on achieving what you require, it should be pretty straightforward to convert to VB6

UPDATE: With VB6 an example using ADODB.Stream to store and retrieve images, which should be similar to what you need:
