New project web application - mobile

I have been doing websites using WordPress, Elementor with basic frontend code and some Python basic apps.
Now I would like to develop a "real" web application but I am lost.
I would like to know which Framework should I use o fit my new project:
Webpage (landing)
Users accounts and personal Dashboard with some analytics and data reports. Export and import capabilities.
Possible Mobile app linked to the Dashboard.
IBM cloud or some cloud environment to set up server, APIs...
I am reading about Node.js, React.js and React Native, Django...
I you could help me with some ideas or which software to use will help me a lot.
I am already creating some mockups for the frontend of the web with HTML,CSS and JavaScript using Bootstrap just to test it.
Thanks in advance.
Diego
I need some ideas to develop the fill project without having to change the framework with the project started.

React Web app with a user login and headless CMS

So for an upcoming project I need to build a simple e-learning/training platform. As I am new to ReactJS I wanted to use that to build this web app. For this web app I want to use firebase for users to login and see the content and interact with it. Then I also need a CMS platform for the company to output data to the user.
I was curious what the best take would be for this project. Firstly build the base and user login and later on add the CMS or first the CMS and then the user login. Also looked at several headless CMS systems but not sure what would work best, especially with the firebase authentication.
Any help or directions would be great!

can I create progressive web app in django framework or wagtail which one is best?

I am trying to build for website so I need to know that.what is progressive web app? and all devices or only moniter.
Progressive web apps are web apps that can look and act like native apps.
django-progressive-web-app may be a good place to start your research about using Django for your project. I've never used it myself, but it looks promising.

Creating a mobile app using Google App Engine and GWT?

I have a Google App Engine application with a front-end that was created using GWT. How would I go about creating a mobile app equivalent of this? In particular I would prefer to use GWT to create the front-end here as well. Does Google have any thing within GWT specifically designed for creating mobile apps? Is there already some existing structure in GWT which takes the front-end you've created and makes it scalable so that it can be easily transformed into a mobile app? Thank you much!
You should also definitively check mgwt + gwt-phonegap. It's a cross platform gwt/phonegap solution.
It depends a lot on whether you wish to build cross platform as in phonegap or keep it simple as in mobilewebapp example provided in sample folder in gwt zip file you download.
The mobilewebapp sample does not access smartphone features but will be accessible by browser on any mobile. phonegap or similar frameworks like titanium, sencha provide api to access smartphone features.

Using trigger.io with GAE

I want to try using trigger.io.
We have a Web App and using GAE.
How can we test our Web App with trigger.io?
I see that on the "WEB" section of the toolkit there's only a spot for "Heroku".
Is it possible?
Do we need to migrate?
How can i test our web app with android? I couldn't find a place to direct it to our index.html.
Thanks a lot.
The web section in the Toolkit basically lets you deploy your mobile app as a mobile website, based on Node.js.
If you have an existing web app that you'd like to use as the backend for a mobile app, then it's a case of exposing some sort of HTTP API which your mobile app then interacts with.
Having the mobile app just receive JSON from GAE, build its HTML views and present them to the user works really well.

Is it ok to have GWT for the admin and to choose another java framework for the website?

My project has a website (frontend) and an admin (backend).
I would like to do the whole project (front/back-end) with GWT, but I have some reason to have my website running without javascript.
These reasons are :
portability on mobile phone.
a best practice recommend to have a website running without js.
So I can t do the website with GWT...and I also need a MVC, internationalization...and other stuff existing in a classical web framework. I will develop my application on google app engine.
Does it make sense to use 2 frameworks (GWT for the admin and Spring MVC for the website) ?
Thanks you,
It is not uncommon to use different tools and frameworks for internal admin tools and external websites. In many places I have worked admin tools have been desktop based because they are quicker to develop.
so, if it works for you, go for it!
