Unexpected token < in JSON at position 31 at parse (<anonymous>) - reactjs

Question

I'm not sure why it is giving the error when open with sandbox but runs fine with npm start
I also tried doing npm run build and it gave the same error.
I tried to run my previous commits in sandbox to and the same result. Is it regarding
some dependency?
