I have a reactjs application that is using v3.9.0 of material Ui , i want to know which version of different browser it supports.
I searched for it a lot on internet but didn't find any resources for it,
I want to know is there a way by which i can get versions of browser that supports material ui 3.9.0
Any suggestions would be helpful

I'm new in react native development. The first issue i faced is that i didn't found the way to inspect my ui elements.
I am using expo-cli to run react native app in my android phone.
and I didn't found the way to debug or inspect my ui elements.
Can anybody Please help me regarding this.
because i think there is definitely a way to inspect ui-elements in react native as we do for react-web-app with chrome inspector tools.
You can use Developer Mode
React Native includes some very useful tools for development: remote JavaScript debugging in Chrome, live reload, hot reloading, and an element inspector similar to the beloved inspector that you use in Chrome. It also performs bunch of validations while your app is running to give you warnings if you're using a deprecated property or if you forgot to pass a required property into a component, for example.

I am new in using the latest version of ExtJs and I have a small app project created using Sencha Architect based on the Login example in ExtJS 6.5 modern. However, I cannot check if the UI is working. For the previous versions of ExtJS, I just open the index.html page, but for 6.5 modern, it does not work. Thanks for the help
I'm thinking which frameworks should I use to port an existent application UI to a mobile friendly one.
I've seen Ionic and I was pretty happy with its UI and components until I noticed it requires Angular.js for its functionality.
My project is developed in Knockout.js over Node.js and I'm not planning to start using Angular at this point.
jQuery Mobile seems like another alternative to it but it seems its development its not as active and its community is not as big or as active.
Plus the UI is not native for each OS and it looks as good in big screens.
I've seen other alternatives (Onsen UI, Intel XDK, Sencha Touch, Kendo UI, Framework 7...) but none of them seem to be as popular and as active as Ionic and some of them still need Angular.js.
Isn't there any out of the box framework that doesn't require Angular.js and which provides not only the UI but also the touch features as Ionic does?
Bootstrap might not be at the same level as all of these frameworks.
I would suggest you Onsen UI. Since Onsen UI 2.0 release (at the moment in open beta) the framework is completely agnostic, which means that can work standalone. Nevertheless, it's also still compatible with some of the most famous frameworks like AngularJS 1.x (and Angular 2 in the future), ReactJS (see demo) and KnockoutJS.
Moreover, besides being compatible with iOS and Android, it's one of the few frameworks to be compatible with Windows platform (Windows Phone, Windows Universal App) and to implement Material Design! The learning curve is also very fast.
The community is not so small, as you can see from StackOverflow activity and Gitter Channel. Moreover, the developers are very active in the development, in the issues fix (almost 600 bugs fixed at the moment) and open to listen to the users suggestions.

I recently migrated a website to Joomla, the old website used bootstrap and was responsive.
However, when I used the same template on the new website powered by Joomla it isn't responsive at all.
I thought it would be responsive by nature, is there any additional configuration to make to get it responsive ?
Note: I am not a web designer, so simple explanations would be great.
Basically Joomla works out of the box with some old style templates. Although bootstrap is already into the joomla libraries it doesn't mean that it is used.
Fortunately there are many free templates with their own framework that use bootstrap to have a ready to use responsive website.
I feel to suggest the helix framework http://www.joomshaper.com/helix , it is also very easy to use and customise.
Or the new gantry5 http://gantry.org/ but it doesn't use bootstrap
I would suggest to use Gantry 5 framework. It is free, light and easy to use if you are not a developer.
It does support Bootstrap but they are using there own responsive framework.

I intend to create a Material design based App for Android and Windows.Generally I use Cordova with Ionic framework for development.
In that combo can I add the css and js file of Angular-material and create an app with Material Design ?
Yes, angular material works with Cordova. I have tried basic application with AngularJS, Angular Material and Cordova. And this combination works. Angular material is still in development. I am facing few performance bottle necks. This may be one aspect need to think for time being.
Ionic Framework doesn't play well along with Angular Material.
But you can use AngularJs + Cordova + AngularMaterial and it will work like a charm.

You should not have any issues using Material Design in the same way that you've been using Ionic with Cordova.
In fact, the Ionic team was directly involved in the creation of Material Design. Check out this video for an overview of Material Design by Max Lynch, the co-creator of Ionic.

I've had some problems with cordova compared to straight mobile chrome. Some element don't align right and I think it has to do with the heavy use of flex. I'm still investigating but I'm pretty sure the version of webview my not support it completely. I know that older android versions won't at all. I'll update this if I know more or if anyone else has input on this post here.

Overall feeling is really great. I am testing elements of material design in the app. Problems that I can see so far is dialog. It opens kinda laggy a bit.
