Is there a way to use reactjs along with stimulusjs simultaneously in a an existing rails project?
This is not a coding specific question rather an architectural approach. Is it possible?
I was asking myself this same question, and I found multiple resources.
The general idea on how I would prefer to use it is to use StimulusJS for most things, and where you need some powerlifting, mount React app and use it.
So what I will do here is list the resources that look helpful. Also, if I find time, I will try to update this answer with my use case and how I set this up with the mentioned resources below. (I might even create a blog post)
Clay Murray's simple and awesome article (source: DEV.to)
David Guilfoyle's article (the author claims that this works with Turbolinks/Turbo as well) (source: Medium)
DanBridges' article on using pre-built React components with Rails + StimulusJS (source: a blog post)
Kudos go to the guys mentioned in the resources!

I wanted to create a react project allowing a user to annotate floorplan thanks to Go.js's floorplanner here is the link https://gojs.net/latest/projects/floorplanner/FloorPlanner.html. If you look visit that link and down below you will see the scripts that were used to create floorplanner. But instead of creating the floorplanner with vanilla JS I wanted to use React.js. Can someone help with the integration of Go.js's floorplanner with React?
This question is too vague for an easy answer. You should look at the react example: https://github.com/NorthwoodsSoftware/gojs-react
And modify it to your liking. This can involve taking large parts of all of the floor planner sample, though if you have no practice with GoJS this it may be worth taking the time to learn everything involved in the sample, before any integration.
I'm a quite beginner to React and Redux..Will I be able to get some suggestions on some sample apps to develop to improve myself in the mentioned subject area?
I am not sure whether you can get any sample project for the same. But if you want to learn, you can refer to the Udemy course React - The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux)
Everything is explained in simple terms. As of now, the prices are high. Just look for some sales (comes very often). You can get it for Rs 700 or even less.
Many resources, free even for you to try. I would recommend using the official websites and just go with their tutorials to get a sense of how to make something small. That's how I started, some of them have interactive sample apps in CodePen or Sandbox. In Redux, for example, a Counter with React.
After that, it depends on what kind of application you want. On the official pages, they have example projects too:
https://reactjs.org/community/examples.html
https://redux.js.org/introduction/examples#examples
Doing a google search also has many example projects too.
I have created an website/application using Angular2. The infrastructure is all set, I have routing completed, sass being processed etc.
I have sections (components) on this website that will display current web standards for our designs (buttons, forms, copy). The purpose of this site is to give our developers a copy/paste solution for markup and sass.
We will most likely create our own css library but they will still need a good visual reference of what each class does and a copy/paste solution.
I know how to develop all the standards, what I don't know how to do is have the DOM display options for the user to copy/paste the code. I could manually enter the code into or tags but this will be hard to maintain and not very clean approach. I'd like to find some solution that will utilize my code and create these tags at run time.
Googling this question leads down the road of using living style guide generators, which i don't want to use... why? I like having the functionality of controlling my own layout and scaling my standards as I see fit with our own technology.
Any ideas?
After exploring this even further I ended circling yet again on documentation tools (KSS) where I would need to rebuild my entire style guide for this functionality using markdown and or JDOCs.
Solution!
Use CodePen, its free to signup however there are some nice to have features for a monthly fee. I easily created my code here using SASS, HTML and CSS libraries. CodePen has a great EMBED feature whereas I could copy/paste html or iframe right to my styleguide.
Problem is now solved, and we have have a dynamic Web & UI Styleguide.
Hope this method helps others in my situation.
I am considering to add a Blog on my GAE/J application and wondered what is the best way to do so.
Are there any implementations I can use?
Should I write something on my own?
I read about Microblog but it is written in python, I am not sure it will co-exists with my Java app.
Appreciate your thoughts.
While I don't know any implementations that you can use, this question is very broad and there are a lot of different things that you could do, and writing your own is one of them.
Just to begin with you could use the Blogger API to read the posts and present them in your app. By doing that you're able to add/modify/delete posts using the Blogger's UI and in your own app you will only present the posts. The only problem with this solution is regarding the comments, where you could implement your own (just to start somewhere) or include maybe the Facebook's Comments Box.
I did exactly that for the kiebdoj.com/blog/ and it saved me a lot of time for not implementing my own WYSIWYG editor or a post manager. That was written in Python, so I can't provide any examples, but in either case it wasn't written to work on it's own.
I'm trying to link all this technologies, but there are many isolated examples and I do not have enough experience to link them together
so my questions:
Whether there is a similar example?
Is it possible to use UIBinder with Gin?
Any recommendations to implement it?
The GWT blueprint that we use and works great for us.

My own project is in an early phase, but it has all these technologies. You may want to take a look:

Unfortunately, I don't know of such tutorials (a possible solution would be to get a book on GWT, but I don't know if there are any that deal with GWT 2.0 and Gin) - I'm afraid it's up to you to patch the knowledge from them together, that's what everyone has to do, right? ;) If you have some specific problems feel free to post a question about it, then we could help.
As for the UiBinder + Gin issue - I'm using both technologies and it's a breeze, but that's mainly because I'm also following the MVP (Model View Presenter) architecture/model - that way the view doesn't really has any dependencies and the Presenter does all the work. More on that here: http://code.google.com/events/io/2009/sessions/GoogleWebToolkitBestPractices.html
Here is a nice tutorial. The app is very simple but demonstrates all the basics you need.
