What's the purpose of creating another class "ExtentReports" here? - selenium-webdriver

Above code already has "ExtentSparkReporter" class in 4th line but what's the purpose of creating another class called "ExtentReports" here in last two lines?

Powermock of static class gives error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class XXX

Problem
Could not initialize class ...
...javax.xml.transform.FactoryFinder (in our case).
In the article, where we found the solution, it was the class SessionFactory.
Class Under Test
We wanted to write a test for a utils class with static members.
We got the error when trying to create a Mock of a class, which contained a new statement as an initialization of a static field.

Solution
The solution was adding another class level annotation to the test class:
#SuppressStaticInitializationFor("com.example.package.util.ClassUnderTest")
Note, that you have to give the package path and no .class at the end. Unlike #PrepareFor.

is it possible to archive the report of TestNG?

How do I archive the results (report) of the tests in Selenium 2 (Webdriver) so as to be able to return to them? Each performance suite overwrites the previous report, as it can be prevented? I use a simple html report.

MEF Recomposition error

I get the exception:

What am I doing wrong?
The first time you call ComposeParts, a new C object is added as an export to the container. Then second time you call ComposeParts, another C object is added as an export. This creates a problem with the import because there are two possible parts for import and MEF cannot make a decision. Hence the cardinality exception.
One solution would be to change the import to:
[ImportMany(AllowRecomposition = true)]
public IEnumerable<C> PropertyC { get; set; }
Another solution is to actually use a catalog when creating the container. This is the common way to use MEF. Pretty much all the examples you can find follow this approach:
//Create a catalog. In this case, a catalog based on an already loaded assembly.
var catalog = new AssemblyCatalog(typeof(C).Assembly);
//Create a container using the catalog. Only the parts from that catalog will be used.
var compositionContainer = new CompositionContainer(catalog);

By the way I have never seen such an example of MEF usage before. My answer is mainly based on observations I made while debugging it.

Resolve region manager in wpf

I am trying to do this in a specflow step definition file, so that I can create an object of view model and make method calls to it.
But I get an error saying "Interface cannot be resolved: Microsoft.Practices.Prism.Regions.IRegionManager (resolution path: TestClass)". What is that I am doing wrong?

Are you expecting your test class to be instantiated by SpecFlow or via Prism? As both have dependency injection functionality.
So I wouldn't expect your test definition file to have any importing constructors or similar MEF attributes. Instead I would expect your test class to written more like

first post here, hoping someone could perhaps shed some light on an issue I've been trying to juggle...
As a part of a school project we're attempting to build a interface to display points on a map and paths on a map.
For our first sprint I managed to work out storing/retrieving items using Objectify - it went great!
Now we're trying to extend the functionality for our next spring. Having problems now trying to store an object of type MapPath (note MapPath and MapData, our two data types, both extend class Data). Brief code snippets as follows :

What exactly does "attempting to create multiple associations on class ... for name" imply?
Sorry for the long post and any formatting issues that may arise.
You have repeated field names in your subclasses. You should not declare 'name' and 'dataSet' in both superclasses and subclasses; remove these fields from MapData and PathData and you should be fine.
com.teamrawket.server.MapData refers to the fullPath name for your MapData file. The name at the end refers to the field String name in your MapData class. This whole exception tries to tell you that it already contains a reference for that specific fullPath.
I would say there is another object with the same fullPath already registered. It would be helpful to know where line 59 is exactly as that is where the error occured.
