Is it possible to allow moderators to view, add and edit a snippet - wagtail

By default, it seems snippets are only accessible to admins in wagtail.
Is there a way to specify a snippet is accessible to moderators?

Within the Wagtail admin (as an administrator), go to Settings -> Groups and select the Moderators group. The snippet types will be listed under "Object permissions"; tick the boxes for the permissions you want to assign.

Normal user (not admin) registration and publishing in Wagtail

I understand Wagtail is a CMS. Per my test so far, only the admin has permission to publish an article/content. I checked out "puput" and a few others as listed here. I wonder is there a way to allow normal user registration, login, publishing? Something similar to Medium, where the normal user, or say the community, can contribute to the content generation.
I thought there might be a toggle or switch to enable this. But I didn't find it. I'm looking for a way that is either a package or a plugin or similar. Not coding from scratch. Ideally within Wagtail CMS, but other frameworks based on Django should also be fine.
Thanks.
Wagtail provides two user groups:
Editors: user within this group can create page and submit it to moderation
Moderators: user within this group can publish pages that have been submitted to moderation.
To update groups for a given user, go the the django admin interface with admin credentails, usually the url is your-domain/admin
Then go to Users under Authentication and Authorization category
Then get into the user you want to allow posting pages,
Scroll down until Permissions category and moove groups Editors and Moderators from Available groups to Chosen groups as follow:
Then save new settings.

Field Security Profile not setting checkboxes to read only. crm 2011

I have enabled Field security on 2 checkboxes I have on a my form.
Checkboxes:
Security Override (checkbox)
Financial Overide (checkbox)
I have created 2 Field Security Profiles (FSP).
Override Control
This FSP will grant assigned users the ability to read, create, update.
Override Read
This FSP will grant assigned users the ability to read.
When I tested Override Read with an assigned user. I was still able to click and changed the checkboxes. It appears as if crm is ignoring the Override Read FSP.
How can I configure the checkboxes to be read only using Field Security Profiles?
I tried testing and debugging the issue with the Field Security Profile for a few hours and decided to take a different approach.
I ended up using javascript, when the page loads it will disable the override checkboxes. The checkboxes will only been enabled if the user has a particular security role.
In case you were testing using account that has System Administrator - that would not work because System Administrator will have an access to any fields if I'm not wrong.
UPD in this case please provide screenshots of fields you've made FL-secured, profiles you've created for fields and screenshot of profiles assigned to a user and at the end screenshot of a form with fields.

Combining conditions in Drupal

I am making a project and it has three types of users. My problem is I want the first 2 category of users to be able to access the information and for the third kind of user i want to display the access denied page. I know I have to combine the conditions and events in Rules under configuration page of Drupal but I am not able to get the result I want. Please help me.
If what you want to deny access is a content type, then check this module: http://drupal.org/project/content_access
Basically, it adds custom access rules for every content type in your Drupal installation. You can select the role and the the access type from the content type administration page in admin/structure/type. Also, it can show different access options depending on the node.
if you want to deny access to individual node this module node access that "override the permissions for a given content type by setting permissions on an individual node".

How to allow user other than Administrator to Add New User in DotnetNuke?

In DotNetNuke, Administrator only can add new user. I want to allow other user with custom role as well to Add New User. Is it possible with DotNetNuke ?
It used to be possible, though I haven't tried this in quite a while.
Basically what you can try a couple of options.
1) You can assign PAGE permissions on the User Accounts page in DNN to users of a specific role. Then you will need to provide those users a LINK to the page, as they won't see the admin menu and won't have access to the link via the Admin menu.
2) You can actually (used to be able to) place the User account module on a page that other roles have access to, the problem is that the User Accounts and Security roles modules are "premium" meaning that you have to specifically (as a superuser) allow them for use in a portal before they can be placed on a page. You do this from the host/extensions page and click on the edit pencil next to the module, find the premium section then assign it to the specific portal. Then you will add the module(s) to a page, you'll find that more than just the User Account module gets added, so you will want to remove the extra ones by deleting them from the page.
Hopefully one of those two options will work for you.

SSRS Revert to parent security

I have 50+ report parts which have specific AD Groups assigned to them as Browser.
This is so only certain people have access to the data.
To accomplish this, on the security settings I changed it by clicking 'Edit Item Security'
This resulted in SSRS not inheriting the security anymore (i.e If I put an individuals AD name for the project folder they would be given access to everything)
So all my report parts have individual groups as it stands, the problems is I now need to give 1 individual access to everything.
With the current set up this would mean adding them 1 by 1 to all the report parts however there is a button called 'Revert to parent security'.
My question is, if i click this will it remove all the individual group security settings I have applied or will it allow me to add 1 person to all whilst leaving all the others the same?
According to Books Online ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms180265.aspx )
Revert to Parent Security will remove all the individual group security settings
Click to reset the security settings to that of the immediate parent
folder. If inheritance is unbroken throughout the report server folder
hierarchy, the security settings of the top-level folder, Home, are
used.
In your scenario, it seems that you have to add user individually to every secured item. You could do it programmatically using Reporting Services scripting host (see http://msftrsprodsamples.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=SS2008%21Script%20Samples%20%28Reporting%20Services%29 for some sample scripts) or Powershell ( see Using Powershell to set user permissions in Reporting Services for a sample)
