I am working through this lab, where a H2O Driverless AI model is trained, and deployed to Snowflake. I used Snowflake Partner Connect to set up a 7 day trial of H2O Driverless AI.
https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/automl_with_snowflake_and_h2o/index.html?index=..%2F..index#0
Everything went smoothly until the last step, to deploy the model to Snowflake, where a license.sig file from H20 is needed. All it says is:
Last, you will need your Driverless AI license file license.sig
However I cannot find this file, nor any instructions about where to find it or download it.
This is Azim from H2O.ai.
To deploy the model you trained on your H2O DAI instance and start making predictions, you will need a license key. As a trial user, you could sign up here for a license key that is valid for 21 days: https://www.h2o.ai/try-driverless-ai/
This is listed as a prerequisite in the first section titled Use Case Overview on the Snowflake and H2O.ai quickstart guide. Thanks for your question, we will clarify this by adding a note on the Deployment section too.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly and I'd be happy to help: h2o.snowflake#h2o.ai, azim.baghadiya#h2o.ai

Anyone cleared Snowflake's SnowPro Certification? I need help with and information about what did you do in order to prepare for this certification. I appreciate your information.
Thank you,
Prashanth.
Snowflake did officially launch the SnowPro Core Certification publicly on Tuesday, October 29th.
To view more information about the SnowPro Core Certification, you can navigate to https://community.snowflake.com/s/snowprocertifications.
No. They dont have transparent process for certification.
First, They have only online proctoring exam, they wont even give option to choose test center on your own.
But when you start the online exam by agreeing to all their conditions (arranging external usb camera, high speed internet etc) they will suspend or stop it by giving some silly reason and tell you to choose test centre by paying $100 more.
Later when you question back they will edit the requirement document itself and tell you are not meeting the requirements. (PFA sample of their requirement change)
Funny thing is they dont even know where is their Server.
It is one of the rubbish process I have seen, Please dont take up this certification and get trapped like me.
Portland OR is mentioned
Phoenix Arizona is mentioned later

I am a graduate having some practical experience(beginner level) on MS-BI/Data Modelling.want to work on a project to gain experience and able to apply for full-time jobs.I have real data of my brother's Home Care agency to work on....All the data is in excel/paper folders/files...So my question is where to start?Should i start from implementing relational databases for ERP System and data-warehouse first and then through (SSIS,SSAS,SSRS) and finally reporting on excel?please advice!(Note:I do have resources provided-PC,Server(SQL Server 2008 R2),MSBI-BIDS(Developer Edition)...
I would start to implement a normalised database in Microsoft Access for your brother. You can do this parallel to his excel/paper/folders and files. If your database model is finished and it works, you can upsize it to SQL Sever and start building reports with SSRS. This way you have covered a lot of steps which might come to you in your new job. Good luck btw :-)

I am looking to create an application for exchange rate of foreign currencies and need backend for the same. While searching for the same, i came across:
http://rate-exchange.appspot.com
http://rate-exchange.appspot.com/currency?from=USD&to=EUR&q=1 //working demo
I also find the github source for this GAE project at:
https://github.com/hippasus/ExchangeRates
Now the question I have how should I proceed. Shall I use this already deployed project named http://rate-exchange.appspot.com or deploy my own version. If I should deploy my own version then what will be steps.
Thanks in advance
Generally try to use existing code with permission and visibly give credit to avoid plagiarism. Developers who repeat work already done by others learn from the experience but risk wasting time unnecessarily. You learn from others by studying their code anyway.
You may after some experience with the other project think of ways to improve it. Liaise on Github with the original author about constructive collaboration. Sharing code is what makes free and open source software great.

I'm new to ontology, my requirement is to gather the Insurance domain concepts and relations between them and I'm using Protege to capture domain concepts. Now I have OWL file of insurance domain.
Now, I want to know what are the benefits I can get it from. I searched in the net and got to know that reasoning is a benefit.
Can OWL file be used in web application?
How far Ontology has significance over data base?
may be I'm wrong with the questions? Need guidance to better understanding of Ontology.
We have used GATE (General Architechture of Text Engineering), a text analysis tools for parsing OWL Files.
Here we had created OWL files for Medical Domain and run those over a set of corpus using OntoGazetteer, Onto Root Gazaetteer plugin and made annotations of texts. After these we have extracted those information for further use those with our structured (Database) and non-structured information (Documents) to link and made service available to public through web service.
Please take a look in - http://gate.ac.uk/sale/tao/splitch14.html#chap:ontologies for better understanding.

Currently a user makes a purchase and then a license is generated and sent to that user, but the license isn't tied to a physical computer so there is nothing to prevent the user sharing the license with someone.
I heard people talk about creating a license tied to the mac address of the computer, so the license only works on that computer. Now I know how to get the mac address in code but I dont understand how I can do this step when they first make the purchase on the web, so please what is the basic algorithm for node locked licenses ?
Users will hate you. If you're in a niche market, build trust not barriers between you and your clients.
The reason I say this, is that I use a $20,000 per license software on my pc, and trust me, if my pc farts, the license is void and I have to call them up to reactivate.
The best control and friendliest method I find is by giving each licensed version a usb dongle. that way you can install the software on a gazillion computers but it could only run with a dongle.
