How to achieve xlink:title in react - reactjs

everyone. I hope everyone is doing great and are healthy.
Recently, I started working with svg images in react and stuck with one thing. I know how to do that thing in html however, not sure how I can do in react.
What I'm trying to achieve is if I hover over a state then it's name should be visible.

Unable to resize logo using parameter value

I'm running a Hugo website using Tella Theme. I would to enlarge the logo.
config.toml has a parameter for sizing:

size = "h-14"
h-14 appears too small size. I've tried modifying the size to enlarge the logo size but the logo disappears with any other value besides h-14. What can I do to resize the logo appropriately?

I also began trying to use custom.css but I'm not sure if I'm applying it correctly or how Hugo reads a custom css file. There are also two custom.css files available - one under css folder and one under static folder.

The problem is that you have to much whitespace around your logo. I have updated it (I opened the SVG in Inkscape and made the document fit the image). You can find the new logo here:

Calculate radius r = x^2 + y^2 using array values

I would like to use my calculated y[0] (x-values) and y[1] (y-values) from sol_3 using the solve_ivp to find the radius(r) and plot r(t).
How can I calculate r using x and y values from sol_r? I keep getting TypeError: only size-1 arrays can be converted to Python scalars.
It seems like I am having issues with data type.

Find SIFT features matching between two video

I extracted SIFT features from two videos to make a matching.
I need to compare each of the second video features with those stored in an array of features of the first video. I'm having trouble set the code so that when I have the correspondence I can get the frame in which the feature is present. How can I do? Can anyone show me a code example?

You are matching using [matches, scores] = vl_ubcmatch(d, d2, 1.5) ;. d contains only the descriptors of the latest frame. You should do something like:

From here, you should be able to get the matches between the frames.

Path Fill Not Filling the Path

I am new to creating svg/wpf style images, but I really want the scalability of a vector based image when creating icons and buttons in my WPF application. As I am not the greatest with Expression Blend/Design/Xaml paths...I found an image (peice of toast), traced it in inkscape to get the coordinate data, and put the data into a path in wpf.
It worked great, but I only have a stroke and can't figure out how to get the fill to actually fill work. The exact path is below...I am not sure if the path is not connected, or if I am doing something wrong.
Can any one tell me what I am doing wrong and how to get the fill to work (Maybe i should be using path geometry??)?

Btw...I understand there are alot of points in the data, but like I said I traced an real image using inkscape, if any one knows an easy way to get rid of some of the points (maybe using Blend) that would also be appreciated (I'm not opposed to making the path more rounded).
It looks like its not a closed off solid shape. When adding a drop shadow effect the shadow can be seen inside the lines. Also I noticed if you remove the stroke property the outline will be red, as is specified in your fill.
OK, so the problem was that InkScape actually made a path that represented the border...In otherwords, there were two "lines" that together made an outline of the shape I was trying to get. The fill was actually showing up, but these two lines that represented the border were so close together (and combined with the stroke) I couldn't see the fill I manullay deleted the inner "line" points and as I was doing it the fill started to fill the objected as expected. At first glance it appeared to be a single line, but when I zoomed in dramatically I saw that there were two lines.

Quite simply i am trying to create a button that will change the mode of the map from AerialWithLabels to Road mode.

If you are using C# with your application, Then one way to do this would be:
Create a button in XAML, and give it a name:

<TextBlock FontSize="26">Change Map Mode</TextBlock>
</Button>
Assign an event handler to the button's MouseUp or TouchUp events:
<Button Name="TestButton" TouchUp="Toggle_Map">
<TextBlock FontSize="26">Change Map Mode</TextBlock>
</Button>
In your C# codebehind, create the event handler like so, with the proper C# code to toggle the map mode:

1) create a button on XAML

2) in C# the event handler should have an if and else. The code fixed it is:
