I am trying to trigger an apex class on every inbound text message received for messaging session in omni channel tab. But I am not able to find any object that can be used to attach a trigger on it. Have searched online as well, but in most of the guides they use third party services like twilio, Mercury etc. Can someone help me to implement this without any third-party service?

I want to implement an evaluation feature to my chatbot. User would be able to rate service on a scale of 1 to 5 and make suggestions.

I used IBM Cloud functions to get a joke from an API to Watson via webhook. I used code from the internet. So I am somewhat familiar with the concept, but I need more guidance and couldn’t find anything helpful. Basically I know nothing about NODE.
I would recommend the tutorial and its code on how to build a database-driven Slackbot with Watson Assistant. It uses a webhook and Cloud Functions to interact with a database for various actions. You could use that as blueprint for setting up the webhook and see how the database is invoked.
Make sure to secure the webhook. This can only be done using the command line (CLI), see the Cloud Functions doc on securing web actions.
I'm trying to figure out how to use Cloud Pub/Sub to trigger the sending of an email when a file is added to a storage bucket.
Currently using PHP72 in Google App Engine standard environment. First I created a Topic that creates a message when a file is added to the storage bucket. Then I created a Pull subscription which reads the message. I can view the messages in the GCP console, but what I would like to happen is that I want to be notified by email, preferably with a copy of the file added to the email as an attachment. Is this possible? I tried looking for a solution or tutorial but came up empty.
You can implement the send mail login in a cloud function which will be triggered by Pub/Sub (Node.js,Python,Go).

Instead of using a pull subscription, you should probably use a push subscription with App Engine, combined with one of the third party mail services such as Send Grid or MailJet.
The upload of an object to GCS triggers a message to be sent to the topic, and the push subscription delivers that message to App Engine.
Unfortunately, there aren't any full tutorials asking for exactly what you want, but hopefully this helps. Feel free to request a community tutorial for this by filing an issue on the GCP community toturial repo.
I will work on a new project related to salesforce. Actually what we want to do is to have a salesforce API that contains our database and this API will accept connections from our clients. Once we establish the connection the user will have the access to our database too. Since I dont know anything about salesforce right now, I just wanted to ask you if you have some ideas on how to do that ? Is there any existing API doing that ? or We need to implement our new API for salesforce ?
Salesforce provides several APIs out of the box that can be used to access the data stored in your Organization.
Have a look at the REST API, Enterprise API and the Partner API. See Which API Should I Use?.
If none of those suit your needs you can use Apex to create your own REST or SOAP based services.

Depending on the process you are using, there are few examples for using asp.net and the service account option. I successfully created events via service account with granting domain-wide access. With this you just need to create an app, then service account for the app and follow the domain wide delegation steps on the google documentation pages. This option is great if you have an app that needs to create events without having to authenticate the user.

There is even sample code in Java, Python, PHP, and Ruby to help get you started just below the reference. In addition, below the sample code is the APIs Explorer where you can issue requests with appropriate payload to the API and see the HTTP response to ensure you're calling the API correctly and receiving the data you requested. In Apex there is a provision to send email through Apex class. So similarly is there any provision which enables to send a sms? To expand my question more, I have a situation where I want to send a sms to the user whenever he submits the application form giving him the application number and other information via sms.
There is nothing built into the platform for this - your best bet would be to integrate with an existing online provider.
SMS Global have several exposed APIs, including one super simple POST based service, and you can also create your own POST service for responses if required. I've played with this one before and it took an hour or two to get a two-way setup operational.
