I am working on a site using cakephp 2.10. It appears that the pages do not update unless the browser is refreshed. For example, I sign in as a user, it redirects me to the last page I was on before I left the previous time. (Correct function). But, when I go back to the main page, it shows me signed out. If I then refresh the page, it shows me signed in. I have tried clearing the files in the folders under app/tmp/cache/.... (persistent, model, etc) and I even tried turning debug to 3 to try and get the cache to refresh that way. I am baffled why this is working this way. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I have experienced this on three sites I am working on recently.

I am new to mobx-persist. I am not able to figure out how rehydration works in mobx-persist. I tried asking about it in github but got no reply so far. I am wondering if anyone here is able to point me the right direction.
The problem that I am trying to solve is to prevent losing the react states on the page refresh. I want to keep the stats in the session storage and load them back when the page is refreshed. (Note: I managed to do it by accessing the session storage directly from the react store but I thought that mobx-persist might do the better job.)
I created a sample here. https://github.com/michaelsync/js-lab/tree/master/mobx-persist-sample.
You can use the following command to run the sample.
yarn install
yarn start
It has two components called "entry" page and "result". User can enter something in "entry" page and show that data in the "result" page. There is one store called userDataStore that has only one property called data.
When you click on "Click Me" in the entry page, the data that you typed on text box will be saved in user data store. and it retrieves the data back from the result page.
The issue is that when I refresh the page, I still lost the react states. I guess it's because I don't understand how rehydration works in mobx-persist.
The steps to replicate the issue ~
run the program by using yarn start
enter something in textbox and click on "Click me" (It will redirect to the result page)
you will see what you entered in the result page.
Refresh the page (press F5) - the data will be lost.
Can someone please help me with the steps that I need to do in hydration and rehydration?
Note: I don't want to use any server-side code or isomorphic rendering to sync the states for now. using the session storage might be anti-pattern but I see it fit in my tiny project.
I recently moved my WordPress site from one host to another. I cancelled the previous host already because everything displayed just fine on the front end.
However, when I go to Admin Panel, I get a lot of empty pages. The comments, Posts and other pages display a correct count of items at the top, but the actual content is not displayed.
I have disabled all plugins, changed the theme, tried Wordpress Repair, none worked.
Also, some times when I refresh the page, the first item on the list appears, I refresh again, the page goes blank, I refresh again, the page appears but no comments.
The way it works, it almost seems like the script gets terminated while retrieving data.

I'd appreciate your help!
Seems like pages are not getting rendered due to some error. Kindly change the define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); in wp-config.php to find them & troubleshoot. Once issues are fixed pages will render properly.
Somehow my DNN has a broken path a particular url serves pages, but doesn't work for delete or advanced options (delivers a 404 error)
The taburls table has no entries for this tab.
If I change the url through the tabs table then I'm able to delete the page without issue.
I tried accessing the page options via tabid, but the tabid gets converted to the friendly name and then 404s.
I tried turning off friendly urls in my web.config but I may have done it wrong since the entire site would not load (yellowscreen of death)
I'm wondering where DNN is storing this path that is breaking the advanced options of whatever page is at the path.
How do I fix this url so it displays page options and lets me delete pages?
First thing I would try is going to the Admin/Page Management screen, can you make the changes you need to via that interface? If so, after making the changes, are you able to access the page and all the features/options correctly?
If that doesn't work, check the TabPath column in the TABS table to see if there are any bad paths in there for specific pages that you are having problems with.
When I have the Development mode enabled for my profile, and I open a custom VisualForce page, the code-editing window/frame appears on the bottom of the screen.
Problem: for 7-8 months now, this window does not disappear when I am done with the custom VF page and go on to strandard pages. It's just sitting there, and displays the code for the original VF page. In addition to that, it's keeping the custom VF's URL up in the address bar of the browser, which interferes with other VF pages which take a use of the URL data.
I have submitted this as an issue to SF Support, who had pounded on it for months, and did not resolve.
Have you experienced this problem before, or know how to fix?
I've had this problem before and found the Development Mode toolbar at the bottom of pages particularly annoying. It doesn't work with some of the Firefox plugins that I use. So, I turned it off.
To edit a page without Development Mode turned on, go to Setup > Develop > Pages (or Apex Classes for controllers).
If you'd rather keep Development Mode on you may want to try updating your browser, or try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome).
You can also use the url parameter
core.apexpages.devmode.url=1
in the address of any VF page to temporarily disable the development Mode toolbar.
I've asked this question all over the web, but nobody has replied so far.
I have a Cake app on a live server. The problem is everything seems to be cached.
Let's say you're on the index page, hit "delete" link to delete a record, and you're redirected back to the index. The "deleted" record is still shown. If you hit the refresh button, the record is no longer shown and the flash message appears.
And it's like this all over the site.
I've disabled caching in config/core.php, sessions are pure cakephp (works the same with database and php sessions), debug is 0.
Server is PHP5.
Any idea is welcome!
What is your browser? I use Opera and I admit it doesn't manage the cache the way I'd want it to. I have to refresh, while Firefox works perfectly (or at least reload the page the way I'd expect it to while I'm debugging)
(from twitter #IvanBernat) have you tried to add meta tag for killing browser cache? use firebug and see if browser get 304 code for your file
