I'm using EF 6.1.3 and installed EntityFramework.BulkInsert-ef6.
context.BulkSaveChanges();
gives me an error
context does not contain a definition for BulkSaveChanges
I'm forgetting a configuration? Reading https://entityframework-extensions.net/bulk-savechanges I cannot figure it out
You are using the wrong package.
See download link here: https://entityframework-extensions.net/download
You want to Z.EntityFramework.Extensions package: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Z.EntityFramework.Extensions/

I'm following this tutorial https://docs.abp.io/en/abp/latest/Tutorials/Part-1?UI=NG&DB=EF#map-the-book-entity-to-a-database-table
In that step it instructs me to add b.ConfigureByConvention to the configuration in DbContext but dotnet tells me it is not defined.
I have abp version 5.3.4 and checked that the tutorial is for the correct version.
I generated the project with the abp CLI so the packages should not be a problem.
Is there some step that I overlooked?
The complete error is:
'EntityTypeBuilder' does not contain a definition for
'ConfigureByConvention' and no accessible extension method
'ConfigureByConvention' accepting a first argument of type
'EntityTypeBuilder' could be found (are you missing a using
directive or an assembly reference?)
The ConfigureByConvention method is an extension method, so your IDE probably could not find the related namespace and not suggested to you.
If you add using Volo.Abp.EntityFrameworkCore.Modeling; as namespace then it should work as expected.
I am very new to Zeppelin/spark and couldn't get an accurate description of steps to configure new dependencies like that of NLP libraries.
Found similar issue here.
I was trying to use Johnsnowlabs NLP library in Zeppelin notebook (spark version2.2.1).
Setup included :
In Zeppelin's Interpreters configurations for Spark, include the following artifact:
com.johnsnowlabs.nlp:spark-nlp_2.11:2.5.4
Then, in conf/zeppelin-env.sh, setup SPARK_SUBMIT_OPTIONS.
export SPARK_SUBMIT_OPTIONS=” — packages JohnSnowLabs:spark-nlp:2.2.2". Then restarted Zeppelin.
But the below program gives the error :
%spark
import com.johnsnowlabs.nlp.base._
import com.johnsnowlabs.nlp.annotator._
<console>:26: error: object johnsnowlabs is not a member of package com
import com.johnsnowlabs.nlp.base._
^
<console>:27: error: object johnsnowlabs is not a member of package com
import com.johnsnowlabs.nlp.annotator._
Can someone please share how this can be done? I referred this link .
TIA
you don't need to edit the conf/zeppelin-env.sh (anyway you're using it incorrectly, as you're specifying completely different version), you can make all changes via Zeppelin UI. Go to the Spark interpreter configuration, and put com.johnsnowlabs.nlp:spark-nlp_2.11:2.5.4 into spark.jars.packages configuration property (or add it if it doesn't exist), and into the Dependencies at the end of configuration (for some reason, it isn't automatically pulled into driver classpath).
I am using Python 3.8.2. I am trying to create a project by using the Flask-Uploads module.
When I try to run it, I get error:
"no module named flask.ext.uploads"
I then tried to install this module again with upper case letters like Flask-Uploads, but I still have the same problem.
I was wondering if there's a problem with the latest Python version I am using?
This looks like you have a too old Flask-Uploads version.
Flask-Uploads has not seen an update on PyPi since 2016.
I created a fork of the library, in order to fix some errors and continue development:
https://pypi.org/project/Flask-Reuploaded/
You can use the new library as a drop-in replacement, that means, you do not have to change a single line of code.
Also, you have to import from flask_uploads instead of the obsolete flask.ext.uploads.
I'm trying to configure SonataAdminBundle and SonataUserBundle to use mongodb and am getting the following error:
ClassNotFoundException: Attempted to load interface "PageableManagerInterface" from namespace "Sonata\CoreBundle\Model" in /Users/me/Sites/mynamespace-webtools/vendor/sonata-project/user-bundle/Model/UserManagerInterface.php line 25. Do you need to "use" it from another namespace?
Can anyone shed any light on what might be causing this? I was also getting the symptoms described here and have tried the answers suggested there.
Can anyone confirm if the mongodb functionality is just broken? Am also wondering if this error relates to this commit?
This appears to be a dependency error within the Sonata system itself, and not strictly related to the MongoDB module.
The PageableManagerInterface class is provided by the Sonata Core Bundle. Make sure that you have it in your composer.json file:
"require": {
"sonata-project/core-bundle": "dev-master",
}
After that, make sure your install is up to date and clean your cache, as usual:
php composer.phar self-update ; php composer.phar update
I am trying to import DebugKit and CakePHP is producing the following error: DebugKit.ToolbarComponent could not be found.
Right below it, it says:
Create the class ToolbarComponent below in file:
/Users/SomeUser/Sites/SomeProject/app/Plugin/DebugKit//Controller/Component/ToolbarComponent.php
If you notice though, there are two slashes between DebugKit and Controller for some reason, and that's obviously not a real directory. The server running PHP 5.4.17. I have followed the exact installation instructions listed here. Any suggestions?
I had the same problem and solved it by changing the permissions to 755 to folders within DebugKit.
When I encountered this problem, I realized I had a Plugin/DebugKit folder structure in my project's root, and under the app directory. The one under app was empty, save for a blank file called empty. Strange. I have no idea how this happened. (Perhaps from accidentally running composer as non-root?) I deleted app/Plugin/DebugKit, and moved the one from the project root into app. No more error.
DebugKit does not currently seem to be compatible with cakephp 3.0 even though it is the example in the documentation.
The latest version still seems to use the 2.x methods.
I will also submit a ticket regarding this to update their documentation to prevent confusion.
If there is something I missed regarding this issue and it is actually possible to install this, let me know.
