I'm using Google App Engine Flexible and some kind of rolling restart happened last night and my instance failed right after.
Looking at logs, I see this on new instance creation:
ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED
This appears to be related to this:
https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/compute/18012
But the status shows fixed and I'm still having issues.

I have an appengine (Java) app with the ability to sign in via Google. For this I use
UserServiceFactory.getUserService().createLoginURL(...).
This has been working fine so far, and still works well locally (using mvn appengine:run) but on production it consistently throws a generic 500 while on /_ah/conflogin?state=~AJKiYcHHHXI45-... (the 5th URL of the login process, while already being logged in with Google) and I can find nothing relevant in the Logs Explorer at https://console.cloud.google.com/logs/...
I've since even updated to the latest https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.appengine/appengine-api-1.0-sdk/2.0.10 but the problem remains.
Where should I look at to solve this issue?
To find the root cause of this issue, you can find the logs for this error will be helpful.
In this documentation there is a sample query that you could try to check for logs error with status 500.
resource.type="gae_app" AND
log_id("appengine.googleapis.com/request_log") AND
httpRequest.status>=500
Alternatively you could also try running ‘gcloud app logs read’ as mentioned in this document to see if you get any logs.
The issue tracker mentioned by Rez in comment is marked as Fixed and after checking your issue I think it also relates to the same issue tracker. As it closed I suggest to get your issue resolved I recommend to raise new issue tracker by referencing the fixed one or else you may raise support ticket with google
I have an old AppEngine project which is mapped to my domain. I recently transferred this domain to Google Domains.
I created a new AppEngine project which I now want to map to my domain instead of the old project. When I attempt to do so I get the error "my-domain-name is already mapped to a project." That makes sense.
However, when I attempt to delete the mapping from my old project (console.cloud.google.com/appengine/settings/domains?project=my-old-project-name) I get an error:

I've tried this several times so this is for sure not clearing up on its own. (I've also tried sending feedback but not gotten any reply)
Any idea on how I can move the mapping from my old AppEngine project to the new AppEngine project?
I've deployed an app using googles cloud compute engine service.
I get an error when I try to register a new user:

I'm in the logs section of the google cloud console and it has all sorts of random logs I can look at but I cant find where the errors that the app coding itself caused caused are put, e.g. I'm sure its a mail configuration problem that is causing the error message for new registered users but I cant fix the problem until I find out what the actual error is.
Where exactly are actual app errors put, because they aren't displayed on the page the like in production on my local computer. (I'm using a rails app if that makes a difference to anything)
All errors are logged in the logging section, try applying filters or sorting the logs by date. Sometimes they take a little while to appear.
I've recently started having coldstarts on nearly every call to my appengine app. Initially I thought this was an issue with Cloud Endpoints, however now I believe it is an appengine issue, or something else in my code.
This started on my most recent deployment. I'm at a loss right now as to what is going on. It has made my app useless. I have tried 1.7.4 and 1.7.5 and both have this problem.
The requests work other than being extremely slow! Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I can not continue with 10-15 request times!
Update: By looking at my running instances I see NO instances running even after making a request. Previously instances would remain running after requests were made. It appears when a request is made an instance is spun up, serves the request, and then dies. There are no errors in my logs. No changes have been made to my app settings or billing. This app does have billing enabled.
Update 2: I have adjusted my idle instance settings(which up to this point have worked and have been left untouched). I set to a min of 1 and max of 2. The instances are staying alive and serving requests as normal. Previously it was set to automatic-1. Not sure what is going on here, perhaps Google adjusting the request scheduler or something. Not COOL!
I have found an open issue on code.google.com. Apparently this is a real appengine issue that is effecting some, if not all apps at the moment. I do not have a solution at this time other than setting the idle minimum instances to 1 (or greater). Even doing this, the new dynamic instances that are spun up die almost immediately after serving a request. Just waiting on a fix from google at this point.

I have this site, a random little one i just play around on with jsf and primefaces.
I have my own domain connected to it, and hosted it on google-app-engine...
It's been working as a charm right up until now. I have not done anything on the site due to vacation time, and suddenly the site is down? It was working when i deployed the last time, now when i go to my site i get this:
Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.
It tells me absolutely nothing, i've tried to re deploy my app, after checking that it worked fine running locally. The first couple of time it just kept on waiting for a verify.. So i stopped it, which led me to learn how to do a rollback as i could not redeploy with the same version number after i stopped it the first time.
I got the rollback fixed, and i now deployed what i know i working code to the app-engine, and still when navigating to my site i get the above error? :S
I'm totally clueless here as the error doesn't really give me anything :S
Anyone have any ideas, i can post code etc. if necessary but something tells me that it is something else seeing that my code runs locally, and ran fine deployed too :S
You can find the log file for your web application at

or on the Dashboard page in the list on the left side.
If you deploy a new version, also re-start the browser to clear old session data.
(Maybe you still get the 500 error still because of old session data).
