ng-show doesn't work in form - angularjs

I create form and use AngularJs. I need display errors and I have a problem.
My expression for ng-show doesn't work.
My code:
<form name="createProductForm" ng-submit="createProduct(product)" novalidate>
<input type="text" ng-model="product.name" ng-minlength="3" required> <br>
<p ng-show="createProductForm.product.name.$error.required && createProductForm.product.name.$dirty">Nazwa produktu jest wymagana.</p>
<p ng-show="createProductForm.product.name.$error.minlength && createProductForm.product.name.$dirty">Nazwa produktu jest zbyt krótka.</p>
<button type="submit" ng-disabled="createProductForm.$invalid">Dodaj produkt</button>
</form>

Your input tag MUST have a name attribute. ngModel does not provide validation states.
<input name="nameAttributeHere"/>
<p ng-show="createProductForm.nameAttributeHere.$error.required && createProductForm.nameAttributeHere.$dirty">...</p>
ngModel and form validation states are completely separate directives.

Is it possible to use form attribute in angularjs for form validation?

Please think in angularjs way.
Actually my layout is different.
I have input fields inside form and also have input fields outside form, this is a special case in my product.
I know about form attribute in HTML5
But
In AngualrJS:
I want to achieve outside form input fields works as good as inside form input field works for validation purpose.
Is it possible? We can not remove the place of form tag.
If Yes please guide me.
<div ng-app="myApp" ng-controller="validateCtrl" >
<h6>Validation Example</h6>
<form id="frm" name="myForm" novalidate>
Inside form
<p>
<input type="submit" ng-disabled="myForm.email.$dirty && myForm.email.$invalid">
</p>
</form>
Outside form
<p>Email:<br>
<input form="frm" type="email" name="email" ng-model="email" required>
</p>
</div>

How to make field required with k-ng-model?

I have validation issue if i use k-ng-model on field that field is not required with Angularjs validation , User can submit the form so below code field is required even i dont select the value user can still submit the form.. Any idea how to solve it ?
main.html
<div class="row">
<div class="form-group col-md-12">
<label for="themesList" class="required col-md-4">Themes:</label>
<div class="col-md-8">
<select class="multiselect" kendo-multi-select="themes"
k-options="challengThemesOptions" data-text-field="'text'"
data-value-field="'id'" name="themesList"
k-ng-model="challengesDTO.themesKyList" required
id="themesList"></select>
<p class="text-danger" ng-show="addChallengeForm.themesList.$touched && ddChallengeForm.themesList.$error.required">Theme(s) is required</p>
</div>
</div>
</div>
You can use ng-model with k-ng-model, Try assigning ng-model to a seperate variable and use ng-required.
<select class="multiselect" kendo-multi-select="themes"
k-options="challengThemesOptions" data-text-field="'text'"
data-value-field="'id'" name="themesList"
k-ng-model="challengesDTO.themesKyList" ng-model="challengesDTO.themesKyListValue" ng-required
id="themesList"></select>
This solution worked for me: kendo ui, angular require validation for numeric text box
Just create a hidden input for the each kendo widget and bind the model from your k-ng-model also to the ng-model of the hidden field. The k-ng-model seems to be no NgModelController, which is why the validators cannot hook into the models $validators and do their work.
<input kendo-date-time-picker k-ng-model="$ctrl.event.endDate"></input>
<input type="hidden" name="endDate" ng-model="$ctrl.event.endDate" required></input>

Angular input validity property without a form

I have inputs in a web page without the form tag (useless to me).
How can I get their validity status inside the HTML ? This
<input name="myInput" type="text" ng-pattern="/^[0-9]{13}$/">
<input type="button" ng-show="myInput.$valid">
doesn't work.
I'm afraid that won't work without wrapping it in a form as you need to access those fields via the form's controller.
<form name="myForm">
<input name="myInput" type="text" ng-pattern="/^[0-9]{13}$/">
<input type="button" ng-show="myForm.myInput.$valid">
</form>
Should work.
If you're unable to use the form tag for any reason, you'll have to wire that up manually.

Validating nested form in angular

Having this ordinary (name attribute is requred by server) form with angular and can't figured out how to make validations work. What should i put into ng-show="TODO"
http://jsfiddle.net/Xk3VB/7/
<div ng-app>
<form ng-init="variants = [{duration:10, price:100}, {duration:30, price:200}]">
<div ng-repeat="variant in variants" ng-form="variant_form">
<div>
<label>Duration:</label>
<input name="variants[{{$index}}][duration]" ng-model="variant.duration" required />
<span ng-show="TODO">Duration required</span>
</div>
<div>
<label>Price:</label>
<input name="variants[{{$index}}][price]" ng-model="variant.price" />
<span ng-show="TODO">Price required</span>
</div>
</div>
</form>
</div>
ps: this is just piece of form, which is more complicated
Thanks
AngularJS relies on input names to expose validation errors.
Unfortunately, as of today it is not possible (without using a custom directive) to dynamically generate a name of an input. Indeed, checking input docs we can see that the name attribute accepts a string only.
Long story short you should rely on ng-form to validate dynamically created inputs. Something like :
<div ng-repeat="variant in variants" >
<ng-form name="innerForm">
<div>
<label>Duration:</label>
<input name="duration" ng-model="variant.duration" required />
<span ng-show="innerForm.duration.$error.required">Duration required</span>
</div>
<div>
<label>Price:</label>
<input name="price" ng-model="variant.price" required/>
<span ng-show="innerForm.price.$error.required">Price required</span>
</div>
</ng-form>
Working fiddle here
UPDATE : Base on your serverside requirement why not do something like that :
<input type="hidden" name="variants[{{$index}}][duration]" ng-model="variant.duration"/>
<input name="duration" ng-model="variant.duration" required />
The hidden input will be the one read by the server while the other one will be used to do the client side validation (later discarded by server). It s kind of an hack but should work.
PS : Be sure that your form is valid before actually submitting it. Can be done with ng-submit

Is ng-model needed when using ng-disabled and $invalid on a form?

I'm using AngularJS and have a form where I want the Submit button to be disabled if some fields are not filled in.
The standard way seems to be the following:
<form ng-app name="myForm">
<label>Name</label>
<input type="text" name="name" ng-model="form.name" required>
<input type="submit" ng-disabled="myForm.name.$invalid">
</form>
http://jsfiddle.net/YMSRU/
However, if I omit the model from the input field the validation doesn't work and I don't need any models on my input fields (I submit my form using the ngUpload directive so it's actually sent to the form action in an iframe).
Is there any solution or should I add random models just to make the validation work? It seems like a bad work-around.
You could simply do the invalid check at the form level, then no need to define a model for each input:
<form ng-app name="myForm">
<label>Name</label>
<input type="text" name="name" required>
<input type="submit" ng-disabled="myForm.$invalid">
</form>
You are missing your model at your test input tag : ng-model="form.name"
