I'm looking at an interactive map (https://gis.hennepin.us/property/map/default.aspx) and I want to download all the data on the map.
You normally click on the map and it returns info in a window just for the location you clicked on. How can I get all the information on the map in one go?
Thanks
This is quite easy, if the data isnt locked.
Open the inspector
Go to networks (refresh site)
then on the upper bar you can select the type of data you want to be shown.

The Azure base base map that displays with my map looks great but I don't see any of the streams or water basins labelled on the map. Are there Azure map layers available to display this information?
Thanks,
Annette
I suspect the data you are looking for isn't in the base map data. I recommend reporting this feedback on this site: https://feedback.azuremaps.com/ Click on the map where the streams/water basis are missing and press "Add comment". This will create a ticket with our data provider and an investigation will occur on their side to get this resolved in the future. When you send feedback it also creates a URL you can use to go back and check the status of your feedback.
I am connecting Active Directory to a platform my company uses. In order to ensure that user's have a profile picture, I will add the URL of the photo to an attribute and connect it that way. However, the URL for the image must take me directly to the image. So far, I have been able to store images on different options but for each one, when I select the URL, it takes me to the webpage that disples other items than just the image (e.g. - https://ibb.co/J2cFfsx ). How can I store photos so that the URL takes me directly to JUST the image ONLY?
right click on the image and click view image. once you have done this you should get something that looks like below. In the URL there should be a new link, if you use that one it should always take you to the image aslong as it exits.
Equally you can right click on the image and select "copy image location" and that will give you the new link. I personally perfer the other method as it gives a proper preview of the image at its full size.
new image view
To link your image to the document go and search for image on google. right click on image -> Create QR code for this image after showing the QR code. Beneath QR code there is a link copy that and paste it in your document where you want. Now just to be sure click on the link and it will show the image only. Try it!!
I want to add multiple marker on a button click event !!i am using phonegap with angularjs. What exactly should happen is when i click the button google maps application should open up and multiple markes should be displayed deppending on number of location... I have been succeeded in adding single marker using geo uri..
<a class="button-green button-green--large" ng-href="geo:{{selectedClass.latitude}},{{selectedClass.longitude}}?q={{selectedClass.latitude}},{{selectedClass.longitude}}">Locate</a>
p.s. I have searched stackoverflow previous questions and found that i will be able to complete the above task by adding static map , but i wish to open the google map on button click event, which i wont be able to using aforesaid method.
I do not think you can set multiple markers on google maps anymore. Instead, you can make an activity, or a web service to handle it, just like this one:
IMG: https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?size=235x227&maptype=roadmap&markers=37.970982,23.724559|37.971487,23.724953|37.973291,23.726862

I'm using the following code to create a custom SoundCloud player:
https://github.com/soundcloud/soundcloud-custom-player
What I have done is:

What I would like to do is have the track listing appear when the user clicks on the info button...I would like to save space and I don't really need to display what's being shown in that window anyway. What would I need to change in order to do that? I assume something in the JS file, but I'm not sure what to move around to make it work.
I know there is a widget that works similar here: https://soundcloud.com/pages/widgets - but it's flash based so Apple devices would not be able to use it and by creating a track listing that appears when the Info button is clicked, increases mobile compatibility by allowing the user to click because you can't hover with mobile devices.
Thanks,
Josh
You can use HTML5 widget, which is the default option for embeds from SoundCloud now – https://blog.soundcloud.com/2011/11/03/html5/
These will work fine on iOS and Android.
I would like to write an enterpise app that displays some slides on the PC (think powerpoint deck)
important is the requirement that the user cannot take a screenshot of the picture, to see the image they must enter a password, I do not want them to be able to keep the picture
is this possible in Silverlight? what about Flash?
thanks!
You mean, how do you disable someone from using [Ctrl - Print Screen] on a PC or [Command-Shift-3] on a Mac?
Ummm... I think the best you could do is create and out of browser app that is fullscreen AND only when it becomes the active window, it will show the images you want to protect. That way you can disable the keys for screen capture and prevent any other programs from capturing a window shot of your what is in your app.
Still, there is nothing preventing a fiddler user from capturing an image downloaded to your app from a webservice or something. All the images would have to be encrypted then decrypted by your app.
Looks like watermarking your images is your best bet.
