I'm looking for a little advice here. I'm relatively new to react and have a little project I want to build simply for practice. Essentially what I'm trying to do is create an app that will list all the items in my freezer and refrigerator. The idea is that the user will be able to use a form to upload the item name, description, date purchased, if it goes in freezer or fridge, and an image. Once the form is filled out it will add that item to the appropriate section.
I have a database set up on Firebase and have reactstrap for the ui stuff. Im not quite sure how to sew it all together. Anyone who can point me in the right direction or point me to similar projects would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I've been looking for solutions for several weeks now, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding and understanding (in cases where I find documentation).
I'm currently developing an application for a school project. But I used a GtkToolPalette (https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkToolPalette.html) so that the user can have icons to drag and drop into a drawing area. The problem is that first of all, these icons are very specific to what I want, so I can't find them in the icons that Glade/GTK3 already offers. Second, if I add all the icons one by one in Glade via the buttons on my GtkToolPalette it creates images each time (i.e. a lot) in the hierarchy of my objects, widgets and it completely pollutes my Glade workspace.
Is there a way to make all these additions cleanly. At the moment, I haven't found any method via glade. However, I finally found this https://developer.gnome.org/ThemedIcons/ but I don't really understand the method.
Does anyone know of an effective method?
Thank you in advance for your attention and your answers :)
I’m having the hardest time figuring out how to go about a page transition where one element leaves one view and enters the next like the animation of the book thumbnail or surfboard from the linked images below.
I mostly work in Vue, but if anyone has insight on how this is done on the development side of things I’d be very appreciative!

Please Check this sections of Vue documentation.

You might want to look into Overdrive
or then use Velocity with Vue JS hooks
I am trying to make an extremely simple app that using a split view. I would like a list of checklists on the left that you can click on and display more detailed information on the right side of the screen. It seems that split view is the right view controller but I am having some trouble. I am very new to iOS programming. I understand how to add items to the Master View on the left using the inspector options. I am not using arrays to populate my cells in Master View. I simply added more cells through inspector and just renamed the label of each. I do not however understand how to connect each cell with the Detail View. I have searched far and wide on the internet and come up with nothing. All information is outdated and doesn't work for Xcode 4.2 or iOS 5. If you have any information at all please help. I am a total noob with this so please be as descriptive and basic as possible. Thank you so much!
Look at the MultipleDetailsViews.xcodeproj provided by Apple. It supports iOS 5 and also runs fine on iOS 6.
I'm using DNN 5 for a hobby site. I know asp.net development, but have never written a DNN module.
The site is basically a project log. I want content areas that combine text and image thumbnails in a page, like a set of instructions. When a user clicks a thumbnail, display a popup div containing a larger image modal like on a lot of sites these days. Basically I'm looking to wrap each image in functionality like provided by highslide JS, but I can't figure out the right way to implement highslide JS in DNN.
I'm not averse to buying a module that does this for me, but everything I've found is more gallery based. The main difference is I want to control individual images that are among/next to the text, not a set of of images for users to scroll through.
I figure this can't be too crazy an idea, someone must have done it before. Any tips on good approaches would be appreciated. I'm tempted just to go edit source, but that makes upgrading a pain...
Thanks!
If anyone else is looking for this functionality, there's a project on Codeplex which looks pretty good at least as a gallery for DNN. It implements the highslide type popups well.

Anyone know which control they used on this site to get the Organisation chart? http://www.yworks.com/products/yfilessilverlight/SilverChart.html
Or any other controls that are similiar?
If not, could you suggest a way on how to get started building one? (Interface-wise, I think I know how to get the data binding to work).
The organisation chart control is their own, thats whole point of the demo page.
The UI elements involved are quite simple rectangular items. The real trick is calculating their placement on panel and routing the connecting lines.
I guess the missing peice of the puzzle is what generically we would call that. If you know that then you have a basis for a web search for algorithms for doing this sort of thing either academically or in some other product entirely, then bring that knowledge to your own Silverlight code.
Alternatively you could just go out buy the product.
