Upgrading Angular1 project Angular4, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML - angularjs

AngularJs correct viewI am upgrading angular1 project to angular4. Currently, I am working on views. But some views have problem they are not getting custom CSS of the theme. I have placed all the CSS files in the project and gave path in angular-cli-json. I have also tried after importing my css in style.scss but the view is same.
Angualar4 view not rendered correctly

If defining path in angular-cli.json is not working then you can import your files in /src/style.scss like
#import "./assets/css/your-file.css";
or
#import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto:100,300,400,500,700');

How CSS Files are bundled in GatsbyJS

I wanted to play with all different types of styling methods in GatsbyJS. In my project, I have three types of implementing stylings, global CSS, CSS Modules and CSS-in-JS(styled-component). Everything works as expected. But, when I build the project with gatsby build and open one of the index.html where I did CSS-in-js I see that there is a CSS file in data-href tag inside. When I open it, It contains all the CSS stylings of my project. But I didn't even import it to the component where I did CSS-in-js. Why would something like this happen? Why stylings from module.css are being referred inside this file.

Use bootstrap's CSS for single react-bootstrap component rather than across the whole project

I'm working on a project that's using the Carousel from react-bootstrap. This only works if I import "bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.min.css"; in the app. The issue is that doing so changes the CSS for the entire app, which has lots of existing UI that I would then need to rework. Is there a way to use the bootstrap CSS for the carousel component only, leaving the rest of my React app alone?
I've tried importing bootstrap.min.css in the file where the carousel component is used rather than in App.js. This doesn't seem to make a difference though.
Solution 1:
Bootstrap provides the option to include components selectively with scss. This requires you to have a build setup that handles scss for you, e.g. webpack, rollup or node-sass itself.
Edit: added minimal set of required scss classes. bootstrap 4.5
#import "../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/functions";
#import "../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/_variables";
#import "../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/_mixins";
#import "~bootstrap/scss/_carousel.scss";
The code snippet shows the main part which is required for styling the carousel. But if you have a look at the carousel.scss there are various dependencies to bootstrap functions you would have to import as well. With that it is possible to have a minimal bootstrap configuration with your required styles.
Solution 2: You might scope the component and its styles within a web component. That way the bootstrap.min.css is not leaking styles out of the carousel web component. This approach goes beyond the question and does not consider how the carousel works together with the rest of your application, as also events and JS interactions would be scoped.

How do I load the code for Kendo UI for React from a CDN?

On the telerik site, I found the page
https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/intro/installation/cdn-service#accessing-the-cdn
which mentions the CDN url
http://kendo.cdn.telerik.com/2018.2.620/js/kendo.all.min.js
However, that file doesn't have the definitions for the React components Grid and GridCell.
This even though these definitions are in the NPM package #progress/kendo-react-grid.
Is there some other CDN url that gives me the .js file for Kendo UI for React?
Alternatively, if that file is not available from a CDN, is there a single file with all Kendo UI for React code that I can serve from my own server?
I have to load Kendo UI for React using a separate script tag. I can't use webpack or browserify to pack node modules.
The kendo.all.min.js is the jquery suite.
The kendo react grid is here:
https://unpkg.com/#progress/kendo-react-grid#1.3.0/dist/cdn/js/kendo-react-grid.js
It is per-package, and there is no something like all.js at-least at this point in time.
The best public CDN is jsDelivr: https://www.jsdelivr.com/
It can serve up files and bundles directly for any NPM package, Github repo, or Wordpress plugin. You can even combine several files together into a single download.
Here's the package for Kendo UI React Grid: https://www.jsdelivr.com/package/npm/#progress/kendo-react-grid
Download the file you need there or add it to the "selected files" on the right to build your own custom script bundle.

Using Custom Script from a Purchased Theme in React

I'm refactoring HTML into React. The HTML uses a purchased theme that relies on a few custom JS files including jQuery. How do I link custom scripts to components in React? Do I link them in my index.html file in the public folder? Or do I need to link them in each component file?
You can link them in the index.html or you can import them in your JavaScript. I tend to import in my root JavaScript file so that the imported files are bundled with the rest of my JavaScript (if using a bundler like webpack). For example, to include the JavaScript required for materialize I simply add
require("./js/bin/materialize");
in my app.jsx file.

How to use custom css in extjs app

In my Extjs app I have kept custom.css file in the resources folder of the root for testing and in the build- resources folder. And add the css path to two both index.html files(test and build). But whenever I make it to convert to build production, index.html file overwrites and custom.css file finds missing. Somewhat problematic it is. I know that this is because I add this file externally. But Is there any permanent solutions to fix this, without violating the Extjs app structure ??
You can add your custom styles via scss. There are several articles around the web about styling your ExtJS app.
http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/5.0.0/core_concepts/theming.html
http://www.rallydev.com/community/engineering/guide-custom-themes-extjs-4 [dead link]
If you only want to add your single custom css file - which i do not recommend - you can do things like that:
Include an existing CSS file in custom extjs theme
