md-datepicker is ignoring the custom margin - angularjs

I am using AngularJS Material datepicker in my project and I am using some custom CSS for it which md-datepicker unfortunately ignores.
Demo
Here's a snippet:
angular.module('myApp',['ngMaterial'])
body{background-color:white}
.datePicker{
margin-top:100px;
}
<head>
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<!-- Angular Material style sheet -->
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angular_material/1.1.0/angular-material.min.css">
</head>
<body ng-app="myApp" >
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.5.5/angular.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.5.5/angular-animate.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.5.5/angular-aria.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.5.5/angular-messages.min.js"></script>
<!-- Angular Material Library -->
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angular_material/1.1.0/angular-material.min.js"></script>
<label>User Date</label><br>
<md-datepicker ng-model='userDate' class="datePicker md-primary"></md-datepicker>
</body>

It's taking up, but the display is not right. Set the right display for the <md-datepicker>:
.datePicker {
margin-top: 100px;
display: block;
}

I have added the cdn of semantic ui in my html file but now I want to write react code using semantic ui in my js file. How to use semantic-ui in the js file?
I have used material-ui where we use MaterialUi keyword to get the components.

As you can see in semantic-ui-react docs, there is no CDN usage for Components, just only for CSS. (In playarround CDN is fine, but dont use it in prod.)

How to stop angularJs flickering screen

I'm newbie on AngularJs. I made website with angularJS template.
Everything works fine but, after clicking and loading some page content, I got flickering screen problem. I have included angular.min.js in header.
How I can solve the flickering problem ?

<body ng-app="myapp" ng-cloak>

You might be looking for ng-cloak. I have used this and it has alleviated my issues with cloaking.
https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/directive/ngCloak
Add ng-cloak at the angular js root element(ag-app). This will display the view on screen only after the angular complies the DOM elememts (Angular extended HTML attributes)

</script>
</html>
Am I wrong by someway?. Can someone please help me?
First Include All Dependencies
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.3.15/angular.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.3.15/angular-animate.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.3.15/angular-aria.js"></script>
Than include Angular Material JS file
<script src="https://gitcdn.link/repo/angular/bower-material/master/angular-material.js"></script>
Looks like to don't include the ngMaterial js files

<script src="Jsfiles/autourl.js"></script>
<script src="angularfiles/angucomplete-alt.js"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="angularfiles/style.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="angularfiles/angucomplete-alt.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="angularfiles/bariol.css" />
</head>
<body ng-controller="controller">
<angucomplete-alt id="members" pause="400" placeholder="Type to start"
selected-object="testObj" maxlength="40"
remote-url="http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/geocode/json?sensor=false&address="
remote-url-data-field="results"
title-field="formatted_address"
minlength="1"
discription-field="status"
/>
</body>
</html>
//JSfile
var app=angular.module("myapp",['ui.bootstrap','angucomplete-alt']);
app.controller("controller",function(){
});
To show scrollbar, you need to set the following css style to angucomplete-dropdown class, and then the directive automatically picks it up.
.angucomplete-dropdown {
overflow-y: auto;
max-height: 200px; // your preference
}
See example #1

How do I generate bootsrap component with this package?
Update
I think I got it but I'm not sure if I use it right so in my markup
<script>
var Alert = ReactBootstrap.Alert;
</script>
<script src="components/Alert.js"></script>
Alert.js is the compiled jsx
const alertInstance = (
<Alert bsStyle='warning'>
<strong>Holy guacamole!</strong> Best check yo self, you're not looking too good.
</Alert>
);
React.render(alertInstance, document.body);
#dmasi mentioned it right in comments. This looks like a namespace issue and its missing from the examples mentioned on react-bootstrap website.
Here is an example of using Bootstrap's ButtonGroup via React-Bootstrap. You can adopt a similar approach for your code.
<h2>React-Bootstrap Testing</h2>
<div id="myBtn"></div>
<link href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.5/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.5/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/react/0.13.3/react.js"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/react/0.13.3/JSXTransformer.js"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/react-bootstrap/0.25.1/react-bootstrap.js"></script>
<script type="text/jsx">
var MyReactBootstrapButton = React.createClass({
render: function() {
var ButtonGroup = ReactBootstrap.ButtonGroup,
Button = ReactBootstrap.Button;
return (<div>
<ButtonGroup>
<Button>Left</Button>
<Button>Middle</Button>
<Button>Right</Button>
</ButtonGroup>
</div>);
}
});
React.render(<MyReactBootstrapButton />, document.getElementById("myBtn"));
</script>
