Why do I receive a Service Unavailable message after running the project GWT? - google-app-engine

I am creating a GWT project from the GWT Material official website using maven. I am following the tutorial offered by the site: http://gwtmaterialdesign.github.io/gwt-material-demo/#gettingstarted . Im getting this in the view page:
HTTP ERROR: 503
Problem accessing /index.html. Reason:
Service Unavailable
Powered by Jetty://
I tried all the solution proposed here but I failed to view the project homepage.
There is no error in the eclipse console. but when inspecting the home page im getting this error:
Voice Instead ready.
content.js:29 Object
favicon.ico Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)
enter code here
after running the project
in the window Developement Mode in the Jetty console next to Developement Mode
i have problem with Jetty. i don't know
What is jetty and what it allows to do? Im getting this error :
`00:00:16,662 [WARN] Failed startup of context c.g.g.d.s.j.WebAppContextWithReload#3772b95a{/,file:/C:/Users/Mm/eclipse-workspace/com-gwtmaterial-tutorial/target/com-gwtmaterial-tutorial-1.0-SNAPSHOT/,STARTING}{C:\Users\Mm\eclipse-workspace\com-gwtmaterial-tutorial\target\com-gwtmaterial-tutorial-1.0-SNAPSHOT}

I solved it by following the next step:
1- Close Eclipse.
2- Go to user directory and delete the .m2 directory.
3- Open Elipse.
4- Right click on the project -> Run as -> maven install

Cannot use chectl auth:login or server:shutdown

I am attempting to restart my local eclipse che server after editing some configuration. I attempted to run chectl server:stop, but got this error:
» Error: E_SHUTDOWN_CHE_SERVER_FAIL - Failed to shutdown Eclipse Che server. Login context is not set. Please login
» first.
So I attempted to login with chectl auth:login, but was again presented with an error:
Using https://che-che.169.254.109.208.nip.io/api server API URL to log in
Error: Command failed with exit code 1: oc status
error: you do not have rights to view project "default" specified in your config or the project doesn't exist
I've looked through the documentation, and couldn't find how to create a "default" project
I used chectl server:deploy --platform=docker-desktop to start my server.
I have tried other methods of deploying che, but it only worked when using Docker desktop without helm.
I am using Windows 10 home, and deploying it using Docker desktop (Engine v19.03.13) and kubernetes version v1.19.3.
Edit: I have filed a bug report on github: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/18355

After deploying my site to Github pages, the URL has a serious problem I'm not sure how to fix

SEE UPDATE!!
I have tried to deploy my ReactJS page to Github, and the followed the rules to a tee.
Both from: https://facebook.github.io/create-react-app/docs/deployment
and
https://medium.freecodecamp.org/surge-vs-github-pages-deploying-a-create-react-app-project-c0ecbf317089
The error I get when doing the second, after many attempts at the first, is:
fatal: HttpRequestException encountered.
An error occurred while sending the request.
bash: /dev/tty: No such device or address
error: failed to execute prompt script (exit code 1)
fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': No error
what could be going on?
EDIT: ok now I have a site up, but the URL is myname.github.io/myname.github.io . How can I fix this?
https://facebook.github.io/create-react-app/docs/deployment#troubleshooting
taken from here:
try adding a new Personal Access Token:
git remote set-url origin https://<user>:<token>#github.com/<user>/<repo>
.
Try npm run deploy again
======= edit after seeing the addition on the original question.
So I thought it's a project page... But it's a github.io page. In that case, just push your app to master (the build/dist folder), move everything else (the source especially) to other branch if you want to clean up in master branch. More info: https://pages.github.com/
What you encountered https://yourname.github.io/yourproject is a project page, so if you're building a project, you can automatically add it into your main github page (your github.io).

Error message "You do not have permission to modify this app" from a Google App Engine deployment

I am following the instructions on http://beta.appinventor.mit.edu/learn/reference/other/tinywebdb.html , trying to create a custom TinyWebDB for a grade 10 class I teach. After creating a new Project (the instructions say create an Application, but I only see a Create a new project button), I change the project name in the local file app.yaml file, load it in, and click on Deploy. I get the following error message:
Starting update of app: npicswebdb, version: 1
01:35 PM Getting current resource limits.
2016-03-09 13:35:26,727 ERROR appcfg.py:2396 An error occurred processing file '': HTTP Error 403: Forbidden Unexpected HTTP status 403. Aborting.
Error 403: --- begin server output ---
You do not have permission to modify this app (app_id=u's~npicswebdb').
--- end server output ---
2016-03-09 13:35:26 (Process exited with code 1)
Is there some way I need to log in to the App Engine Launcher so it connects with my App Engine in the cloud? There is nothing in the instructions about doing that, and I don't see any way to do that in the launcher.
Thanks for your help.
Try adding "--no_cookies":
appcfg.py -A projectname update app.yaml --no_cookies
Delete cookie file something like this: ~/.appcfg_oauth2_tokens_java.
Re-run your command, it will prompt to login from browser and copy-paste a token back to the terminal.
Similar to the other answers. I run into the same issue and removing those stored credentials helped me, i.e:
rm ~/.appcfg_oauth2_tokens_java
rm ~/.appcfg_cookies

WLP :: Worklight :: Can't install runtime

I'm using Worklight 6.2 server edition and I can't deploy a working runtime (of other environments) on my server.
I'm using webpshere liberty profile v8.5.5 and when I deploy the runtime via GUI it says success and on server.xml I can see the new configuration for the app.
However when I go to the worklightconsole I don't see my runtime to upload the app.
On messages.log there is a error regarding JMX connection.
The quoted error is
Failed to obtain JMX connection to access an MBean. There might be a JMX configuration error: No JMX connector is configured
I'm refering this because I've seen some post on SO saying that these issues might be connected. However I have the restConnector-1.0 on my WLP features.
Reference: No runtime on my Worklight 6.2 Console after installing analytics
On messages.log there is some other things that I found interesting, like the correct start of the runtime I've deployed
[11/12/14 5:50:45:177 CST] 00000012 com.worklight.server.bundle.project.JeeProjectActivator I FWLST0002I: ========= Project /HelloWorld started. The project WAR file version is 6.2.0.00.20140922-2259,running on server version 6.2.0.00.20140613-0730. [project HelloWorld]
and two erros while starting my server
[11/12/14 5:50:49:911 CST] 00000012 SystemErr R 24 WorklightPU WARN [Scheduled Executor-thread-1] openjpa.Runtime - An error occurred while registering a ClassTransformer with PersistenceUnitInfo: name 'WorklightPU', root URL [file:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/Liberty/usr/shared/resources/worklight/lib/worklight-jee-library.jar]. The error has been consumed. To see it, set your openjpa.Runtime log level to TRACE. Load-time class transformation will not be available.
Second error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Timeout while waiting for the management service to start up
I don't know what these are but I think it might be related to my problem and this errors eventually appear when I start my server.
Does anyone have any tips for troubleshooting this issue?
Thanks in advance.
This is a known issue from Websphere.
There is a APAR to fix that, a workaround is to restart the server with the --clean option to force a refresh onto the shared libraries.
