Duplication of charts in published SSRS 2012 reports - sql-server

I have a set of 16 charts I need to display for each group in my dataset. I have it working perfectly in the design environment. The charts are in a list control with grouping on one field. Each unique group should result in a set of 16 charts.
The problem only exists after I deploy it. The charts repeat across the screen, even covering the SSRS controls in the browser so I cannot click print, export, etc. (See screenshot)
Some things I've tried:
1. Using compatibility mode makes no difference.
2. Using Chrome browser makes no difference.
3. I removed all charts except one and it worked without the duplication. As soon as I add a second chart, the duplication returns.
4. I have tried putting the charts in a table control instead of a list control but got the same result.
5. I have tried putting the charts in a matrix control instead of a list control but got the same result.
6. I added the charts report as a subreport so that the beginning of the charts portion would begin after page 1. Although page 1 of the report didn't result in coverage of the SSRS controls in the browser, when I get to the first page of the subreport in IE, they still display as in the screenshots.
7. I deployed the report to a local SSRS version 14 server (dev environment only) and this is not a problem at all. The charts look great. The production server is not this SSRS version though (production server details below).
8. I got rid of all objects in the report body that have grouping properties, so no more tablix at all. I had only chart objects and used filters on each one to show the data I needed per chart. Result was the same.
9. I connected to the production server, opened SQL Data Tools (version 2010) and created a brand new project and report. I put only two charts in it. Deployed the report and got the same chart duplication problem.
Development Environment:
- Designing in Visual Studio, SQL Data Tools version 14. The Target Server Version in the Project properties is set to "SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012 or 2014";
- In Visual Studio, under Tools, Options, Business Intelligence Designers, the Default Deployment Server Version is set to 11.0;
Server (AWS-hosted):
- Windows Server 2012 Standard;
- SQL Server 2012 Standard;
- SSRS version 11.0.5058.0, running in Native mode;
- Internet Explorer version on the server (where I took the screenshot) is 10.0.9200.22104;
- I have also tried Microsoft Edge with emulation document type set to 'Edge (default)' from my Windows 10 PC. Charts still repeat as in screenshot;
- I have also tried Google Chrome from my Windows 10 PC. Charts still repeat as in screenshot;

Any ideas how to fix this?? I'm at a loss and really need to get this working. Displaying more than one chart in an SSRS 2012 report should not be so difficult...
[Edited to:]
- Add project file as requested by #sasfrog.
- Add a script to create table and populate with cleansed data.
- [Get both zip files][1]
- Add [Screenshots][2] of this project file's deployed reports on the server. The screenshot shows that when there is just 1 chart object (and nothing else), there is no duplication.
But when I add just one more chart object, the charts duplicate across the screen. I tested using both IE and Chrome; same result in both browsers.
I appreciate your help with this.
Let me know if there any problems getting the two zip files or seeing the screenshot.

Your question is too old, but i had the same problem, I have modified the ASPX page in Reporting Services: ReportViewer.aspx (Reporting Services\ReportServer\Pages) adding a value for tag you have to enable AsyncRendering="true" and this solved my problem
SSRS AsyncRendering config

RenderTargetBitmap renders empty images

Here's the situation: I have an ASP.NET Web Forms application which uses WPF controls for reporting.
Process is the following: Create WPF controls and bind to data -> create image from WPF control -> use generated image to create PDF reports.
I'm using RenderTargetBitmap to render bitmaps from WPF controls. Issue is when I run all this on my local machine (Windows 10) it works, as soon as application is deployed on QA machine (Windows Server 2008 R2) it generates empty images.
I tried to simplify reporting page, by leaving only static text on the WPF control, still I get empty page.
I created sample console application which mimics part of binding data to WPF (granted static data) and generating image from WPF control & it works on both environments. One difference I can think of is the console application is not running as IIS' AppPoolIdentity, which runs the Web Application on the QA machine.
I came across this SO post which suggests there was a Windows Update that caused similar issue. Our QA machine is Azure VM, so updates are installed regularly. Update that caused the issue is from September 2017, having fix update out in October 2017. So I rulled out windows update causing the issue.
Also in the referenced SO post, OP suggests that this issue happens only if account running the code is System account
It ONLY doesn't work if run under high privilege SYSTEM account (e.g. from Task scheduler).
I tried this as well, having Task Scheduler running the sample console app, but as I mentioned above it successfully created the image.
So at this moment I'm pretty much out of ideas.
The application code that is supposed to generate images is scattered so I'm not sharing it here, but if any piece is of particular interest happy to post.
Any idea what can cause this different behavior in diff. environments ?
It turns out ruling out missing Windows Update was not the right thing to do.
At the end I installed the fix windows update and issue was solved.

Lightswitch screen does not appear in Visual Studio

When I run the application in Visual Studio, some screens are not visible!
Screens when App is started in VS 2012
The currently deployed version on the web server, shows all screens.
Published Version
I cant publish now, since not all screens are shown.
im hoping its going to be an issue as simple as this, if you go to your Project Properties, and check that the "Granted for debug" options are ticked. basically if these aren't ticked, then it will compare all your screens against the "TestUser" rather than the Administrator you are logging in as on your live version.
when they are check you are effectively ignoring the permissions so you can see everything while programming it. Ticking these has no affect over your live project.
Hope this helps

Form suddenly won't work in Access 2007 after editing in Access 2013

At work, I use Access 2007. I often bring home projects to complete or edit some features in Access 2013. I've never had a problem, until recently. I have a form that displays in datasheet mode. It was originally designed in 2007. I believe all I did was resize the form. I don't even recall changing any of the VBA. When I brought it to work, I got an 'Unrecognized Database Format Error'. Reading up on this, I found that I could get it to work open a blank database in 2010 and import the objects. Still no go.
I tried something that gets me a step further - I had some links to Excel spreadsheets that no longer exist, so I deleted those links and now it opens - That's how I got the information that it is the form with the datasheet format causing the error. I've been combing through trying to see what features I may have automatically inherited in Access 2013, but I can't imagine what they are.
I figured I would compile the code, but when I look at the modules, there are a whole bunch of them and none of them will open.
Any suggestions?
A list of features that are not available in Microsoft Access 2007 can be viewed at the following link:

The hardest one I can remember trying to track down was the empty cell on a form or report as these are not supported in Microsoft Access 2007.

Crystal Reports "Class not registered" WPF

I have a shiny WPF (4.0) app that I need to add Crystal Reports to. I downloaded and installed CR for VS2010, then after that we purchased and installed Crystal Reports 13 (which has the WPF CrystalReportsViewer).
As a test, I created a new "Crystal Reports WPF Application" project in Visual Studio. I created a report, linked it to my DB (Sql Server), and previewed the report. All was well.
I then copied the CrystalReportsViewer window into my "real" app (same machine and framework), added the same references and tried to run the same code:
ReportDocument _report;
this._report = new ReportDocument();
this._report.Load(#"CrystalReport1.rpt");
this.reportViewer.ViewerCore.ReportSource = _report;
However in my "real" application it bombs out on the second line with the error:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{4DB2E2BB-78E6-4AEA-BEFB-FDAAB610FD1B} failed due to the following error:
80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
I've double and triple checked that the references are the same in both projects.
I've gone through all obscure project and solution properties.
I've added a new Crystal Report to the project so it would add the references that way instead of manually.
Google says "make sure the framework is Framework 4 not Framework 4 Client Profile". Google also says "make sure the framework is Framework 4 Client Profile not Framework 4". I've tried both to no avail.
The product is registered.
What else can I do? I don't want to add my entire project to the test app!
I've been using Crystal Reports since about version 3, and not once in ANY of those versions has it cleanly installed, registered, built reports, added them to an app and deployed. You'd think that after 13 versions they'd either be able to get it right, or my various employers would choose another reporting tool!
Got it. One solution needed to be changed from "Any CPU" to "x86" in Configuration.
Installing the standalone x64 and x86 packages solved this error for me.

Anyone experiencing slow WPF application with RDLC reports?

I have an WPF application for 60 users tops.
Some of they are cashier users, and I use RDLC reports to show customer orders.
The problem is, users are telling that application is getting slow or hanging.
This WPF application uses most up-to-date Enterprise Library. Connection pooling is handled by default, there's no customization.
RDLC files use dataset XSD files. XSD files use database stored procedures to select data.
On xsd files used by RDCL I have something like:
Data Source=Junior-PC;Initial Catalog=FoodAndBeverage;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=sa;Password=mypass
On c# code-behind, the static connection string:
Data Source=Junior-PC;Initial Catalog=FoodAnBeverage;User ID=sa;Password=mypass;Connection Timeout=4
Every 30 seconds I also have a DispatcherTimer to check if Database Server IP is found.
Anyone having similar problems regarding this slow WPF application issue using RDLC? Would it be a problem with WindowsFormsHost getting slow, which shows RDLC reports?
What could I do to speed up?
While I was looking for a solution of another problem of reportviewer (rdlc), I've seen a remark of Brian Hartman, that the report viewer 2010 has a fix for some memory issues. Googling about memory leaks showed me among others this post:
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/vsreportcontrols/thread/d21f8b56-3123-4aff-bf84-9cce727bc2ce
Please note that using ReportViewer 2010 has currently some compatibility-problems (and a new rdlc-format). Test it before using.
