webpack seem raise blank page on webview when android<4.4 - reactjs

I use react-boilerplate-3.0 create a mobile project several months ago, and everything worked. But recently when our project is online, I found it not work on android webview when android version < 4.4.
I know android change webview kern after 4.4, so there are some compatibility issues.
I found some issues like
Page load blank on stock Galaxy S3 samsung Android browser
Blank screen, app not hooking into html
and I had fix those;
But there is still have some problem, there is two diff version code:
class AppR1 extends React.Component {...}
import AppR2 from './xxx.js';
const R1 = (<div><AppR1 /></div>)
const R2 = (<div><AppR2 /></div>)
ReactDOM.render(R2, document.getElementById('app'));
When I use npm run start, everything worked, But after I npm run build, my andy(with android 4.2) only work on R1。
So I guess maybe there's some bugs of webpack;
There's no any log been print;
Any tips will be taken seriously:)

webpack 5 in a lerna monorepo loads files outside of the package

I have a fairly standard lerna monorepo setup, using yarn workspaces and TypeScript.
There are pacakge folders for various services and also the React frontend. I've been migrating the Webpack config to Webpack 5 so that I can take advantage of the module federation. The React app is complex, uses CSS modules with scss, TypeScript, etc so the config is relatively complex, nevertheless I feel as if I am there with compilation. That notwithstanding there are 2 issues that I cannot seem to fathom, the most problematic of them being that webpack seems to be trying to load files from other packages in the monorepo (and these are causing TypeScript/eslint errors).

Webpack is run from the frontend package folder. Also I have scanned the code for any refrences to other packages in the React code, but there are none, so I can't understand why this is loading and how to prevent them loading.
Example error:
ERROR in ../../node_modules/#githubpackage/src/aFile.ts:2:25
TS2801: This condition will always return true since this 'Promise<boolean>' is always defined.
Help much appreciated (I realise the issue should be fixed too ;p).
[EDIT] I've edited the error to indicate that the problematic package is the only package that I am installing via github packages (in a couple of the other monorepo packages).
ALSO I edited the entry file so that it only imported React and ReactDOM and rendered a <p> tag and webpack still tried loading this package... so unless there is something wrong with the webpack config, this is some odd behaviour.

webpack in production loads old cached less files instead of new server less

I am uploading my ReactJS/less/webpack site to the remote server for the first time, but the only problem is that webpack in production seems to be caching an old version of my less styles. I can definitely see in the cPanel file directory that the less files in "public_html" are current (pulled from my github), but when I actually hit the page myself and inspect element directly, the style/code is clearly an outdated version, coming from sources like "webpack://Navbar.less". My local prod is perfectly fine, always current.
I have tried clearing my cache, doing a hard CTRL+SHIFT+R refresh, multiple browsers, etc, nothing has worked.
Am I missing a webpack config? Do I need to implement hashing/cache busting or something? I tried adding "hash: true" in the "HtmlWebpackPlugin" object, but no change. Please help.

Webpack running through grunt webpack doesn't error or complete, or do anything

Trying to convert an old system off bower into npm using webpack, and grunt webpack. Just trying to use webpack to load in NPM files, not run anything else, and the rest of the grunt file finishes loading and uglifying and stuff, and runs its own node server. It gets to this point and freezes and never comes back.

I'm just really not sure what to do, couldn't bring up any google results or stack results because theres no errors happening either. I've tried all verbose levels of logging all to no avail. What in the world am I missing?
As the documentation shows, you haven't configured any targets, like dev or prod. You've only specified options. You want
webpack: {
options: {},
dev: require("./config/webpack.dev.js"),
},
As an aside, there's no benefit to using Webpack with Grunt.

Why my react app fails on production build after upgrading to react 16?

Why my react app fails on production build after upgrading to react 16 ?
After upgrading react to version 16 my app stoped working on production build, when running development works fine. If I downgrade to React 15.6 it still works fine on both prod and dev enviroments.
I am using: "webpack": "^3.5.6", and "react": "^16.0.0",
I am getting the following error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined
My webpack prod configuration:
const path = require('path');
const merge = require("webpack-merge");
const webpack = require("webpack");
const config = require("./webpack.base.babel");
const OfflinePlugin = require('offline-plugin');
const HtmlWebpackPlugin = require("html-webpack-plugin");
module.exports = merge(config, {
// devtool: "nosources-source-map",
devtool: "source-map",
// In production, we skip all hot-reloading stuff
entry: [
'babel-polyfill', // Needed for redux-saga es6 generator support
path.join(process.cwd(), 'src/client/app.js'), // Start with app.js
],

assetFilter: (assetFilename) => !(/(\.map$)|(^(main\.|favicon\.))/.test(assetFilename)),
},

How can i fix it ?

The fix was rly simple.
I just needed to remove this line noParse: /\.min\.js/
Which does :
Prevent webpack from parsing any files matching the given regular
expression(s). Ignored files should not have calls to import, require,
define or any other importing mechanism.
