Drupal7 plupload not showing selector - drupal-7

My Plupload is not showing the file selector/browser. It only shows the 'upload' button. I have cleared cache and run cron and have the same settings and same modules another site which is showing the file selector properly.I have the modules selected for plup, plupload, filefield_sources and filefield_sources_plupload, and the filesources selected in the content type What could be wrong?

Visit your status page, possibly the plupload plugin is not where it should be.
http://yoursite.com/admin/reports/status
Also check in the console of your browser for any javascript errors that could be interfering with the execution of plupload.
Finally check again the plupload config:

Hope that helps.
PD: Personally I had some issues working with Plupload module. For multiple uploads in Drupal you have many choices. The best in my opinion is this: https://www.drupal.org/project/multiupload_filefield_widget for files and for images this https://www.drupal.org/project/multiupload_filefield_widget

Kylo plugin for UI is not working

I would like to extend Kylo user interface. From documentation, i understood that I can use Plugin mechanism to add new features and I am referring to the examples available here.
I have built this example code and deployed the generated jar files to /opt/kylo/kylo-services/plugin folder and restarted the kylo-services.
But I am dont see any changes in the UI. As per my understanding, there should be a new group in left hand navigation pane but there are no UI level changes in the kylo UI.
I am using dladmin userid and logs (kylo-ui and kylo-services) really did not indicate any error.
Where can I see if the plugin is really picked up by kylo? Which logs tell me what is going on with this plugin? Any suggestions will be of great help.
Thanks
Gana
The mistake i did is copying kylo UI into /opt/kylo/kylo-services/plugin folder.
The generated jar files should go into different plugin folders.
Kylo Services plugin should be copied to /opt/kylo/kylo-services/plugin folder.
Kylo UI plugin should be copied to /opt/kylo/kylo-ui/plugin folder.
service kylo-services restart
service kylo-ui restart
And its my bad that i mistakenly copied kylo-ui plugin into kylo-services folder. After I copied into correct folders and service restart, I am able to find the UI changes.
Thanks for your attention.

How to display my AngularJS correctly for GoogleBot and Optimizely?

I've a website called VoteCircle (www.votecircle.com), but i noted that it doesn't display well for Google Bot/Optimizely (used for A/B tests). It shows only the content that AREN'T in ng-view. All content in ng-view isn't displayed.
it was made in AngularJS and the content in ng-view isn't displayed for those bots/previews that i mentioned.
What's the best way to fix that?
Please, see attached screenshot.
Thanks.
There is a pretty easy fix for this. In your URL bar, click on the small key and enable mixed content. The browser blocks loading mixed content in the editor by default (HTTPS and HTTP resources combined). By enabling it you can load the rest of the page in the editor.

Weird Content of Facebook share/like button preview from angular app

I have an issue with share/like button from Angular app. I finally made it working correctly with links but share/like preview if completely wrong. I tried XFBML.parse(), switching to html 5 mode, etc.
There are two complete enigmas:
1. I got "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration..." despite adding all possible variants to fb app setting.
When share preview appear - it has "Angular", but I never added it anywhere.
Here is the link
Would be grateful for any ideas...
Thx
The Facebook Scraper only looks at the HTML code your server delivers, it does not execute any JavaScript.
So if you want to share different articles, you need an individual URL for each article, that delivers the relevant meta data when requested from the server.
You can find some more explanation and hints on how to implement this in this article, http://www.michaelbromley.co.uk/blog/171/enable-rich-social-sharing-in-your-angularjs-app

Wijmo and Dotnetnuke 7. Has anyone tried it? Not working

Has anyone tried using the wijmo widgets in DNN 7.+ ?
For my example I'm trying to use the upload widget.
If I upload to a path on my server and test, it works (As in the dialog appears to choose a file... the popup)
If I load it within a page on the site, the button shows but nothing happens when clicked.
All script files and necessary markup are correct.
No console erros, nothing. Very confusing.
Wijmo widgets work in DNN 7.+.
The “action” option should be changed to the server’s address of upload.ashx file.
Note: the upload sample can’t be opened by file path(d:/……/upload.html), please make sure it is opened on server.
Thanks,
Richa

Checkboxes disappearing when uploading to Google App Engine

I have written a controller to take input from the form containing a list of options. The options have to be selected using checkboxes. I have successfully tested the code on my local machine. But when uploaded to the app engine, the webpage is not displaying the checkbox fields. It is not displaying the options either. I tested with 3 browsers - IE, Mozilla and Chrome and this happens everywhere. But, everything is working on fine on the browsers when running on local machine. I am quite confused as to what is going wrong.
Please help me fix this issue.
Thanks in advance...
You likely need to setup static file/directory mappings in app.yaml.
You need to provide us with more details to help you debug issues. For example, if the browser doesn't display what you expect tell us what it does display. What happens if you view source? Is your HTML there?
