Migration issue svn to git using subgit - subgit

I am trying to migrate svn to git using subgit.
I followed the steps from https://subgit.com/howto.html
I could successfully configure. I am getting following on exception on Installation phase.
subgit install banking.git
exception is as follows,
[2016-10-10 09:54:21.802][subgit-install][1] Closed random access file 'C:\Dev\subgit-3.2.2\bin\banking.git\subgit\daemon.lock'
[2016-10-10 09:54:21.808][subgit-install][1] Could not initialize class com.sun.jna.Native

at org.tmatesoft.translator.process.t.<clinit>(SourceFile:16)
at org.tmatesoft.translator.process.win32.a.b(SourceFile:120)
I tried to fix by adding jna-3.2.5.jar in classpath and C:\Dev\subgit-3.2.2\bin\banking.git\subgit\lib folders as well. but couldnt fix it.
Could you please advise on it.
Thanks

Flink Error: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.flink.shaded.calcite.com.google.common.base.Throwables

I am using Flink for streaming the data which is in the csv file. I want to put it into table format with certain schema. For this purpose I am using Flink-table_2.10-1.1.3.jar (Table api) but I got the errors:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.flink.api.java.typeutils.TypeExtractor).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

When I explore the corresponding jar, the respective class is present there. Can you please tell that why this is happening?
Also can I get the maven source so that I can build the Flink-table .jar at my place?
I had the same problem with CEP library. I added to my pom file but I kept getting ClassNotFoundException. I even packaged it with my jar file via IntelliJ but didn't work.
If you're using their flink-quickstart archetype, I think there are some other things to change in pom file to make it work. When I created a clean project and added flink dependencies myself, I didn't get that exception anymore. You can try and see if this approach works.
You can also add flink-table JAR file to lib folder in Flink. this also fixed my problem with CEP library. the JAR file is available in Maven repository website. download the version you want.
According to the Table and SQL document on Flink website:
Note: The Table API is currently not part of the binary distribution.
See linking with it for cluster execution here.
I was also facing the same problem with Table api in flink v1.4.2.
I added flink-table_2.11-1.4.2.jar file present in opt folder to the lib folder and restarted flink.
This works for me. Hopefully works for you too :)

Error arose when using Pkg.add() in Julia

I have a problem when trying to add a package in the terminal using Pkg.add, the terminal gives me the following error message:
fatal:your current branch 'master' does not have any commits yet
Error: failed process: Process(`git' --git-dir=````)
How do I fix it?
I've had the same issue with Gadfly. Installation failed and I couldn't load nor reinstall the package.
After looking at the documentation.
Turns out there is a cache folder (with the same name as the package) hidden in Users\my_username\.julia\v0.4\.cache\ I removed this folder and the package installed fine from Julia running Pkg.add("Gadfly").
Try removing the folder and install the package again.
Please give more information about where this package comes from. Github? Your hard drive? A zip file?
If this is one of your packages, just create a commit.
git add .
git commit -m 'First commit'
This should work.

java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid LOC header (bad signature)
Your Scala jar file provided by Maven seems to be corrupted. Please update your Maven dependencies by executing this from your project folder on the command line:
mvn -U clean install
In Eclipse, right click on your project and click on Update - - > Maven dependencies.
If that does not work you'll need to delete the corrupted Jar file in the .m2/repositories/ folder.

Error while creating web service using apache CXF wizard

I am creating a web service through the apache CXF. but while i proceed(before the wsdl gets created), i receive the following error
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/cxf/tools/java2wsdl/JavaToWSDL
This seems like the java2ws.bat file has some error.
The statement in the bat file is
"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java" -Djava.endorsed.dirs="%CXF_HOME%\lib\endorsed" -cp "%CXF_JAR%;%TOOLS_JAR%;%CLASSPATH%" -Djava.util.logging.config.file="%CXF_HOME%\etc\logging.properties" org.apache.cxf.tools.java2ws.JavaToWS %*
It seems like at Run time,jvm is not able to find the CXF.jar.I added it in the classpath but still the same error
please help me to solve the issue
The problem arises while creating JVM. You can refer : Java Refuses to Start - Could not reserve enough space for object heap
It solved my problem.

ClassNotFoundException with Netbeans and H2 Database

So I followed the tutorial on the H2 Documentation page and used the "Connecting to a Database using JDBC" method of connecting to the database. I First added the h2-*.jar file to the Lib Folder (through Netbeans) and used the following to make the connection to my database I previously created.
Class.forName("org.h2.Driver");
connection = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:h2:~/" + DatabaseName);
This turned out to work in the IDE environment, however when I attempted to run the application directly from the jar executable I get the following error:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.h2.Driver ...
this error occurs at the Class.forName() class loader. So I did a little looking around and found that this was a prominent problem. One solution people use was to extract the class Loader from the current Thread as so:
Thread t = Thread.currentThread();
ClassLoader cl = t.getContextClassLoader();
cl.getClass().getClassLoader();
Class toRun = cl.loadClass("org.h2.Driver");
Unfortunately this seems to still result in the same error, so i'm wondering what i'm doing wrong. Should I be doing something to make sure the Driver is in the class path? I have no I idea how if that's the case.
Thanks!
You need to add the h2-*.jar file to the classpath when running the application, for example using
java -cp h2*.jar -jar yourApp.jar
