Veeva CRM App: “Incorrect Packaging Structure” - salesforce

I´m in the middle of a content creation project for Salesforce/Veeva. I´ve created Key Messages according to the Veeva CLM Content Creation Guidelines zipped them and uploaded them using the salesforce.com backend into the sandbox.
The Key Messages get synced with the Veeva CRM App on my iPad, but there, the Key Message files are shown in the media overview with "Incorrect Packaging Structure".
I have used this directory structure
my_message_slide01/
Index.html
thumb.png
assets/
css/
img/
js/
resulting in my_message_slide01.zip. Error message "Incorrect Packaging Structure"
I also used these directory structures according to the Veeva CLM Content Creation Guidelines:
my_message_slide01/
my_message_slide01-full.jpg
my_message_slide01-thumb.jpg
my_message_slide01.html
assets/
css/
img/
js/
and
my_message_slide01/
my_message_slide01-full.jpg
my_message_slide01-thumb.jpg
my_message_slide01.html
css/
img/
js/
These also lead to the error message "Incorrect Packaging Structure"
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks in advance
Tom

Follow the structure attached as image to upload in salseforce keymessage and key message name should be the same name CLM_Legacy_HTML.
zip_for_salseforce_upload

Problem solved. It seems, that there were initially not well-formed .zip-files that weren´t removed by updating from the salesforce.com backend. Re-building the local database in the Veeva CRM app solved the issue.

Getting an "Access Denied" error when I reload my React app on AWS Amplify

I am working on a React app that's running on AWS Amplify. My React app is using the react-router-dom library to route to different components. After running amplify publish in the CLI, at the root of the app (obktraining.com) everything is fine in the browser, I can also route to other components in the app just fine as well. But when I refresh my browser while I am on a route (obktraining.com/menu), I get an Access Denied error message.
I have found other posts about similar issues regarding rewrites and redirects in Amplify, but the solutions given do not work for me.
Here is an image of the error:
My Amplify app rewrites & redirects :
Again, the error only displays when I refresh on a route (obktraining.com/menu or obktraining.com/drinks) not on obktraining.com. Is the issue being caused by the react-router-dom library or is it an issue with Amplify settings? I am not sure where to go from here.
I have been facing the same error since days.The error is being caused by the amplify settings. The solution is simple,
Edit your Rewrites and redirects by adding a new rule.
source address = </^[^.]+$|.(?!(css|gif|ico|jpg|js|png|txt|svg|woff|ttf|map|json)$)([^.]+$)/>
target address = /index.html
status = 200 (Rewrite)
Country code can be left blank
Save and try refreshing your app again. It should probably work.
use this for reference: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amplify/latest/userguide/redirects.html#redirects-for-single-page-web-apps-spa
Then you can just put in (as Dhruv Godambe posted above)
</^((?!.(css|gif|ico|jpg|js|png|txt|svg|woff|ttf)$).)*$/>
as the Source address and
/index.html as your target address
You can navigate to 'rewrites and redirects' in your app from AWS Amplify console and click on edit and select open text editor, and add this piece of code in your array(if present) else put the array braces around it.
{
"source": "</^[^.]+$|\\.(?!(css|gif|ico|jpg|js|png|txt|svg|woff|ttf)$)([^.]+$)/>",
"target": "/index.html",
"status": "200",
"condition": null
}

I have faced the same problem.
I was using Manual Zip File (Compressed) download (wrong).
Here is how to deploy manually correctely:
Run this command
npm run build
Now a build folder will be created.
2. Compress the content of this folder
Not the content of the whole project.
You chnage directory to the build folder and Compress the content in side.
3. Upload that compressed file Inside the build directory
Now this should work just fine.
:)
The correct rule should be like this:
Source address: </^[^.]+$|\.(?!(css|gif|ico|jpg|js|png|txt|svg|woff|ttf)$)([^.]+$)/>
Target address: /index.html
Status: 200
I was getting the an Access Denied error message too. The error went away when I followed the documentation described in the answer above, but then I got the white screen problem described above too.
Reviewing the steps I noticed the auto-complete for the "Destination Address" listed in the "Rewrites and redirects" settings was /. When I tried using / as the "Destination Address" instead of /index.html I no longer got the white screen and got the expected page content.
Sharing what I found in case this helps others who are seeing a white screen after fixing the error with the rewrite rule described in the answers above. (Note as of Nov 2022 the "Rewrites and redirects" setting page uses the wording "Target Address" instead of "Destination Address".)
I have faced the same problem. I was zipping build folder, but not the contents within the zip folder.
Here is how I fixed it:
Run build command
npm run build
Now a build folder will be created inside your project directory.
Open build folder.
Compress the contents of build folder, and not build folder.
Now upload this new zip created from sub files and folders from build folder.
App will run fine on AWS Amplify.
I got the same error,
I zipped the build folder first then uploaded it and got that error,
but when I just uploaded the folder without zipping it, it worked fine !! weird!!
in my application I used the port 8080

React hosting on Google cloud bucket No Such Key Error

I am hosting a react website on Google cloud bucket. The bucket is exposed to public internet and cname is pointed to c.storage.googleapis.com. and web settings is also updated to load index.html. Inside bucket there is app.yaml and build folder where index.html is present.
But when i browse my domain(www.gobillion.co) - which ideally shall load my hosted website. It is instead giving no such key error. What might be the problem here ?
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
</Error>
Thanks in advance.
I have a react app and was getting this error
I fixed this by setting in the buckets "Edit Website Configuration"
"Error (404 not found) page" to "index.html"
so when it cant find a path it serves the app page

Google Cloud Bucket and ReactJS app Access

Using ReactJS I made a Build (reactJs static, npm build) and uploaded it to Google Cloud Storage Bucket, but getting a issue with the Path and Build folder files. The app (/static website) running but could not fetch the files from the bucket directory for eg the index.html & logo. (404 or 403 error )
Structure: Parent Bucket > Build folder (index.html, static folder & other files inside Build)
Any one have any suggestion on this. How to resolve this?
Do I need to create an app.yaml for GCS Bucket or any alternative?
I have gone through the article quite similar but for AppEngine instead of Bucket. https://medium.com/google-cloud/how-to-deploy-a-static-react-site-to-google-cloud-platform-55ff0bd0f509.
I have tried with app.yaml file but does not work for me.
I had exactly the same issue as mentioned by the OP. I am sharing my version of solution just in case anyone else ends up here.
As shown in the screenshots by OP, the 403 errors showed up for me because the URL of the static files in build/static folder was not correctly configured by the react-scripts build script.
Eg:
The url for index.html file was https://storage.googleapis.com/{bucket-name}/index.html.
However, when the page loaded, it requested files having url https://storage.googleapis.com/static/js/main.f555c3e0.chunk.js. It should rather be
https://storage.googleapis.com/{bucket-name}/static/js/main.f555c3e0.chunk.js
This is happening because by default react-scripts build assumes that your files will be served from root folder of your host.
To fix this add the following field in package.json of your project
"homepage": "https://storage.googleapis.com/{bucket-name}"
This tells the build script that it needs to add a relative path for serving static files.
For details please refer: https://create-react-app.dev/docs/deployment/#building-for-relative-paths
In order to set the routes of a static website stored in Google Cloud Storage, you need to assign a suffix to your objects. In other words, using suffixes is the intended way to configure your website. You can see more information in Hosting a static website document.
For your main index page you should set MainPageSuffix and for the not found page 404.html you should set NotFoundPage as suffix.
You can see more information on how to configure your static web here

Cannot find the component id : gs://

Component id when added to the data studio was working fine but suddenly stopped working .
The project has public access in google cloud platform.
Not sure what else is missing ..
The “cannot find the component ID” error can come from a couple different things, the most common being:
The manifest, JavaScript, and config are not all public-read
There’s a GCP billing error
The manifest or config are not valid JSON
The manifest or config are not in the format expected by Data Studio. (See the manifest reference and the config reference to see what Data Studio expects)
