For a given Oracle Database (ODB) 12c table you have the chance to create a CRUD-style API using JDeveloper or SQL Developer by right clicking on it.
Before considering creating a query for several tables that are related to each other with a primary key, I want to know if it is possible to create an API if I create a view for these tables? Particularly the Insert?
The database normalization is very strict from the side of our customer.
The answer is NO, You cannot have a table API from a view with Jdeveloper or SQL Developer by right click on i

I am using oracle database for a web application.
Is there a table inside system database that records any or all changes that occur inside the database?
For example, if I insert a row or update a row, it would record this change inside a table.
Does this kind of table exist inside oracle database?
In mysql there is INFORMATION_SCHEMA TABLES that records everything that occurs inside the database.
Oracle too provides auditing mechanisms for your DB however, the subject is very extensive to be treated in a simple answer, since control can go down to a very fine grained auditing. Take a look at Oracle Documentation on this theme, good luck.
. I have two databases in same azure sql server .i want that both database interact to each other using trigger. i.e If any record is inserted in Customer table of first database the trigger gets fired and record is inserted in another database.
We had / have the same problem with triggers that we use for insert-update-delete where we write a record to Database-1 that has the primary table, but also updates Database-2 where we hold "archive" versions of the tables.
The only solution we have identified and are testing is to bring all of the tables into a single database and separate the different tables under separate database schemas in the one database.
Analysis so far of this approach looks promising.
I think what you're trying to do is not allowed in Sql Azure. From my expertise what you are trying to do is a bad practice on-premise as well (think backups-restore and availability issue scenarios).
You should move the dependency in the application and have the application update both databases, as appropriate.
Anyway, if you want to continue with this approach please take a look over Elastic Query feature: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-in/azure/sql-database/sql-database-elastic-query-overview

Documentation on Azure Search says I can use Azure Sql server as a datasource(https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/search-howto-connecting-azure-sql-database-to-azure-search-using-indexers-2015-02-28/). Can I do the same with an on-premise SQL server?
I have a typical relational structure like
User Table -> Address Table
User Table -> UserDetails table etc..
All linked to each other via foreign keys. My search should end up with an UserId, so I can link to my UserDetailsPage.aspx?UserId=xxx
What will be the best suggested way to build the datasource? Should I Create a view and apply change tracking on it? or Should I create a different datasource for each table and sync the concerned index?
Please shed some light on best practices in a typical relational database scenario.
you would need to allow the IP address of your search service to connect to your on-prem DB.
In terms of view vs. multiple indexers targeting the same index - both approaches might work. What info will your users be searching on - address, details, or both? If it's only one of those, then you wouldn't have to index both tables.
Keep in mind that if you decide to index a view joining both tables, you won't be able to use SQL integrated change tracking, and will have to rely on a rowversion or timestamp column in the view.

May i ask if SQL Server 2008-present has the same feature of phpmyadmin seen in this photo?
Wherein the photo below the complaint_vehicle_type data shown was from another table?
or does sql server has the same insert gui feature?
I have created a Database in MS SQL and loaded the Database in my Server Explorer. In my MVC application, I wish to simply populate a single entity inside my database (Customer Name for example), does anyone know how I can send data to the database I have loaded? I can't seem to figure it out.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
If you're asking about how to insert data in Visual Studio itself, open Server Explorer, add a Data Connection to your database, expand the Tables node, right click on your table and select Show Table Data. This opens up a screen where you can add data.
If you only want to connect and populate one entity you should consider using Code First Entity Framework to drive your model using a plain C# class on the entity.
Scott Guthrie has a post on how to do that: Using EF Code First with an Existing Database, and Ralph Lavelle has a post that's more specific to MVC and includes migrations in the second part: Using Entity Framework Code First with an Existing Database (1/2) and Using Entity Framework Code First with an Existing Database (2/2).
