Cannot Get Partial View To Show -- Jade/Angular - angularjs

I am using this boilerplate: https://github.com/jakemmarsh/angularjs-gulp-browserify-boilerplate
I added support for Jade in regards to Gulp and it builds out the Jade files into HTML files.
When it kicks up the browser, it shows the index.html with the header/footer partials loaded in. That being said, it doesn't load in the home.html partial that Angular should be loading in with the UI-Router.
I am very new to Angular, so I am sure that I am missing something very simple.
Index HTML file (built from Jade):

Routes.js file:
'use strict';
/**
* #ngInject
*/
function Routes($stateProvider, $locationProvider, $urlRouterProvider) {
$locationProvider.html5Mode(true);
$stateProvider
.state('Home', {
url: '/',
controller: 'HomeCtrl',
template: '../views/home.html',
title: 'Home'
});
$urlRouterProvider.otherwise('/');
}
module.exports = Routes;

Figured it out. It turns out I needed to be using TemplateURL, not Template in the route.js.

Angular.JS issue with ng-repeat value from inputs
I'm having an issue with ng-repeat, where I can't see to get the values from the input to show on the UI when submitted.
I'm very new to angular JS, hence why I'm trying to build a simple to do app to learn the basics.
On the newItem.html page, there is a form with a function Add(). There are two inputs for the project and the title. There is a button to add the new to do item.
Once the button is clicked and it runs the Add() function, it should add a new object to the toDoList array with the Project and the Task.
On the homePage.html I want to display a project title and the task details. Later down the line I want to generate the entire row on each click but for now I'm just trying to get the text to change.
I'm obviously missing something obvious here, I've read through the documentation for ng-repeat and ng-model, but just can't seem to grasp it.

ng-view is not displaying the pages but controller is working

My code is below:
https://plnkr.co/edit/p3lgYwMRgSg7UHNLLAP9?p=info
I cannot get the partial in main.html to display when i open the link. I tried different browsers and its the same issue. I can see in the console log that the controller is being invoked. I'm just not sure why my ngView isnt working.

Firstly get rid of the ng-controller line in index.html as the controller is instantiated by the route definition (you don't have to explicitly load it).
The reason why the plunk seems to not be working is the relative url string of main.html. Change it to this and it should work:
$routeProvider.
when('/main',{
templateUrl: './main.html',
controller: 'MainCtrl'
})
I have created and update plunk here: https://plnkr.co/edit/uTGiDCF18J0fvQpg1It1?p=preview

This error appears to caused by a missing dependency. I see that you need to include de ngRoute dependency in your app module.
Change your first line to:
var app=angular.module('myapp',['ngRoute']);
Try changing this line too
app.config(['$routeProvide', function($routeProvider){ ... }])
EDIT:
Take a look at this JSFiddle

var app = angular.module("Userapp", ['ngRoute']);

That's a typo! Must be script:
