Grunt not creating a dist directory when running build command - angularjs

Question

I just started using yeoman to generate an angular app for me. However when I run grunt build nothing is happening. I believe a dist directory is supposed to appear? I have not edited the pregenerated gruntfile.js so I am not sure what could be causing the issue.
