I looked through trigger.io website and haven't found an answer for this question.
Can anybody help me?
Also, is it planned to support windows phones by Forge framework?
The following Mobile Platforms are supported (see this blog post for more detail):
iOS 8
Android 5.0
Trigger.io does not currently support Windows Phone.
Android: 2.x - 5.0 (API levels 5 - 21)
iOS: 5 to 8
Source: Trigger.io requirements config doc and Trigger.io release notes
From my point of view, Windows Phone support is nowhere to be seen in the near future. Disclaimer: I'm a long term customer.

The app is a Xamarin.Forms PCL app running version 2.3.4.231 after an upgrade from Xamarin.Forms v2.2.0.31. The app works just fine on my iPhone 6s running version 10.2.1, however the app crashes on the ListView page when running on my iPad Mini 2 running version 7.1.2. More importantly, neither Xamarin Insights or HockeyApp catches the error.
The app worked just fine with the old version of Xamarin.Forms when both Windows 10 and my Mac Book was running this version of the software. https://releases.xamarin.com/stable-release-cycle-6-service-release-4/
I just upgraded both Windows 10 and my Mac Book to this version of the software. https://developer.xamarin.com/releases/vs/xamarin.vs_4/xamarin.vs_4.4/
I'm now getting this error in the iOS properties section.
It might be important to note that I'm using this in the ListView page. Both packages are installed in the Portable and iOS Projects.
Xamarin.FFImageLoading v2.0.5
Xamarin.FFImageLoading.Forms v2.0.5
I'm just assuming this has something to do with ListView, but I have no idea other than this is where the app is crashing. Any help is much appreciated. Let me know if you need to see some code.
iOS 7 and 8 are no longer supported according to this link. https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/pull/630
If you are using the latest version of Xamarin.Forms 2.3.4 or newer, versions older than iOS 7 are no longer supported. You can see the official documentation here, under "Other Changes"
https://releases.xamarin.com/stable-release-xamarin-forms-2-3-4-224/
It does appear iOS 8 and newer are still supported however.
i read some IBM links and it became unclear that either WL 5.0.6 is WL 6.0? Or is there any difference? If there is a difference then where i can get details of differences.
thanks
Since it is a new version - no it's not same as v5.0.6.
Worklight 6.0 contains new functionality, improved existing functionality, bug fixes, ... all that a new version should have.
Mobile Test Workbench, Geolocation, minification and concatenation for mobile web, operational analytics, and more. Go read What's New in Worklight v6.0.
I have a client that wants to have their Silverlight media player work on mobile devices. I know Netflix uses Silverlight and it works on mobile devices. My question is how? I can find articles about Microsoft using html 5 to stream the media but I cant find any examples or documentation on how. Anyone have any places or examples to look? Are there external libraries I need to implement? Once again I have tried searching on Google for some answers but I am not finding anything I can use.
Thanks!
Silverlight as you know it does not work on iPad or other tablets, a version runs on Windows Phone 7 though. If you want to build a cross platform application, HTML 5 is the way to go.
Hi I am developing a mobile version of my WordPress site using WP Touch Pro, are there any good emulators so I can see the results on different platforms?
yup:
http://www.electricplum.com/dlsim.html
will show you ipad and iphone simulations.
If you're on a Mac, you can use the free iOS SDK which includes an iOS Simulator. Android also has one; it takes a few extra steps to setup, but it's also free and cross-platform. Blackberry has one as well, pretty much all platforms do. I develop mobile sites all the time and these are the tools I use, and they're invaluable.
This has a few different emulations available: http://mobiletest.me/
This is a great extension for chrome , User-Agent Switcher for Chrome
Anyone released any Silverlight 4.0 out-of-browser app yet? does it compare to AIR 2.0?
Question about Silverlight 4, it has some webview-like control where I can write HTML+CSS right? What rendering engine does it use? What ver of CSS does it support? IE? IE7?
Planning to learn either Adobe AIR or Silverlight, but have not decided on which.
Just read the MSDN's Hilo: Developing C++ Applications for Windows 7 and I just can't imagine myself writing any native Windows app. The language, framework and libraries are too complex and pathetic.
Comment?
Seesmic Desktop 2.0 is a good example of a Silverlight 4 application that runs out of browser.
