Lync Administration - how to set everyones presence viewable by all as default - default

I am using Office 365 and Microsoft Lync 2013
The menu item I am interested in setting as default upon new installation is:
Go to <gear icon> --> Tools --> Options --> Status
There are two radio buttons concerning presence on this screen. They are:
I want everyone to be able to see my presence
I want only people in contacts to be able to see my presence
Currently, when a new user installs office 365 and downloads lync, the default option they have set is number 2. What I want is:
I want all new users to default to option 1.
I want to apply option 1 to all existing users retrospectively.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this is not supported by office 365. This setting is controlled from the user client can cannot be set globally. Details in the post below:

Field Security Profile not setting checkboxes to read only. crm 2011

I have enabled Field security on 2 checkboxes I have on a my form.
Checkboxes:
Security Override (checkbox)
Financial Overide (checkbox)
I have created 2 Field Security Profiles (FSP).
Override Control
This FSP will grant assigned users the ability to read, create, update.
Override Read
This FSP will grant assigned users the ability to read.
When I tested Override Read with an assigned user. I was still able to click and changed the checkboxes. It appears as if crm is ignoring the Override Read FSP.
How can I configure the checkboxes to be read only using Field Security Profiles?
I tried testing and debugging the issue with the Field Security Profile for a few hours and decided to take a different approach.
I ended up using javascript, when the page loads it will disable the override checkboxes. The checkboxes will only been enabled if the user has a particular security role.
In case you were testing using account that has System Administrator - that would not work because System Administrator will have an access to any fields if I'm not wrong.
UPD in this case please provide screenshots of fields you've made FL-secured, profiles you've created for fields and screenshot of profiles assigned to a user and at the end screenshot of a form with fields.

I'm using Nintex 2013.
I need to use Task Delegation functionality.but I'm unable to find that option under Click on my name at the top right of the screen.

other wise if there is any alternate option available to use Task Delegation with out Flexi task
I would have a look in Central Admin for SharePoint, under allowed actions for nintex, and ensure the allow delegation is checked.

400 - Exception of type 'DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.SecurityException' was thrown

I create a role named as XYZ_Role. Then i create a user abc, Edit the user, then I click on Manage Roles for this User, Then i add XYZ_Role role to this user. Now on page there is edit for this role. \
Now i open this page, then go to module setting, then give edit right to this Role XYZ_Role.
Now i sign out from administrator user. Then i login as "abc" . Now i open this page. I found View/ Edit option (No design option here.). I choose Edit option, now i change the content, and click on save icon but it shows me error as given below :
400 - Exception of type 'DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.SecurityException' was thrown.
I am using DNN 4.09.05/ Windows XP Version 2002, Service Pack 3/ IIS V5.1
But if i give right to this page from admin --> Pages to XYZ_Role role, then we have to click on Edit Text which work fine.
Please suggest.

Vineet Yadav
I would suggest upgrading to a newer version of DNN. 4.9.5 is many years old and there are hundreds of bugs, including security bugs, that have been fixed.

SSRS Revert to parent security

I have 50+ report parts which have specific AD Groups assigned to them as Browser.
This is so only certain people have access to the data.
To accomplish this, on the security settings I changed it by clicking 'Edit Item Security'
This resulted in SSRS not inheriting the security anymore (i.e If I put an individuals AD name for the project folder they would be given access to everything)
So all my report parts have individual groups as it stands, the problems is I now need to give 1 individual access to everything.
With the current set up this would mean adding them 1 by 1 to all the report parts however there is a button called 'Revert to parent security'.
My question is, if i click this will it remove all the individual group security settings I have applied or will it allow me to add 1 person to all whilst leaving all the others the same?
According to Books Online ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms180265.aspx )
Revert to Parent Security will remove all the individual group security settings
Click to reset the security settings to that of the immediate parent
folder. If inheritance is unbroken throughout the report server folder
hierarchy, the security settings of the top-level folder, Home, are
used.
In your scenario, it seems that you have to add user individually to every secured item. You could do it programmatically using Reporting Services scripting host (see http://msftrsprodsamples.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=SS2008%21Script%20Samples%20%28Reporting%20Services%29 for some sample scripts) or Powershell ( see Using Powershell to set user permissions in Reporting Services for a sample)

Drupal 7 exporting a custom profile to features

I've created some new fields for users who register in admin/config/people/profile
since we are still building the site I want to port these out to a features module
but am completely unable to figure out how to do this? I thought it would be some
thing like Features >> [Create Feature] [Edit components] >> Variables but cannot
find my custom fields?
I named my new form Registration, and tried view sourcing and flipping through the
source with the find command but am unable to find it there either. Anyone know what
it might be called or under?
In order to unlock the profiles, I used this Administer user profiles in Drupal 7 method.
In case you hadn't figured it out yet, you can export fields by selecting the "Fields: field" component when creating your view.
By the looks of your URL you're not using the latest 7.12 core version? Currently the page to manage the fields for user profiles is located at "Administer > Configuration > People > Account Settings > Manage fields" (admin/config/people/accounts/fields) page, so you may need to update...
Did you create a profile or add the fields directly to the user entity?
With the drupal 7 fields API you don't need the profile module anymore in fact it's deprecated. Because of that I don't think their is features support for profiles
