In my Application (ExtJS 4.2.1) I have a window for creating a new record and save it to database.
When I create the window and show it I create a new record and assign it to the window form record:

So I was trying to workaround but I can't get it working fine:
I have tried using the convert function in the model that returns ' ' when 0 value.
I also have tried to use the defaultValue in the model without any success.
I also have tried to set EmployeeId: '', when creating the model with no success.
There should something that I'm missing, any help is really appreciated.
The solution that works great is:
In your model set the property that you want to have the desired behavior like this:
{ name: 'EmployeeId', type: 'int', defaultValue: '', convert: null },
Then when you create the model set the property to undefined.

EmployeeId: undefined
});
Then load the form:
form.loadRecord(newRecord);
And after you submit the form:
form.updateRecord(newRecord);

You need to looka at the "Methods and Properties" part of the API. See http://api.highcharts.com/highcharts#Chart (There is an jsFiddle on the documentation page as well).

If you are going to add several series you should set the redraw flag to false and then call redraw manually after as that will be much faster.

You too can specify as second option of addSeries a boolean value, that indicates if it redraws or not
I think I have a very popular problem, but not found answer for it now. :)
I got 2 similar comboboxes - at first i set my value by id - comboT.setValue("22763"); and it properly set a text value linked with this id.
At second combobox i at first reload store(jsonstore) and then set value - comboC.setValue("3"); But this combo set only ID not text value (if i open list i can see what combo properly marked text value. And after (if list simply close without select) text value properly displayed at combo.
How to solve this problem?

Something like this, syntax may be slightly off since I am doing it from memory:

Loading the store is asynchronous, you might want to move setting the new value into the callback: event handler of store.load({...}), because otherwise, you set the value before the store is actually loaded.
EDIT: for completeness, an example, so you have an alternative version (in some cases it might be undesireable to bind the callback to the store itself, like ormuriauga did):

One more example on how to set the combobox's value by searching a string in the underlying data store. I was able to code this by using the samples in these answers as a baseline:

In extjs 4.1 looks like combo.setValue() works when the type of valueField in the Model is "string". this was my code

I have a little problem. At my application Im always building two linked combobox - country and towns(then country are selected - towns began to load). So i thinked - mbe write a constructor and minimized my code? Ok i did it. But i got a problem: i have 2-3 couple of this linked comboboxes on page and when i selected at second combo country, the data (towns) loads at first combo, because it has the same id. Ok - now im trying take a param id to constructor and it didnt work. How set id of combobox then i create an object?

You can set the id of the component by doing the following:
new comboTownClass({id:'townComboId'});
new comboCountryClass({id:'countryComboId'});
You can specify a default id, and when you pass an id in the config param it will overwrite the default value.
Although I agree with #Upper Stage you should try to limit the amount of hard-coded id values you have in the form - you can instead grab form elements using the form name instead.
I live by the rule: "never use hardcoded IDs." You can retrieve a unique ID from Ext JS using
Ext.id( null, 'someTextString' )
You will incur more bookkeeping when you use unique IDs, but you will not run into the problem about which you write above.
Sometimes I store unique IDs locally in an object and then reference that instance variable where necessary.

I am trying to create my own Date/Time field. I know there are a few that others have made, I'm making my own .
My question is as follows. I want to create a new object, DateTime, which extends Ext.Panel. I specify some properties for width, height, etc but I also specify the values for the items property which will contain a date field and a time field. When I try to actually instantiate the created object, I get an error saying "Object or property not supported". When I go into the error, it seems that the items collection throws an error The code is as follows:

As a comment outside of your direct question, "DateTime" is a terrible name for a Panel subclass. You want someone coming along later to know what kind of class they are dealing with -- "DateTimeField" would be much better, based on how you're using it (although that implies a Field subclass as explained below...).
However, note that another potential issue since you are intending to use this Panel as a Field is that a FormPanel is going to expect its form fields to support the Ext.form.Field interface, which your "field" will not (i.e., you won't be able to add your DateTime object into a form's items config). So if your goal is to create a truly reusable component that can be treated as a Field, you're going to want to add methods like getValue, setValue, markInvalid, etc. that internally interact with your constituent fields. It's not a trivial task to get it all working smoothly.
(Not sure if this is your goal, but thought I would mention it since I've gone down this road myself).

You have a classic race condition there - your setting an event in motion that relies on a Component who's status is unknown.
The event your setting off is the loading of the data Store, when that has finished loading it is trying to interact with the Panel, but at that point we don't know if the Panel has been rendered yet.
Your best bet is to make one of those things happen in reaction to the other, for example:
1 ) load the store
2 ) on load event fired, create the panel
