How to use Google Cloud Debugger on Cloud Run with Django

I'm trying to use Google Cloud Debugger on Cloud Run with Django. I red this document.
https://cloud.google.com/debugger/docs/setup/python
What I did.
I turned on Debugger in google cloud.
Install google-python-cloud-debugger.
I created source-context.json same directory with models.py
I add this code in manage.py
try:
import googleclouddebugger
googleclouddebugger.enable()
except ImportError:
pass
I update container of Google Cloud Run. How ever I cant find any application in Debugger
I imported my source code from GitHub. I can see my code in Debugger. However, I couldn't check break point in Debugger page.
How to debug Django on Clod Run? Please help me.
Update
I did this 2 step.
Add logger Cloud Debugger Agent rights to the service account from IAM.
Connect GitHub repository with Google Cloud Source
Cloud Debugger works on local environment. However it doesn't work in Cloud Run.
This picture has only local application. I can't find Cloud Run application.
This is my yaml file. (I'm using Cloud Run as full managed mode)

Google App Engine High Costs

I recently asked a question: Deploying to google app engine failed
I got my app deployed, however, we are incurring a large sum for this project. (wiki.js using third-party DB mLab).
I'm wondering if it has to do with the config I put in app.yaml, namely, the memory expansion and resources
This is what the google support person said: to add:
resources:
cpu: 2
memory_gb: 4.0
disk_size_gb: 20
health_check:
enable_health_check: False
My app.yaml (from google console) is:
runtime: nodejs
api_version: '1.0'
env: flexible
threadsafe: true
automatic_scaling:
min_num_instances: 2
max_num_instances: 20
cpu_utilization:
target_utilization: 0.5
resources:
cpu: 2
memory_gb: 4
disk_size_gb: 20
health_check:
enable_health_check: false
Google Cloud Support person here again!
Find a detailed description of costs going to Google Cloud Platform Console home --> Billing --> View detailed charges or following this guide. Update the post with the expensive fields without sharing private data, please, so I can understand what is going on.
Find general information about quotas here.
P.S.: I found a couple of solutions and I suggested you to TRY them since they weren't working for me.

Google cloud appengine 1.9.54 Release

We are deploying ASP.NET Core application on Appengine Flex and in Instances Summary on Dashboard page appears strange 1.9.54 appengine release as well as Flex release. What that might be?
Our app.yaml:
env: flex
runtime: aspnetcore
resources:
cpu: 8
memory_gb: 14.4
automatic_scaling:
min_num_instances: 8
max_num_instances: 20
cool_down_period_sec: 180
cpu_utilization:
target_utilization: 0.5
Your app's dashboard summary indicates your app has both:
standard env GAE instances (1.9.54 being the version of the GAE sandbox/infra running those instances), possibly from older service version(s) not yet deleted
flexible env GAE instances
You can play with the Service and/or Version selection boxes above the summary to identify which service/version those instances correspond to.

Behat + mink + Selenium2 + chromeDriver: Do not launch chrome browser

I am using ubuntu 14.4.

But when I try the same with Chrome the test runs but it do not launch the browser.

Then I follow "Register" # FeatureContext::clickLink()

3 steps (3 passed)
Problem is the Test Works but the chrome browser is not launched. What am I doing wrong?
You should add #javascript tag before scenario, because by default behat is using goutte session which is not using selenium webdriver. More about Goutte driver
#javascript
Scenario: Visit homepage
Or in behat.yml set the default session to selenium2
extensions:
Behat\MinkExtension\Extension:
default_session: selenium2
But after that behat will launch firefox browser, for launching especially chrome - you should add browser_name: chrome option
extensions:
Behat\MinkExtension\Extension:
browser_name: chrome
And also you should specify wd_host params for the selenium2 config param
extensions:
Behat\MinkExtension\Extension:
selenium2:

I followed the step in http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineUpgrade
and upgraded the required stuffs.
Do i have some compatibility issue with rails and passenger or some configuration is apache?
I am unable to figure. Kindly help me in figuring out the issue.
Thanks in advance,
Ghosh.

This was resolved in another forum, and I'd like to post the resolution here in case anyone else needs it...
I updated passenger:
gem update passenger
Then:
passenger-install-apache2-module
Then modify apache2.conf file to use the new passenger version. The above installer tells you what needs to be modified in your environment.
Then restart apache and voila!
Hope this helps.
