Any ideas why my checkbox from checkout page is not working ? (expanding?)
In Woocommerce settings I have checked Enable shipping and Ship to billing address by default, but i guess my issue is not from here. Do I have to check/uncheck some others to work?
Thanks in advance!

I know it's been a while since the question was originally asked, but I've run into this same problem just recently (I think)--where the checkbox itself doesn't seem to respond to mouse-clicks, but the label for the checkbox does--and fixed it by editing the the code a little bit in the Woocommerce shipping address form template:
At around line 32 of "form-shipping.php", (YMMV) there's the label and below, the check box markup. For some reason, the checkbox (ID="ship-to-different-address-checkbox") doesn't seem to be responding to mouse-clicks properly, but the label is, so I just moved the closing tag of the label (e.g. "</label>") to after the checkbox input tag and the checkbox itself "comes alive" on the page....not a "nice" fix, but it works.
Another, potentially more "mainstream" solution is to append the CSS for the check box and bump the z-index up like so:
#ship-to-different-address-checkbox{
z-index: 10;
position: relative;
}

When I use lightning inline editable data table component, the status bar would cover the edit panel.
I think it might is a SLDS bug.
I ran into this problem as well. I agree that I think it is a CSS issue on the SLDS side.
I'm using a lightning:datatable with inline editing, and I noticed that the footer bar div with the Cancel/Save buttons is using the 'slds-docked-form-footer' class, which sets the z-index at 8000.
Crawling up from the datepicker I noticed that the "table cell" contains a section element that has inline styling setting the z-index to 7002. That section element also has a class of "slds-popover_edit", so my workaround solution was to put this into my lightning component's css file:
.THIS section.slds-popover_edit {
z-index: 9999 !important;
}
Hope this helps, or that you've found a better solution by now. I'm going to test my page to make sure this change didn't have any unintended consequences.

If you click on the first line, the editor cursor will show, but if you click on blank space below, nothing will happen.
I've tried to set min-height to height, now it is acting correctly regarding this issue, but the content is not auto-resizable anymore.
Yes. The problem is that the part of the editor that's contentEditable is only one line right now, here's a screenshot to illustrate which part of the editor is the dom node with contentEditable set to true.
Instead, if you want to make the area of the editable interface larger, you need to style .public-DraftEditor-content
I've forked the sandbox to show this
That fixes the issue.
I am working on a chrome extension that would display an overlay over any tabs the user is working on. I need it to operate within the full viewport.
I'm using vanilla javascript and content script to inject a full viewport-size div (to the body since I want it to be used on any website) and then append my template to the div I created and injecting them with Angular. It works very well.
The Problem
However, this overlay is somewhat blocking since the div I create has to have a z-index of at least 0 to be seen. Let's imagine you perform a google search, you will be able to search since the google search bar has z-index > 0 but you won't be able able to click on the results ... The problem appears in pretty much any website.
Now I tried to play with z-index: I apply z-index = -1 so I won't see the main overlay div but the problem with that is that the content I append to it seems to inherit the z-index -1 no matter what so I never see my template!
I've followed quite some topics here but I didn't find an answer to my problem!
The Question at last ...!
How do I create a non-blocking chrome overlay ? :)
Remember: I need to be able to interact with the overlay at any given moment, not simply when I click on the icon related with the BrowserAction!
The trick is simply to add the css property
pointer-events: none;
to the main div and
pointer-events: auto;
to the template
Folks,
So I am using a angular dialogue box, however, setting custom size for this dialogue box ruins the format inside the box.
I have created a plunkr for this. http://plnkr.co/edit/yXf1kNMqhAdo3iM8dFBy
If you look at the "save" and "cancel" buttons, they appear somewhere near center of the page even though they are part of modal-footer.
Does anyone know how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance
They are appearing to the right because modal-footer has a css property set as text-align: right. They flow off of the plunker because model-body is being set as 800px in your code here: modal.css("width",'800px');.
You can add a style to override this if you want:
.modal-footer.left
{
text-align:left;
}
Updated plunker
Hope this helps.
I've wasted too much time on this and am begging, begging, I tell you, the stackoverflow community for help!
I'm a new jqGrid user, and have my grid working as I want it to, but at the moment, cannot get a row to highlight in IE 7 as the mouse is hovered over it. Our shop is currently running IE7, so changing browsers/versions is not a possibility. Hover works great in Firefox, does not work in IE7.
I have googled endlessly for "jqgrid ie7 hover", "jquery ie7 hover", and any iteration of "ie7" and "hover", and "css" and all that.
I have tried so many variations of DOCTYPE declarations it ain't funny. I've tried reverse engineering the http://www.trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/jqgrid.html demo pages until my fingers are aching. Yes, the hover works on the demo pages. No it ain't working on my own page. I have tried manually passing in the ui hover CSS classes directly with different attributes and the !important flag just to see if I get anything. Nothing.
Now here is what does happen when I hover over a jqGrid row with IE7: The bottom and right borders of the table cells will change color, but the background color does not. So, I know the hover highlighting is working for the cell borders, but not for the cells or row itself.
As a diagnostic aid, I slapped in a javascript alert() to bang when I hovered over the table. It works at the table level, but does not ever fire if I set it to fire if I hover over a row or cell. I used the IE Developer Toolbar DOM parser to verify I'm calling it right. I'm wondering if jqGrid takes over that functionality, though.
Anyhow, folks, the short version is: Why can't I get row highlighting to work in IE7?
Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
I'll answer my own question. The problem was a conflict with a separate .css file. My page uses the 960 Grid System for layout control. One of the items used as part of the grid system is a "reset.css" which was conflicting with the jqGrid hover display in my app. I commented out the call to reset.css and the problem went away. Fwiw, I did not see any other adverse affects to the grid system by leaving out reset.css.
