How do I export a command-line tool (in C) project from Xcode?
(Xcode 5 on Mac OS X)
Just right click on the executable in the Xcode project and select "Show In Finder" to navigate to the compiled program. Not sure what else you're interested in.

Could we do the sample program without having its Launchpad in CCStudio (For example, We can program the Microchip IDE without having the PIC microcontroller connected)?
Of course. You can compile and link project without hardware. You cannot if course load, run or debug it (unless you use a simulator).

I am building an application with C language for my final project,
I am sending the executable application via email,
when the application is downloaded it should run itself.
There is no way to do this. This is to stop viruses/malware etc. to spread.

I have downloaded the library for including Toasts in CN1, but I am not sure how to install/add it to NetBeans.
Could you guide me?
Just place the cn1lib file in the lib directory. Right click the project and select the "Refresh Libs" option. The API of the library should now be available to you.

I was browsing the go source and I wanted to build it as a standalone linker for osx that can generate mach-o files. Is there anyway to do this?
The linker is already a standalone tool. You can see it by running
go tool -n 6l
which will print the location of the 6l (x86 64 bit linker) executable.
The source code of 6l can be found in GOROOT/src/cmd/6l.
In that directory you can use make to build it.
