Drupal 7 - getting list of pages with number of hits and created date - drupal-7

I'm new to Drupal, I have a site of version 7.12 that I need to make changes to. A complete relaunch. For that I need to provide a list of all the content type pages that are frequently searched and pages that never got hit so that I can remove them. Is there a way to see that list?

You needed to have the statistics module turned on for drupal to track this information. You can see how to turn it on here:
https://drupal.org/documentation/modules/statistics
Another possible solution is if you had google analytics setup on your site you could see all that information.

one database, same content, two wordpress sites, different structure? or another solution to have 2 websites with the same content?

I have a WordPress site that shows posts that it gets from rss using a plugin.
I want to split the "jobs" in 2 different websites because in this configuration is not working properly (high amount of rss sources to be parsed).
I need to set one site to get the posts, and the other to show them on a template; i dont want to have the rss plugin on the site that display the posts.
Is this possible using the same database, same content but different wordpress configuration?
Is there another solution to have 2 different databases and autoupdate one from another?
Any ideea other then these 2?
Thanks
if I understand your problem correctly the solution will depend on what you can do to resolve this issue.
Firstly I think you only need one website the issue you have sounds like your website is displaying items directly from the many RSS feeds which will be slow, instead I would recommend creating a process to import the posts on a daily basis to then get written to your database.
This will probably take the form of a cron job on your server.
However if you don't have access to do this I would recommend creating pages in the back end that will import the rss content when you click import.

Database search field database

I'm looking for a way to create a search box in wordpress, where visitors can search a number from the database. Is this possible? I have several package numbers in my database. I want to give my visitors the ability to search for their package number and request the information that comes with the number.
What you want to do can be done.
I suggest a different approach than using wp-exec. (I just looked at wp-exec website, and that plugin was created for WordPress 1.5, which means it hasn't been updated in about 5 years).
The content you want to display exists entirely outside of WordPress. I suggest you use a custom page template - see
http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates
In this case you would not use WordPress posts or pages or custom post types. On the custom page template you would write (or have written if you don't have the knowhow to do it yourself) PHP code to extract the info from the database and display it on a page.
For pages like that you would be using WordPress only as a container within which to display the results - they custom page would appear in the site Nav, The page of results would use the site's theme to display so it looks like the rest of the site.
But the code to display from the database would not use the WordPress loop. It would be PHP / MySQL data retrieval and display code.
I really doubt you will find a plugin that lets you display results from an external database, formatted the way you want them to appear. The reason is every external database is different, has different tables and table structures. And no two sites will want the external data visually displayed in the same way. So there is little generalization to encapsulate in a plugin as everyone wants it different.
I've created pages on some sites along the lines of what you want to do thus I know it can be done. But it requires writing custom code.

getting feeds to update in Managing News 1.2 (Drupal 7 distribution)

I am attempting to create a half decent substitute for Google Reader but am running into a problem: when I first set up the distribution named in the title I was able to add a bunch of feeds which were displaying as hoped for (most recent posts first).
My assumption was that every time I visited the site, the RSS feeds would update and show any new content. However, the only content displayed is that which was new the day I added the feeds.
How can I address this? I notice that if I add a new feed, all the other feeds update to their newest content, if this helps put my problem in context.
Grateful for any help!
Feeds are fetched during creation and cron run in managing news distribution.
So try setting up cron jobs properly.
Also make sure the feeds that you are fetching has new contents ( by manually inspecting the feed xml).

Products not appearing under content in admin in Drupal Commerce

I am importing products using Commerce Feeds. The products appear just fine on the front end and via Store > Products in the admin. However no products appear under Content in the admin area. I have tried clearing out the database, re-importing, re-indexing, flushing caches - nothing works.
Also this is bizarre and seemingly un-related, however I noticed it around the same time I realized my products were not appearing in the admin - there is a strange whitespace above my admin menu bar - which only appears on the Content page (also coincidently the page giving me trouble.)
Using Commerce Kickstart (commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.0-rc1) (Would love to upgrade to the latest release but I am unsure how to do this without losing a great deal of work. I have not found a good upgrade document - please chime in if you know something I don't!)
I feel kind of stupid now. I edited the admin/content view and saw there was a filter criteria which caused it to not display nodes of type "product_display." Evidently this is intentional behavior. I am guessing you are only supposed to manage products from within the store tab. Still wish I could figure out the cause of the phantom whitespace at the top though.

Scary looking warning: Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in ctools_block_content_type_render()

I keep getting this warning when I update a view in a panel (I used the Views and Panel modules to create a custom home-page design). We are building an intranet for our company and our IT department has linked our SharePoint network credentials to the Drupal site using LDAP (if this would explain the warning at all). Below is a screenshot, please advise!
The accepted answer is outdated -- see the hilariously-frustrated response by dddave to the users who keep trying to apply a patch that's already been committed.

The updated answer is to download the latest -dev version of CTools, which has the proper patch already rolled into it.
A quick search of the Drupal forum shows that your Drupal version may just need a patch:
http://drupal.org/node/1739718
What version are you running? And did this error only appear after Drupal was linked to use LDAP/Sharepoint credentials? (ie - what was the triggering event? Has this been happening for a while? Did you update Drupal recently? Or are you brand new to this role and so seeing this for the first time?)
