The idea is great add all your data templates to collection in your list box. Tell each one what to look for (a type) and what data template to use when it runs into that type. The problem is that the included source code is different from the on page code and I can't seen to get any combination of it to work. Even adding the missing quotation marks and changing the type to a local class instead of the non-accessible string and int32 classes.
So the question is. What am I doing wrong?

I am using VMWare Clarity datagrid with single selection.
Behind the scene, I am receiving updated data and randomly, the selected row is no more selected.
I found those links where they seemed to have the same issue and looks like it is fixed in 0.12.2, but I don't see that from side:

You are missing the trackBy on *clrDgItems. Whenever you are dealing with objects you receive from the server, you really want to make sure you are using trackBy to help Angular (and thus Clarity) know how to compare your objects. Otherwise the only comparison Angular can perform is reference equality, which isn't preserved when you keep getting updated objects from the server. Here is the official documentation for it, and you can find a maybe more readable explanation in the template syntax docs.
*clrDgItems supports the same trackBy option as *ngFor, so you can just write:
<clr-dg-row *clrDgItems="let unit of units; trackBy: trackById" ...>
where trackById is a function you add to your component that looks like this:
trackById = (index, unit) => unit.id
I'm assuming here that the objects you receive from the server have an id, but you can use any other way to identify them depending on your specific use case.
How do I add a custom delimiter to iris templates? I'm using angularjs for the front end and it conflicts with what angularjs is doing. I found some reference here but when I tried, it doesn't work, looks like the author of iris just gave a simple snippet just to describe it.
I'm quite new to Go so even checking the source code of iris, I'm having trouble. Thanks.

Here I want to know how to get the field values of my custom content type 'mypop'. I tried all methods in google but I don't know how to use, for example i tried function node_load, I can't able to know where to write this function, what are the parameters and tried EntityFieldQuery too. Can I know the how to do it in brief explaination.

Definitely a very broad question. Assuming you have the content type 'mypop' created already, think the easiest steps for you would be to:
Make sure you create some content of that content type
Customize the "Manage Display" on that content type and make sure the fields you want are set to visible there
Once you do this, those fields should be visible when you view the nodes of that content type already. If you want to further customize the view, you should probably customize the template file for that specific content type (there's other options but trying to keep this as simple as possible).
To do this, copy the "node.tpl.php" file you'll find on the modules/node folder to your theme templates folder and change it's name to be "node--mypop.tpl.php".
That way, you'll override Drupal's default display template for that specific content type only. Now you can basically tweak it into anyway you want.

node_load take node id. So in order to use noad_load() function, you should first retrieve node ids. Better if you use noad_load_multiple().

You can see the result by calling print_r($nodes). Just write a normal function in you .module file or .inc file. Call it anywhere, your choice. say, in menu callback.
First time poster here, I'm a designer not skilled at all with php and I have a small issue I don't seem to be able to solve. I'm making a site in drupal 7 using a sub theme on zen.
Btw this is a great CMS, even though people say it's really more a developers CMS. I have no trouble to do what I need using views, rules, display suite etc. So a big thank you for all the developers out there making this such a good CMS. But for this apparently simple problem... no module will help me (I think) and I'm kinda stuck.
So here it is: I'd like to add a subtitle next to the title in all my pages.
So what I did was to add a custom field into the content type basic page (machine name: field_sub_title) which is a simple text field.
I uncommented the following line in my template.php

$variables['sub_title'] = t('field_sub_title');
}
Now my question is how do I load the content of my custom field into that variable?
I know i need to change the second part, but I don't have a clue as into what I need to change this.
Displaying the variable into the the page.tpl.php is something I know about so I only need help with the first part.

Ok I found how to do this :)
I was looking for a solution in the wrong place. I don't need to change any thing in the template.php file.
Just needed to add this bit of code into my page.tpl.php:

So I'm posting this here for other Drupal newbies struggling with this....
Your solution may work for now, but there may be a more Drupal-y way to handle a problem like this. If you haven't noticed any problems yet, you may find one or more of the following issues down the road:
Someone who doesn't know php or Drupal theming may need to change the way this works.
If you're like me, you may forget where exactly in code this was implemented.
You may see superfluous markup and/or errors on nodes (content) that do not have this sub-title field (ie. event content not having a sub-title field while basic pages and news articles do).
When you add a field to a content type, it will automatically appear anytime content in that content type is displayed. You should be able to add the sub-title field for your page, event or whatever else you need and have it automatically appear in the markup.
You can 'manage display' of a content type to drag and drop the order for fields to appear. You could take it a step further by using a module like Display Suite to add formatting or layout per-content type.
If you feel like this isn't good enough and the markup for the subtitle must be at the same level as the page title (which is rare), at least add an if statement to make your code check to see if the variable is present before trying to print it. I'd also add a new variable and comments for code readability.

Consider using field_get_items or field_view_value, or at least use the LANGUAGE_NONE constant instead of 'und'

I'm setting a Button's content to an Image. It looks something like this:

In my project I have a subfolder named NavigationImages and within that folder is the image file nav_up_left.png.
When I view the Designer the image appears, however during runtime I get an IOException error saying it cannot locate the resource.
The Build Action is set to Resource.
Actually, this worked fine in one project. But when I copied it over the another project it fails. This seems like an incredibly simple problem, but I find myself stumped and ready to start pulling out hair. #_#
Your thoughts and suggestions will be much appreciated!
Whelp, I figured it out...kinda.
I copied that xaml code from one project where the output type is Windows Application, to another project where the output type is Class Library.
I didn't think of it at the time, but apparently when the output type is a Class Library the pack URI needs to change.
So instead of "pack://application:,,,/NavigationImages/nav_up_left.png" I changed it to "/ProjectName;component/NavigationImages/nav_up_left.png" and now it's working just fine.
I'm not 100% clear why this is works and not the former. I've read through the MSDN documentation on pack URIs in WPF but perhaps I misinterpreted something.
I'll leave this answer unchecked in the event someone can give me a good explanation why what I previously had doesn't work in a project with output type Class Library.

I just struggled with this same problem for quite a while, and I think that part of what was going wrong in the original was the missing word "component". I, for instance, had
myBitmapImage.UriSource = new Uri(#"pack://application:,,,/MyApp;images/mona2.jpg");
but should have had
... = new Uri(#"pack://application:,,,/MyApp;component/images/mona2.jpg");
The word "component" is not part of the pathname, despite its appearance -- it's a string literal that has to be there. Why? Someone thought it'd be a good idea, I guess.
And for those struggling with another part of the thing, what about "MyApp"? That's the name of the Assembly. Right-click on your project name, select "Properties...", and under the "Application" tab you'll see the "Assembly name:" field.
If you don't feel like searching for that (or worry that it might change, breaking your code), you can do this:

Not very pretty code, I admit -- it can clearly be shortened -- but it'll gets you where you need to go, I hope. Remember to set the "Build" property on your image file to "Resource"!
Just to shine a light on what was happening in your situation. The second pack uri. The one that worked. Is meant for resources located in an assembly other than the host application. By the sounds of it, the host application was loading this resource from the Class Library in question?

The uri changes slightly when referencing a resource from the main assembly, and referencing one from another assembly.
Also, the pack://application:,,, includes what is referred to as the "authority", to omit it would basically make it a relative path, both are valid in most cases where the application authority is assumed.
EDIT: basically because /Subfolder/Resource.xaml(.jpg etc.) and /Assembly;component/Resource.xaml are very similar, the latter tells the parser/loader that it's looking in a referenced assembly, not in the main application's assembly. (I imagine this helps speed up the search).
One other solution to getting this right:
Once your image Build Action is set to 'Resource' and you have rebuilt, navigate to the properties of your <Image /> object. The properties window will provide a ... file resource browser, whereupon selecting your image the Source="..." attribute of your <Image /> will be correctly filled in.
