How to debug or trace an error that default pop-up ? since I think that maybe error with Web Service Calling.
Debug your application.
See: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E35521_01/doc.111230/e24475/debugging.htm
Or check your system.log but I don't recommend that because you only get very limited information.

I have started learning oracle APEX and installed oracle apex 20.2 on my desktop PC just now. I am facing a problem that on running a sample application after install it shows me 404 - Not Found error.
Can anybody help me on this issue?
I had a similar issue when I imported an application. Try this: in application properties untick "Friendly URLs" and run it again.
If you're still getting the issue show the end of your url (all parameters after the server).
I have solved this issue. Actually the issue was with the user rights. I created a new user other the APEX_PUBLIC_USER and then the APEX was not working well because my new user didn't have those rights which APEX_PUBLIC_USER has.
I solved it by configuring the APEX back to the APEX_PUBLIC_USER and it runs well.
I have used https://github.com/watson-developer-cloud/conversation-with-discovery code and deployed application in Bluemix, when I am testing the application conversation is working but discovery service is not working .
I have added OUT_OF_Scope intent with call_discovery action.
I am getting server is busy error when we give out scope question in chatbot.
below is the the log error , please help me to resolve this error.
Exception thrown by application class 'com.ibm.watson.apis.conversation_with_discovery.rest.ProxyResource.postMessage:192'
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ibm.watson.apis.conversation_with_discovery.rest.ProxyResource.pos
When I used the conversation-with-discovery I had the same problem, but I see within the Github the solution for this: Switch to the liberty-for-java_v3_7-20170118-2046 buildpack that doesn't have problems with the Java SDK.

I'm having an white screen of death when trying to debug my silverlight application. The problem is that I don't know what causes it and I don't get any type of information from either Visual Studio or the browser itself (IE9). Breakpoints won't be hit as App() in the App.xml.cs doesn't get fired either.
The application works fine on my own laptop, but I'm trying to make final adjustments to it on the server which will host the application once it's done. The problem occures on this server.
Would there be any way to get information about what's causing it or did someone experience simulair issues?
hit F12 in IE and go to network and start capturing. You should see your error there if something went wrong downloading and also if there was a problem with the Silverlight plugin (check Console or Script tag).
There could be a number of reasons for this including problems with database connectivity, WCF services, and many other factors. One thing that might help you get some information is a product called Fiddler. If you are able to download and install that on your development machine, you can have it running when you try and access your application on the server. It will give you messages for every step of your application initialization, including database authentication, service authentication, the xap file transfer, etc.
My problem was related to init params not loading up from the web project's .aspx page, try having a look at this if you are having "white death screen" issues.
We have a WPF application...which is deployed using click once approach.
We deployed it in a intranet webserver...and people can install it in their machine from a link available in a web page (index.html).
One of hour team member got the following error
Jit debugging failed with following error: Access denied
jit debugging was initiated by the user account "abc\abc918"
Click the documentation index for "just in time debugging errors for more information"
Please help me to understand what is this error about. Thanks in advance.
This is typically a result of having System.Diagnostics.Debugger.Break in your code. This requires the current user to part of the "Debugger Users" group in order to function. If you are not, then you'll receive this error.
This frequently occurs on hosted ASP.Net sites - see this KB Article for details.
I have a web application that has been up and running for quite some time now using the Windows Live ID delegated authentication. It's been in production for a couple of months, and all of a sudden this morning, it failed with the following error:
There's a problem with the site you are trying to share your information with. Please try again later.
The url of the error page is
https://consent.live.com/pp700/Error.aspx?mkt=en-US&ErrorCode=1017
We require users consent to be able to see what e-mail address they used to log in. Has anybody run into this before? If so, what did you do to resolve it?
Thanks very much!
Still not sure what the error actually means, but the following forum posts give some more details. Basic problem: Microsoft changed the API and didn't tell anyone, Contact.View should be ContactsSync.FullSync when using the contacts API.
