Today I have a ReSharper 5.0 license, and are looking to update it.
But my question is when I can buy the new license to be sure to upgrade to ReSharper 8.0 when it arrives?

Short of inside knowledge from JetBrains, there's no way of knowing. The free-upgrade window (whereby anyone who buys version n-1 just before version n is released gets auto-upgraded) doesn't seem to get announced before the release of version n.
For example, see this blog post announcing the release of version 7.0, and note the wailing and gnashing of teeth in the comments.

I'm trying to find the documentation for ReactJS LTS (long-term support), including duration and the versions currently supported. I've reviewed their website (https://reactjs.org/docs/faq-versioning.html) and versioning (https://reactjs.org/versions/) but I can't find a clear definition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
According to this Github issue comment from Feb 24, 2019, their policy on support is the following:
Once a new major is released, we generally stop releasing new fixes for a previous major. The only exception is absolutely critical bugs (including security vulnerabilities).

I need a simple version control, practical and preferably free, I count on the help?
You have come to the right place.
Go here...its free for 5 users and its in the cloud so you will never lose your code.

Otherwise there is GITHUB free for open source

And if you want a local source control there is Subversion or SVN

Which software license should one use to meet the following simple conditions:
Software is free to use
Software can be re-distributed
Software source is closed and remains my intellectual property
(copywright) and cannot be decompiled/edited.
(If possible) The software cannot be sold.
Thanks in advance.
The whole point of free software is that it can be modified to suit any user's potential requirements, so pretty much by definition, if you want point 3, your software isn't free.
Sounds like shareware. I can't point you to a license I would personally recommend, but Google has lots of results. See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shareware

Google App Engine always wants me to download and install software when new version released.
Any option to do this task automatically ?
Why they are not implement the software auto updation ?
Not really a programming related question.
People do not want their SDKs randomly updating without telling you, APIs change over time and you might not be ready.
