Problem in number:
1: If I scroll it up it will override my notes background so it will not look good. How I can limit the showing text to only in notes background and if I scroll it up, the text in the upper side will be vanished?
2: If I have more text in bottom side, it will cut my text. So it doesn't showing all of my text.

You need to add the Height and Width attributes to your ScrollViewer.

I am using a grid with single row. I have placed a single LongListSelector within that row. The ItemTemplate is as follows,

Now I know that if we don't mention the width,MaxWidth values in the XAML file or in the properties, the Textblock above will stretch itself to the width it really needs to fit in the text. If there still some more width remaining it will expand till that extent. However I want to wrap the text of the Textblock. At the same time I want to utilize all the width available for stretching the TextBlock. So basically I want that the Textblock to stretch itself using the maximum width available and if the Text within it is still longer then I want to wrap it. Is there any solution to achieve this. I can use text wrap by setting constant value for width. As I want to deploy this application on different models then can I make it generic? Is there anyway to use parent's width?
All you have to do is to replace StackPanel with Grid.

I am developing an application where i want to browse images like native WindowsPhone form.
I have used Pivot control. Everything works, but there is one unwanted thing. The image does not fill all display area. There is a gap on the top of page. I have set margin and padding everywhere where it is possible. And the result is still the same. :(

I created a simplified version of your example and the only thing I could think of is to use negative margins. There is probably a better solution that I am just overlooking, but for now you can just use the following:

Although, from your posted image, it looks as if you have a bigger gap than I did, so you might need to decrease the margin.
I am using a textblock to display the product description under the product's image. The text must be fixed 100px wide but the height can grow up to 30px tall. If the text still can't fit, it must display ellipsis. Here is my xaml:

The description can have multiple lines. For eg, "Wireless Mouse\nQuantity:20". It looks ok on XP but on Windows 7 only the first line shows up and there's no ellipsis. Can anyone spot the problem in my xaml?
There are several errors in your example: should , ".../>" isn't valid XAML and your TextBlock doesn't have a closing tag.
The follow XAML worked fine on for me on Windows 7:

Depending on the font size MaxHeight of 30 is almost just one line of text, so the textblock can't grow in height. Change it or remove it completely.
I have an ItemsControl presenting a list of buttons. Each button has an image as it's content (png), but the image looks slightly different for each row.

I've had a similar issue previously and was able to solve it using SnapsToDevicePixels="True", but that solution is not working this time. I've also tried UseLayoutRounding="True" and RenderOptions.EdgeMode="Aliased"
The height of the button is bound so the image will be stretched to fill the button. Because WPF uses doubles (1/96 inch units) there is bound to be some rounding off. SnapsToDevicePixels and Layout rounding might help when you use them on the StackPanel but as long as you stretch the image it will get blurred.
My best guess is to set "Stretch to None" and experiment with SnapsToDevicePixels and Layout rounding.
I'm new to WPF and I'm trying to build a dropdown menu using the expander. Page layout is being handled with a Grid.
The extender sits inside the first row of the grid and I would I would like the contents of the expander to expand over top of the contents of everything below when it's clicked. Unfortunately, right now, the entire row is expanded to accommodate the height of the expanded control.
I tried playing around with the ZIndex of the Expander but it doesn't seem to have any effect. No matter what, the row always expands forcing everything else on the page to move.

What would happen if you set the Grid.RowSpan of the Expander to 2 (or how ever many rows you'd like it to span when expanded)?
So, for a two-row grid, you'd have something like this:

You may need to adjust your RowDefinition section for your particular situation, but if I'm understanding your problem correctly, I think this will work.
You want something that pops up over the grid, not expands within the grid. A ComboBox, say, or - this being a menu, after all - a ContextMenu.
You could also build some combination of a ToggleButton and a Popup, but that's essentially the same thing as a ComboBox with IsEditable turned off.
The built-in drop-down control makes use of a Popup control in its default control template to do a similar thing.
