Do you have all the prerequestes required by the Amazon JAVA SDK?
Requires Apache Commons (Codec, HTTP Client, and Logging) third-party
packages, which are included in the third-party directory of the SDK.

Finally hit a github https://github.com/radomirml/aws-sdk-for-gaej which address my problem by providing patched jars

GAE insertObject endpoint call returning 503 Service Unavailable when service is available

Android Studio generated AppEngine and Endpoints, calling insertObject (insertTTEvent) returns a 503. Odd since the other endpoint generated the same way works fine. I can manually insert using Google console, and I can get the object I inserted, so the endpoints are available (not 503).
My thought at this point is that the endpoint model has a List, which the other endpoint model (which works) doesn't have. Or maybe I'm not accessing the current version of AppEngine(?)...
here is INFO and ERROR notes from Endpoint Log from Google AppEngine dashboard

I believe you will need to put a break point at the following line:
sic.emo.apptt.TTEventEndpoint.containsTTEvent(TTEventEndpoint.java:157)
Most likely what is happening is that the generated code is trying to find an entity and since you are doing an insert and not passing in a value for the key (null , which is ok), the code is crashing.
I suggest you first confirm via debugging if that is the case and then put in an if statement to check first if the providing ID (key) is not null. Only then do you go for the findEntity.
You may have not added your Endpoint class into web.xml file.
Based on Java servlet API your are using or Endpoint you need to define the class manually into web.xml like this:
<servlet>
<servlet-name>SystemServiceServlet</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>com.google.api.server.spi.SystemServiceServlet</servlet-class>
<init-param>
<param-name>services</param-name>
<param-value>
com.kamalan.backend.registration.UserRegistrationEndpoint,
com.kamalan.backend.RegistrationEndpoint,
com.kamalan.backend.MessagingEndpoint
</param-value>
</init-param>
</servlet>

GWT app engine openID error 500

Openid4java does not work with GAE since GAE excludes certain redirects. Refer link.
You can do it using Federated Authentication via OpenID in Google App Engine
App Engine Using OpenID authentication java example
It seems you are using threads. Google app engine does not support Threads.
Yes it will work locally,But when you deployed it throws that exception at run time

We can't use the Amazon Libs because of restrictions in the Google App Engine (no Threads,no socket connection etc ...). But there are few solutions that should help you:
I find out solution from below link and its worked for me.

amazon ses compatibility issues with gae

I am trying to use amazone ses for sending emails on google app engine for java but face exception as mentioned below.
This happens on adding required httpcore and htttpclient libraries. What is the way to make it work on GAE?

This is a known issue and Apache HttpClient is not supported out of the box due to the above class restrictions on GAE.
Please look at this thread : How to make an HTTPS call on App Engine that contains information on how you can replace one of the existing classes and workaround this issue.
So i could locate a post mentioning how to run ses on gae at http://radomirml.com/2012/07/31/amazon-ses-service-with-java-on-gae
