I have a script (a.bat) that calls 2 executables (b.exe and c.exe) and I would like to create a single exe that would call a.bat automatically.
Is it possible?
Any simple program to do this?
Ps.: Info: The Exe's do make other files that are deleted in the end
Not directly, no.
The simplest way to accomplish this with off-the-shelf tools is to use an archiver that can create self-extracting archives and allows to specify a file to run after extraction. For example, free Info-Zip tools support an autorun command. WinRAR (commercial) allows to define complex scripts with GUI.
An install engine can be used for the same purpose. For a couple of examples, there are NSIS and Inno Setup (both free).
A (relatively) more complex solution is to write a third executable that will extract payload from its resources and run the batch file. This way you have full control over what happens.

I am writing a script using Null Script which install around 6000 files in INSTALLDIR i.e. C:\ABC folder.
I have done this using
File /r "ABC"
in install section.
It is just a simple extractor (no registry entries and no uninstall.exe created during install).
Now, if I run the same exe again then I want my exe to display a message box to the user while overwriting the files containing the options

If I set the SetOverwrite value to off then during install (2nd time) my EXE just skips the file installation without notifying the user. Also using IFFILEEXIST I can check a single file or *.* files but cannot do one to one mapping.
Please suggest how can I implement this. If this question is already posted then please send me the link.

It is not possible to get this behavior in NSIS when using File /r. You might be able to pull off something similar by generating the file list at compile time by executing a batch file with !system and then check if each file exists and maybe delete the old one at run-time but you are not going to get the dialog without a custom plugin. NSIS itself only supports basic Abort/Retry/Cancel and Yes/No dialogs.
If you only want to use free tools, why not just use 7-Zip to create a self extracting archive?
I just finished coding my c program in visual studio (VS) and what I had done is just drag the compiled .exe file out of the folder to run it on other computers, except on other computers for that to work I guess I need VS since it says the MSVCR110D.dll is missing which is from VS. So how can I run my program on other computers that don't have VS?
You can use IExpress which is used for distributing self-contained installation packages. It is there in every windows machine preinstalled. Using this utility you can make the executable .exe which will be incorporated with dependent dlls. You can see Step by step guide, to see how to use it.

In your output window it will show you where you can find the exe file, usually something like "ProjectName/Debug/Release/"
If you have added any external libraries you will have to copy any DLL files in that folder with the exe (You can combine them with some applications if needed)
You will also have to make sure that you have the correct version of the .NET Framework on the PC that you are trying to run your program on
Is it possible to run the silent and verysilent option from within the inno setup application.That is as soon as I clicked the exe it will run with verysilent option (no need to provide it in the command prompt)
I have figured out the temporary way of putting the command with verysilent option in the batch script and clicking the batch script :) !
It is Bad Form™ make a "covert" installer. From Inno's FAQ:

No, nor is such a feature planned (it would be abused). If it is your intention to keep user interaction to a minimum, use the Disable* [Setup] section directives.
This would only matter if you are actually building the installer. If you're just trying to install the application, the only sensible thing to do is use the command-line flags in a batch file (or other scripting language).
I have created a WPF application. I want to make installer file (exe) for this application.
This application also uses some other 3rd party files (bat files); which i have zipped.
I want to unzip this file while installing and set the path of unzipped dir in Path variable also.

Take a look at wix from Microsoft.
It can be run standalone, but is great run from within visual studio. You write a small xml file detailing what you want installed, and it does the rest.
To run a zip command, use a CustomAction.
Search for Install-shield. It is old tool but having good scripting capability like what you are expecting (i.e) Unzipping the folder and dealing with path environment variable
Use Inno Setup (http://jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php) or NSIS (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page).
Both are free (open source) installation systems with many possibilities and huge community around (even here on SO).
They are really easy to use (especially Inno) and they are powerful so it is easy to achieve your required functionality.

If you have to unzip files as well, you may want to just consider a simple batch files that downloads the binaries + unzips the contents + runs Stall.
It is asked me to create a Windows executable (.exe) from scripts written in batch and vbscript. unluckily I don't know which tool use to realize that. Therefore Let me ask you some questions which torment my spirit

What you want to do is:
First : Join the bat files and vbs files together in one file.
Second: "Make" a executable of that file to launch the main bat file.
Bat/VBS file can't be compiled, when you see a "compiled bat" it's only a simple .exe stub, the bat is not compiled neither converted, is only stored, so first you need to use a joiner and second you need to use a bat-2-exe "converter" like "ExeScript Editor", searching for the crack in Google to evaluate the program is not hard, I have it.
...But really the best you can do is to use WinRAR application with the SFX options which can join files (compress), make the exe, and can launch the main bat file after silent extraction.
PS: Really the best you can do is to learn the basic things of a real lenguage, embbed the bat/vbs files as resources and then compile it into a standalone executable.
