I'm trying to integrate Maps to my Bada application. I've tried deCarta but unfortunately it comes with an ad. There is an ad on each form that displays a map and it's not pleasant.
So, can you please recommend me another maps API that will work well with the Bada platform. Does Google Maps API or Yahoo's service go along well with Bada? Or is there a way to remove the ad on deCarta's maps (on the free version)?
Any help, comment and such will be greatly appreciated.

Please don't remove the ad - that would be a violation of the terms of service. You could always pay to use the API and then you will never have to deal with ads on your application.
What is the part of the advertisement that you don't like. It would be great if you could give suggestions on how you would like to see the advertisements presented in the application.

I've developed an application that works through Google's GSuite using OAuth2. The app is working fine and is part of the GSuite account that was set up to allow testing while developing it (which is the owning account of the app in the Developer Console). However, I now want to give the app to another GSuite company but can't see how to get them to add it?
The application has been submitted for review with Google to get it added via the Marketplace but we're keen to get the second company using it ASAP. I've had a look through the Google docs but couldn't find anything that appeared relevant and even tried to see if I could find an existing question on here. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated!

You won't be able to give it to another company until it's published, so if the review is taking linger than expected, your best is to contact Google GSuite support

Depending on the process you are using, there are few examples for using asp.net and the service account option. I successfully created events via service account with granting domain-wide access. With this you just need to create an app, then service account for the app and follow the domain wide delegation steps on the google documentation pages. This option is great if you have an app that needs to create events without having to authenticate the user.

There is even sample code in Java, Python, PHP, and Ruby to help get you started just below the reference. In addition, below the sample code is the APIs Explorer where you can issue requests with appropriate payload to the API and see the HTTP response to ensure you're calling the API correctly and receiving the data you requested. S3 is a storage solution, not really what you are looking for I think. Look at Google's Cloud Endpoints. Simple REST service with lots of tutorials. https://cloud.google.com/products/cloud-endpoints/
Looking at the Google App Engine API, it seems that despite all its great features, the User API is extremely limiting. It seems you can only authenticate people who have a Google account, or use an OpenID account, or via some OAuth kung fu (handshaking with a Facebook account etc).
This appears to be a major stumbling block for anyone who wants a proprietary user base by creating user accounts within the application. In short, I don't want my users to have to use or create a Google account to access my app.
Has anyone else come across this limitation and has it been a deal breaker for using the GAE? Am I missing something? It is possible to deploy my own Spring based security etc within the app and use my own User API? Comments on this issue greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You're free to completely ignore the Users API and implement your own authentication system, as you would in any other hosting environment. Nothing about App Engine prevents you from doing so.
The Users API is just there as a convenience, in case you'd like to spare yourself the effort of re-implementing everything, and spare your users the inconvenience of filling out another sign up form and remembering another set of credentials.
You can always implement your own user management system.
In my application I have used spring-security for this purpose. spring security 3.0.1 works perfectly fine with app engine 1.3.5. There may occur some issues integrating other versions of both. I found below links extremely useful :

I'm trying to get some stats on how many of the visitors to our website have Silverlight enabled browsers.
We currently use Google Analytics for the rest of our stats so ideally we'd like to just add 'Silverlight enabled' tracking in with the rest of our Google Analytics stats. But if it has to get written out to a DB etc then so be it.
Nikhil has some javascript to Silverlight tracking to Google Analytics. I have tried this code but Google Analytics doesn't pick it up.
Does anyone have any other ideas/techniques?

I think you answered it yourself. The page you are linking to does just that: detect which version of Silverlight the user has (not if s/he installs it). From the page:

Basically this detects the presence of Silverlight, and if its available, it records the version as the value of the user-defined field. Now your analytics reports will have one of three values: "(not set)", "Silverlight/1.0" or "Silverlight/2.0".

Yeah, I thought that too but I have tried running my page with Nikhil's javascript and Google Analytics didn't pick it up. But I could have screwed something up somewhere.
I'm just interested to know if anyone else has managed to do this (track Silverlight-ness) successfully.

I think the code posted on Nikhil's blog is out of date if you are using ga.js and not urchin.js.
The use of the global function __utmSetVar() is replaced by the tracker method _setCustomVar()
