Standalone App won't open after new install on Ubuntu 18.04 ... Stuck on Migrating data store screen - advanced-rest-client

I have used the Advanced Rest Client Chrome App for some time (rather old version and can't upgrade).
I wanted to switch over to using the standalone app so I downloaded the .DEB for version 17.0.9 off the advanced-rest-client GitHub account and installed.
Once I try to open this for the first time it just hangs on a screen saying:
"Preparing something spectacular
Migrating data stores"
It just hangs there without closing/changing, and the software never actually opens.
I have tried removing the software and reinstalling but I still keep seeing the same screen.
I felt this might be because of my old Chrome App but I can not upgrade it (my company started blocking the Chrome Store). I also do not want to remove it since I won't be able to reinstall it.

Firebase Deployment: My web appear in "project.firebaseapp.com" but not "project.web.app"

I've completely deployed my website with Firebase CLI, and project.firebaseapp.com is accessible and works fine. However, project.web.app keeps showing "Site Not Found".
I'm building my web app with React and already set the folder to "build"
Edit1: I've tried safari, chrome, incognito of both, and also hard refresh and empty cache still showing SITE NOT FOUND.
Edit2: It's working on Line Application Built-in Browser (mobile), but not on Chrome (mobile).
Edit3: Sent the domain to my friends around the world and found out that it's not working for only people living in South East Asia.
As I mentioned in comments, try any other browser. Both the domains are working on my computer. It might just take some time for both to deploy and update the cache.
It's usually better to ask someone who stays far from you and maybe has a different ISP to test update website. I sometimes use Lighthouse and it turns up even it won't show up on my computer. (Apparently the older version gets cached).
I'd recommend disabling cache from network tab in browser console when in development stage:

Updating Angular HotTowel v2.3.3 to latest Angular packages in VS2015 kills routing

background:
I'm just getting started with AngularJS and I'm using HotTowel as a starting point.
I've actually done a fair amount of work with HotTowel and have several features built for an application I'm doing. What led me to this problem is trying to get ui-grid in to my application. It blows up. Looking at HotTowel it seems to have been a while since it was last update, but the Angular stuff (and other libraries) are full steam ahead. When I update all of the Angular packages HotTowel's navigation stuff stops working. I'm going to start chasing it down, but I thought I might ask if somebody else has already fixed this issue to save myself some time.
Reproduction:
I'm using VisualStudio2015. My project is an ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework) w/ just MVC added.
For the reproduction of the issue I used the above in a new solution. I then went to manage NuGet packages and update everything to latest, there should be 10 updates. This requires a restart of Visual Studio.
Once I'm back in I return to my solution and bring up Manage NuGet pakages again. This time I go to Browse and find HotTowel. This brings up a short list. I select HotTowl.Angular by John Papa (~73.6K downloads, version v2.3.3) and install it. Allow it to overwrite the favorite icon.
After NuGet finishes go to the solution explorer, find Index.HTML, right click on it and select "set as start page". Now, open Index.html and change line 51 to say "" and save it.
Now do a rebuild all and then run the application using Google Chrome (issue will occur with any browser). Everything works great. You can switch between dashboard and admin.
Stop the application and return to manage nuget package. select the update tab and update all of the packages. You'll be asked about overwriting some map files, go ahead and do it.
Do another rebuild all and then run the application.
The dashboard will come up as before, click on admin. You will see dashboard fade out and then fade back in. This is the issue. the routes appear to be broken.
At this point there is nothing custom in the solution. We have just updated all of the packages to their latest releases. HotTowel, however seems to have a gone stale.
Being new to Angular, and HotTowel. I'm not sure where to start debugging this.
At a guess the issue is with how the code in config.route.js sets up the routes.
Can somebody please give me some hints on how to fix this?
TIA

ionic mobile app gives white screen

I have created one ionic app it runs perfectly fine in browser but when I convert it into app it gives white screen.
I have already install white list plugin and allowed all url in config and also have kept meta tag. Am not able to find any other solution.
When kept simple html file am able to view it.
Any help will be grateful.May be good way to debug will be also good.
Connect your phone to PC with USB cable and remember to keep USB Debugging On. Now, navigate to chrome://inspect. You'll find the device name and click on "inspect". On Console tab, the error list will give you a hint about what is wrong there.
In my case, a custom service was Injected in controller which had been removed at some time as It was not used anywhere.
Ok just answering this question so it will be helpful to all.
Below blog was helpful for me that how I can debug
http://gonehybrid.com/how-to-debug-the-white-screen-of-death-in-your-ionic-app/
And guess what was issue, folder name in app is case sensitive. I was just need to change a folder name as per exact case sensitive path I provide in index file.
Mostly such thing occures because of a javascript error. You say it runs in your browser. Are there some exception in the console?
Not everythings is equal between browser and device, for example plugins. You have to be sure, that all used plugins are installed properly.
If you deploy on android, you can use android monitor to get console output. On ios xcode has already an integrated debugger.
I had this horrible issue because I compiled my Android application with Cordova 6.x and the project worked with CrossWalk plugin. In my case, the solution was uninstalling Crosswalk. If your project has installed that plugin, try to uninstall it and compile your project again.

Debbugging angularjs app without ripple or browser because it uses cordovasqlite plugin

In my AngularJS/Ionic app I use the cordova-sqlite plugin and a local database to store data; I also use a web service to fill the database with data from a remote database. Well, sometimes I get a strange behaviour when I try to get data from the remote database.
My problem is that I can't debug the code in the way it is now.
If I try to use the ripple emulator it says that it can't work with the sqlite plugin. I googled around and found out that any plugin which uses native code won't work with ripple. I wanted to see the network transferring operations on ripple.
At the time Im writing this I'm usually debugging opening the system console and checking them out but this isn't a really good way to debug. I work on a mac with WebStorm.
Is there a way to debug my code on mac live on the device or simulator like in visual studio?
Have you tried GapDebug? It let's you debug your Cordova/Phonegap app on an Android or iOS device via Chrome Dev Tools or Safari Webkit Inspector and is almost magical. -> https://www.genuitec.com/products/gapdebug/
