i can launch Uiautomatorviewer sucessfully, inspect any page/app at personal profile.
Once phone at work profile/launching any app installed under work profile then Uiautomatorviewer throws error:
Error while obtaining UI hierarchy XML file: com.android.ddmlib.SyncException: Remote object doesn't exist!
i am not sure why it behave like this suddenly, it used to work regardless personal / work profile last week.
i don't remember i change any configuration...
please help to give me clues why? i have followed many previous post suggestion to restart adb server, kill appium server, restart phone/laptop, disable enable developer options...etc. none works....
I tried to inspect personal profile now, the same error occurred:
Error while obtaining UI hierarchy XML file: com.android.ddmlib.SyncException: Remote object doesn't exist!
updated: i used appium studio inspector and it works. I still not sure what happened to adb or uiautomator via command line? how do i debug it?
found an answer
com.android.ddmlib.SyncException: Is a directory
try doing adb shell rm -rf /data/local/tmp and rebooting the phone first. it's ok if you get rm: /data/local/tmp: Permission denied. ignore it - it's for the tmp folder itself after its content was already removed (that's what you need anyway)
Hi I am new to alfresco and trying to fix a prod issue, all of a sudden files(mostly jpeg/png) uploaded earlier(before 1 months) cannot be viewed under folder and it is showing as empty folder. but when i click on download it is downloading the full set of files.
The alfresco version is 5.2 and solr is solr4.
I went through the logs and found errors like
Alfresco Log:
020-08-22 11:41:03,468 ERROR [org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.AbstractRuntime] [http-apr-9090-exec-38] Exception from executeScript: 072223632 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 072224529 Failed to execute script '/abc/Get Images/get-images.get.js (in repository store workspace://SpacesStore/Company Home/Data Dictionary/Web Scripts Extensions)': 072224528 Failed to execute search: PATH:"/app:company_home/st:sites/cm:abc/cm:documentLibrary/cm:Images//" AND TYPE:"abc:abcImage"

I have tried rebuilding indexes in solr4 too but no luck.
Kindly check and help out in resolving the issue.
When you re-built the indexes did you also clear out the alfrescoModels directory? It sounds like your SOLR server doesn't know about your custom type. Sometimes you have to clear out that directory to force it to fetch the latest model.
When I tried to call command-line to get latest update for my TFS mapped folder
TF get /recursive
The call complete successfully from the run window of Windows 7.
However, when I put the call into a .bat file and run it via InvokeProcess within a build definition (guide to do that), it failed.
The message is as below.
Unable to determine the workspace. You may be able to correct this by
running 'tf workspaces /collection:TeamProjectCollectionUrl'
What happens? How can I get around with that?
The reason this is happening is because when you run the command locally, the folder you're downloading is mapped to a workspace. When you execute the command in your build, it's running under the build service account, which doesn't have a workspace mapped for the folder you're specifying.
You shouldn't need to use the tf get command as part of your build. When you configure your build, you can specify which folders should be mapped in the workspace on the "Source Settings" tab. The build process will handle making sure the contents of the folders you map in your workspace are present automatically.
The cause for my issue is that the build agent execute my .bat file under a different Windows account which is something like NTSERVICE; when I run it directly, my TFS login account was used (which was previously remembered in Windows 7 Credential Manager)
So the solution is to put in the login name and password as TF get /login:SomeTFSUsername,SomePassword (see more here)
I have been installed varnish module in drupal 7 while clicking on configure it shows an error page with title server error and if i come back to module menu there was another error log
like Warning: require_once(/var/www/magz/sites/all/modules/varnish/varnish.admin.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in menu_execute_active_handler() (line 515 of /var/www/magz/includes/menu.inc).
I tried reinstalling and some other stuffs but the error is still there is there any solution for this
Did you checked if the path and file (folder) is valid? seems that the module requires certain file which are not there.
I've checked with version: 7.x-1.0-beta2 and no such issue occurred.
Just to close out that the read permissions would cause this, please follow the instruction from that: page - regarding access rights setting.
I'm receiving this error when I attempt to start an app using google app engine :

com.bookmark.Mobile_bookmark
[ERROR] Unable to find 'com/bookmark/Mobile_bookmark.gwt.xml' on your classpath; could be a typo, or maybe you forgot to include a classpath entry for source?
[ERROR] shell failed in doStartup method
I don't have a file called Mobile_bookmark.gwt.xml. My project name is mobile-bookmark
Why is this error occuring ?
If it's looking for Mobile_bookmark.gwt.xml (the wrong file), I'd check how you are starting the server.
For example, under Eclipse, I'd check run configurations --> arguments to see if "Mobile_bookmark" got into there. (you can get to run configurations by selecting the little triangle next to either the green debug or run button you use to start it --- or RUN (menu in eclipse) -- run configurations -- select your project)
Change the file name to whatever *.gwt.xml file you do have. I suspect it's mobile-bookmark.gwt.xml.
Look under /src/yourpath/yourproject/
Your layout is probably like:
/src/yourpath/yourproject/*.gwt.xml
/src/yourpath/yourproject/client
/src/yourpath/yourproject/server
