My website is deployed on AWS Beanstalk server. on 27 July images were uploaded that were showing. but Today I saw images have vanished, not being displayed. While newly uploaded images are being displayed fine.
What can be the reason? Can anyone help me?
One reason could be due to the fact that your EB instance runs in an Auto Scaling Group.
This means that it can be terminated and launched at any time without your involvement. This can happen due to scaling events, AZ re-balancing, or some aws hardware failures.
Thus its generally not recommended to store any data (e.g. images) on the instances. For that its better to use external storage systems, such as S3 or EFS.
The other reason could be the re-deployment of your application version. If you had sorted the images in your app's current working folder, the redeployment would simply remove it, and replace it with a new one.

I'm running code in selenium to check for lower price on an item on Amazon. Once my target price hits, my code executes and once my account is logged, Amazon asks for log in again with a captcha. Now, I have the same code running on another PC and it executes fine without any captcha.
I've deleted all the User Data for Chrome, uninstalled Chrome with All data from the uninstaller, and clear any cookies or settings, but once I install Chrome again, I get the same captcha error.
Does any know where Amazon might be storing this information in order for me to clear it? Could is possible it's somewhere in regedit?
Reinstalled Chrome, Deleted all data from User Folder.
Provide your code, otherwise we can't help you.
Possible solutions:
If it's a Chrome WebDriver, you are in developer mode and any website can read it.
You are talking about YOUR information, however, Amazon may also have restricted your account for inappropriate use. These companies detect this type of conduct VERY easily.
Try to store cookies and avoid multiple logins.

I have a project on which I use Django Rest Framework and React.
I also use amazon s3 for static and file storage.
The problem is that when I set debug=False in settings, there is nothing except white empyt page. Have you ever met this problem and what did you do to solve ? Thanks
I solved this problem. In settings.py there is a variable called "STATICFILES_STORAGE = 'storages.backends.s3boto3.S3StaticStorage'". I removed this and all static files uploaded to heroku but my media files run on amazon by the variable called DEFAULT_FILE_STORAGE'storages.backends.s3boto3.S3Boto3Storage'.

I have hosted my Prestashop at Fastdomain server it's like the 4th year, the website is stable and working fine till 3 days ago where my email inbox got full of spam and more than 300K requests on the site causing the site to go down.
I activated the basic protection from Sitelock provided from Fastdomain Cpanel, it worked fine for two days and the site is down again cuz of another strike.
Fastdomain support tried to fix it but no instant method they said the problem is caused due to script overuse in send to friend module, even though this module is an original PrestaShop module, and they said the website will "recover" in few hours.
any comment or thoughts? how t respond to such attack!?
my website is elektrojo.com and am using the up to date version
This appears to be a common problem. Not only is it taking your site down, it may be being used to spam others, which has the risk of getting your domain blacklisted.
In that thread was linked an updated version of the module supporting a CAPTCHA, along with a similar modification for product reviews. It seems to be for PrestaShop 1.5 and 1.6.
If you have some kind of a "backend" which you can update modules on, you should also do that.
Another suggestion is to use fail2ban to detect repeated attempts to access this feature and block it. You may not have the necessary access to do that, but if not, your hosts should be able to.
Failing that, you should remove the sendtoafriend code (ensure the files are actually gone from their original location) until you have found a way to harden it, since it's being abused to take your site down.

I feel like this is a simple enough question that it should have already been asked and answered, but I have not seen anything on it in my searches.
I am creating a website for my club at school, and need to publish it/make it live/public, whatever you want to call it. Thusfar it is a simple HMTL-only document, but once I get it up and running I will expand it with CSS and Javascript (as I learn them, haha). So how do I turn this HTML file into a real website? Here is some key info:
The HMTL code is sitting on my desktop in a file (blablabla.html)
I have server space allocated for me, provided by the school. No need to find a domain.
I am familiar with using ssh to visit said server, and I have successively used scp to upload my html file to the server address, but when I navigate to the webpage though Chrome, I get an Object Not Found/404 error.
I'd like to do this the old fashioned way for now, but if there are any reccomendations for web publishing suites on Ubuntu, they are welcome.
So what exactly do I need to do to make it a working webpage? Is there a specific place I need to put the .html file, a specific name it must have? What am I missing?
P.S. For once I do get it working, how do I obtain/upload some MIDI music to give my website that good old fashioned early 90s feel?
yes, try to rename it to index.html if that file is you home page.
At what URL are you trying to reach your website? http://example.com/mysite/ ??? or maybe http://example.com/mysite/blahblah.html ??

I have inserted the code for my mobile site a couple of weeks ago, and it's not showing up in almost all of my tests. The only browser It's working on is Chrome on Android (tested on Galaxy S2). It's not showing up on iPhones, tested both Safari and Chrome on several different devices.
The site is http://m.radicalislam.org
I've looked at this article, and couldn't find any applicable solution
My first step into debugging this issue would be to set the option in Adsense to show a backup ad of a solid colour e.g. Blue or something obvious. This will give you a clue as to whether there is an issue in displaying anything from Google, or if it is an issue specifically with Google serving you adverts.
If the blue colour doesn't show, that might be a good thing, as it could just mean there is an issue with your code (maybe a conflict with all the page speed stuff you've got going on?).
If it does show, then that means Google isn't serving you ads. There's a number of reasons as to why that may be: https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en-GB&answer=75764&topic=2453404&parent=23384&rd=1
