I have an active Google Cloud Platform account for the purpose of integrating the map functions into my website. Currently I have a map on my contact page (https://voltfuse.com/contact) and on my dealers page (https://voltfuse.com/dealers).
Until recently, I noticed that the map on my dealer page is no longer working, telling me that it was unable to correctly load. You can see an image of this in the attached "Broken Map.png".
It's strange because the map is working perfectly with the same API on my contact page, which can be seen on "Working Map.png".

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why the map is not loading.

Google has recently imposed strict limits on the Google Maps JavaScript API. You must now enter your billing information in the Console to enable higher limits for your account. As of the date of this answer, after entering your billing information, you will receive $200 worth of free usage per month.

I tried creating a brand new account, a new app, on a different PC and the same thing happened. So this is not a cache issue.

I've the same issue since Friday (02/18) and spent hours to figure out what's the problem.
tried from different browsers and different IP addresses
made a brand new developer account to test with it
had a 1+ hour chat session with QB support (but not developer support)
sent an email to an address received from the chat assistant
sent a feedback at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AppAssess
According to the browser's developer tools:
the Start questionnaire button opens this URL:

So, it seems to be, QB have reached a license limit at salesforce, which prevents new logins to create and the questionnaire from to load.
And the funny part is: the same thing happens, when I tried to create a support ticket and used the "Ask a question" button at https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/
Which means, I can't start the questionnaire and can't start a ticket about the error either.
I guess, if QB developer accounts whom created support tickets previously or started the questionnarie before the license limit has been reached, they have have a SSO login account at salesforce and able to fill in the form or start new support tickets, but others are stuck because of the license limit.
If somebody have a working QB developer account and able to start a support ticket, please do it, and link this page in it.
Or maybe, we should contact salesforce support to let QB know about the license limit.

This seems to have been fixed. I tried running the questionaire and it worked.
I have also been having this problem the last several days and had the same lack of success with QB support. The URL callback error I see is:

I don't see anywhere I can sign a TOS in my account page - it's possible that in fact QBO hasn't signed a TOS with Salesforce. What a joke.
Why are the counts I see in my database different than what I see in Google Analytics? The goal conversion number showing in Google Analytics is much lower than what I see in the database. This is the case for several months.

Adblockers: You might get hits/submissions from people where they are using an ad blocker, hence more entries in Database or Google Analytics.
Users vs. Sessions vs. Hits: You are looking at Unique Visitors/Sessions in Google Analytics instead of the total number of "Events", Not sure how your Goal is setup but best to use events and look at "Total Events" and "Unique Events" to get a sense.
Implementation: You may be firing JavaScript after the person has hit the button without waiting for the page change, can happen on some sites where you take them to a thank-you page or something. Best to check how this is setup and the order in which tag fires and page works.
I've been trying to add a billing method to my google compute engine without any luck. After inserting my Visa card details and clicking the submit button, I always get the following message:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.
I am trying to create a google compute engine instance, but without billing enabled, this is not possible. I already tried contact google cloud billing support by filling out the online support form. However, it says responses usually take 2 to 3 business days. Now, is the problem I am facing limited to my account or is everybody else facing the same issue ?
The problem got fixed several hours after I posted my question. It seems that the problem was from google's end.
I'm writing a web application that will track incoming traffic to a website and track the origin of the traffic and its behaviour on our site, so that we can get some idea of the return on investment of our marketing campaigns, the actual keywords and their value to us (rather than to google) and the lost traffic, and our lost spend.
Part of this involves looking at the referrer information from the browser on the first page visited. Referrers like Google Organic and Google Paid Search are easy to identify using regex matching to look for particular strings within the referrer (I'm using php's $_SERVER). The same is true for Bing, Ask, Yahoo, LinkedIn and Facebook.
But, I'm having a problem with one particular source - Google Content Network. Sometimes traffic coming from these ads has a nice link that begins http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?
which is obviously easy to code for. On the other hand, the traffic from sites showing our ads sometimes comes with the Referrer of the site itself as though it were a hard coded link. This second hard coded type link is causing problems as we can't differentiate it from regular referred traffic.
So, other than tagging the urls our ads are pointing to with something like '?source=gcn', or scraping the referring page to look for a hard coded link or a google ads iframe, has anyone got any magic sauce to overcome this issue?

So, it seems I've been looking in completely the wrong place for a solution to this.
In a nutshell, the problem is that I need to access Google PPC information regarding visitors to my site but google doesn't always pass this information along in the referrer and certainly is problematic where Display Network appears on a page using javascript to insert it directly into the dom.
Where should I have been looking? Google Analytics. The __utmz cookie contains a wealth of information regarding the route that traffic got the site... including whether they came via PPC / Organic or Display Network and the search terms (where applicable) that got them there.

Is there a way to configure Google App Engine so that the log-in page appears either inline or in an iframe, instead of requiring a link.
I would like it to be as simple as

Log in
</iframe>
However that seems to be an undocumented way to go about logging in users, and I'm not sure if that's the way to go about this.
I'd be grateful for any thoughts

This is not a good idea. By showing a google login form on your domain how do your users know it is legitimate? By redirecting your users to a page on Google's domain it reduces the amount of confusion.
Also, you might want to review the Terms before doing this. I would not be surprised if Google specifically mentions not doing this somewhere. It's like teaching your users to give up there Google login details whenever prompted.
There have been several posts in the groups discussing this as well; Nick, and many other users, responded to this question with similar comments.
I just tried doing what you suggest here, except that I don't have the hyperlink inside of the iFrame. I want Google's authentication page to appear in the iFrame over my page rather than redirecting to the authentication page and then back to my page. I also append a query string to the login_url, and my main request then returns a simple "Welcome" message rather than my app's main page.
It works beautifully in the sandbox, but it doesn't work when deployed to GAE. The page returned by Google's login_url refuses to be displayed in an iFrame. The console message is "Refused to display document because display forbidden by X-Frame-Options." I've thought about possible workarounds, but Google obviously doesn't want the login page displayed this way. I'm disappointed, because my app uses HttpRequests heavily, so the main page never refreshes otherwise, but I'm still very happy with GAE.
