Codename One IntelliJ: Sending build doies nothing suddenly - codenameone

I am trying to build my App but when sending the build nothing really happens and it won't show up on the build server as well. I have built it several times before, I don't know whats wrong. He executes some tasks and then says finished but does not tell me anymore to check build server or anything which he did before. The same is happening when i select iOS build, successfull but nothing more appens.
Can you tell me whats wrong?
Edit for Shai:
Probleme here is that the terminal is saying nothing at all, before and after trying to build it' still

and then everything starts correctly. However, neither Android build nor iOs buil does anything.

Assuming you reloaded the build server page and still it doesn't show take a look at the console output which usually says exactly what went wrong. By default IntelliJ hides the output behind a tree like structure but if you turn it off with the button on the left you can see the actual text.
It's probable that you exceeded one of the free quotas (in size or build credits), if none of these resolves your issue use the online support chat in the website on the bottom right to resolve the issue be sure to provide the full text output of the build sent so our support engineer can help with that.

“choregraphe-suite-2.8.6.23-mac64-setup” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified

I am trying to install Choregraphe Suite on my macOS Catalina (v10.15.7) from the softbankrobotics website but I get this message:
Website link: https://developer.softbankrobotics.com/nao6/naoqi-developer-guide/choregraphe-suite/choregraphe-suite-installation-guide#desktop-installation
I don't know what I'm missing in order to run the installation on my laptop. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me on this.
Update: I left clicked it and it opened in command line. I went into the choregraphe-folder/bin/naoqi-bin and when I executed the file I got this:

Thanks :)
You can go to the system settings > security & privacy and explicitly allow the opening of the installer (screenshot attached).
allow opening of installer
It will then bring up a second dialog:
"macOS cannot verify the developer of “choregraphe-suite-2.8.6.23-mac64-setup”. Are you sure you want to open it?
By opening this app, you will be overriding system security which can expose your computer and personal information to malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy."
You can then click on "Open", but for my Mac (10.15.7) the installer crashes directly afterwards and I cannot install anything.
allow installation
It seems impossible to install Choregraphe on a recent Mac OS X. Help would be much appreciated.
'Allow install from internet' is the step you have to go over for all 3rd party apps(always happening) for macs. But still 'choregraphe' setup file didn't worked.
I hope my solution helps, i searched a lot too :)
install not setup file, try binaries oneenter image description here, and unzip. Open file you will see 'choregraphe' unix executable file, i clicked that file and app worked, best
P.s. i am not expert or anything that is only way i was able to make it work for my MacOs 10.15.7 (Catalina)

dev_appserver.py slow start

After some time I needed to do changes on GAE Python (2.7) First Generation app, but when I develop and run locally, it's basically nonusable due to a very slow start.
These are printed logs:
INFO 2019-10-18 07:56:35,533 devappserver2.py:278] Skipping SDK update check.
INFO 2019-10-18 07:56:35,595 api_server.py:275] Starting API server at: http://localhost:36159
INFO 2019-10-18 07:56:35,599 dispatcher.py:270] Starting module "default" running at: http://127.0.0.1:8080
INFO 2019-10-18 07:56:35,600 admin_server.py:152] Starting admin server at: http://localhost:8000
INFO 2019-10-18 08:01:01,644 instance.py:294] Instance PID: 28496
What I notice that the last line (instance.py) is printed after ~5 minutes and only after that app responds to requests, not before. Interesting that the admin server (localhost:8000) is available right away. Of course, when I do some code change it automatically reloads and it repeats again.
Things I tried/found out:
it behaves like that on my all GAE projects Python First Gen.
tried to create a bare minimal version (webapp2 with one URL), clean virtualenv, still the same behavior
tried to reinstall Google Cloud SDK. delete the whole google-cloud-sdk folder and install again, no changes
tried to install older version of Cloud SDK
used clean VM and it works ok!!!, so it looks like there could be something wrong with my system (outside of SDK), but I'm not sure what.
It's interesting that the pause between the last two log lines is always about 5 minutes, not sure why exactly that time.
Python 2.7.14
OS: OpenSuse Leap 15.0
I'm running out of ideas so any advice would be appreciated.
I solved this accidentally.
I wanted to run Jupyter notebook, but I got the error:
error: [Errno 99] Cannot assign requested address
after debugging in /tornado/netutil.py, I noticed that it tries to work with IP 192.168.1.50 which I wasn't sure where did that come from, (probably I set it since I was playing with my home network some time ago), but when I deleted it from /etc/hosts, Jupyter, as well as GAE, works ok.
What a coincidence :)

Apex replay debugger is throwing Java 8 is required to run

I am following this trail and I have completed all the steps correctly. Even I able to download the debug logs.
But Problem occurs when I am trying to run the following command
> SFDX: Launch Apex Replay Debugger with Current File
It shows the below error.
But, the thing is, I have jdk-12.0.1 installed on my PC. After that, I have installed the Java 8 also and thus jdk-1.8.0_181 is also installed.
My Java Home setting in VS code is following
I have also restarted my PC, But no luck. It is throwing the same error.
How to solve this ?
You have to set the path as 'C://Program Files//Java//jdk1.8.0_181' and then restart the vs code
In case any Mac users needed help:
I installed Java 11 and then ran this code:
/usr/libexec/java_home -v 11 to find the exact directory and then pasted it in the user settings you have marked with a red rectangle. Then I restarted VS code and it worked.
Edit: Looked at your screenshots...
You did this: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_181
You wanted this: C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.8.0_181
From the Trailhead unit you linked:

Compiling mod_tile

I wanted to build my own tile server as written on switch2osm site. In short: render is not happening (more details you can find here).
Seems that mod_tile is not installed correctly. First it gave some errors during installation and in the end error message was:
27 warnings and 4 errors generated.
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536
I removed this source (original from openstreet) and downloaded new one from here. This time installation went without error, only some warnings. But rendering is still not happening (it's stuck on <Debug>: Using web mercator projection settings and doesn't move on).
Data about my system goes here:
OS: Mac OS 10.9.4
Python: 2.7.5
Mapnik: 3.0.1-pre
Server version: Apache/2.2.26 (Unix)
Installation logs are here.

Chris Cashwell provided the correct answer. But for people like myself who are relatively new to Eclipse, here are more explicit instructions (which I came across here):
Right-click project directory in Project Explorer window
Select Run As > Run Configurations...
Go to Arguments tab
In VM Arguments textbox, add one of the following parameters mentioned by Chris:
-Dappengine.user.timezone.impl=UTC (this worked in my case)
-Dappengine.user.timezone=UTC
Click Apply then Run
In my case, this was done specifically in the context of a PlayN project I am working on, so I was right-clicking the HTML folder. In the end, my VM arguments looked something like this:
-Xmx512m -javaagent:/long/path/to/appengine-agent.jar -Dappengine.user.timezone.impl=UTC
See this bug report. For me, it was fixed by downgrading the JDK from 1.7.0_03 -> 1.7.0_02. Other things that have been purported to work are adding -Dappengine.user.timezone=UTC (or in some cases -Dappengine.user.timezone.impl=UTC) to the JVM flags.
i got this error, and found port already in use in the console.
I closed eclipse and killed javaw.exe. Then everything worked fine.
